• Andrew (8/5): Great value, but a bit quirky. - Great value, clean and comfortable. Helpful service. I would stay again. Very quirky. The bathroom is part of the bedroom, rather than separate. So there’s absolutely no privacy for showering and toilet facilities if you’re with another person. But fine if you’re on your own.

You'd have to be very comfortable with the person you're staying with as there is no privacy for the toilet or shower. Bed was hard and pillows not great

• Kerry (8/5): Perfect for what we needed - a comfy bed for the night. - Not included so N/A Ensuite bathroom was spacious and clean but could have been a bit more separate to the bedroom (ie a properly separate room/ full height wall, however a little privacy was available with screens provided. Made for a novel stay and would stay again.

• Pretesh (6/5): Disappointed about the bed and toilet and shower being in the same room. - I did not like that the bathroom and toilet were open in the same room as the bed. I do not understand why the bathroom was not a separate room.. it is ridiculous having the toilet and shower in the same room. It is easy enough and not expensive to put up partitioning walls and a door. This would not make the room any smaller as the bedroom is a really good size. It made two friends staying together very uncomfortable as we had to keep leaving the room for one of us to go to the toilet. Even when I was married I would not want my husband to hear me on the toilet while he is in the bedroom. There is just no personal privacy,

• Fuchs (9/5): - Die Küche durfte mit benutzt werden. Bekommt nachts nach ins Pool steigen, dieses ist wunderschön. Das WC befindet sich offen auch im Zimmer, wobei man dem Partner ziemlich ausgesetzt ist, wenn man aufs WC oder duschen will. Die Küche ist nicht ganz so sauber.

• Luciano (9/5): Simply enchanting - Gina's house is enchanting! The location is surrounded by greenery, with a spacious living room, a lovely pool, and the bedroom in particular is beautifully appointed. The bathroom has a huge shower and is very elegant. The only drawback is that there's no wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom: it's a studio apartment with a small vertical divider. If you need privacy, there's no privacy between the bathroom and the bed.
• Artur (10/5): Super tolle Unterkunft bei einer sehr netten Eigentümerin. - Super cooles Haus mit der Eigentümerin zusammen. Man kann ihre Küche mit nutzen, alles ist modern und sauber. Gina ist auch super nett ❤️ Marcus Beach ist etwas ab vom Schuss. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen.

• Sarah (7/5): Good - The room was very pleasantly appointed (although the bathroom (including toilet) is only separated from the bed by a portable screen, so not much privacy!) This might be on me, but I didn't realise I'd booked the back room of someone's house, so that my husband and I literally had to cart our belongings through the living room while the family was cooking etc. If we had elected to sit out on the balcony, we would have been in full view of them. I didn't love the proximity!

• Neil (9/5): Quiet and roomy homestay - The king size room was more than we were expecting and had everything we need plus more. A large VERY comfortable bed, plenty of space and ensuite - way more than a motel room would be. There was a walk in closet for clothes which would be handy for longer stays and provided a good space to put bags away. A large shower with good hot water & pressure. The room itself was spotless and is decorated with a beach theme. Access is via the main house, up the stairs and past a shared lounge/kitchen area but it did not feel intrusive in any way. Gina was pleasant and helpful for any questions, whilst still allowing us to keep to ourselves. There is car parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Perfect. Nothing at all.

• Vivian (8/5): Sea Break - The house was well located with a short drive to the beach. It was a quiet street. The bedroom was big with an Ensuite in one corner and the bed in the other corner. The accommodation did not have a private entrance, with the only access was from the corridor inside the house. It had a bar fridge and microwave, but you could use the owners kitchen in the house.

Me and my friend asked if we could use their washing machine and they kindly washed our clothes and hung them out to dry whilst we were out for the day. Gina also came and met us at the coach station with our bags and gave us a lift to our next accommodation. I will definitely recommend this place.

• Ellen (8/5): Very good - the room was a very good size; the property is located not far from the beach and central town area, the room was decorated in a "beach-resort" style and had basic cooking facilities, air-con in the room and a nice balcony with a pool-garden view; overall good value for money The shower and toilet are in the same room, offering no privacy, which may make some guests feel uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows are basic, and the bedding is made of 100% budget polyester, which feels uncomfortable in hot weather. To access your room, you have to pass through the owner's living area, and the balcony directly faces their living space. The car was parked on the road.
• Hilary (7/5): Peregian beach - Gina was very nice and the location was good and the room spacious. Guests should be made aware there is no separate bathroom, the facilities are in the bedroom. We probably wouldn't have chosen the property if we'd known this beforehand.
• Gary (10/5): Beachy, welcoming, comfortable - Gina’s place exceeded me and my partners expectations. Gina was very warm and welcoming. The amenities were spot on, the bed was so comfy and the place was spotless. Her neighbor is also really friendly and the dog down the stairs is really cute as well! We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more and we will be staying here again when we come to visit the sunny cost!
• Diana (4/5): No privacy at all - Clean room & comfortable bed It wasn't clear in the description at all that the toilet was in the same room as the bed. My sister and I were sharing and it was very uncomfortable. The neighbours balcony & lounge also look right into the shower and it has no blinds or frosting on the windows. I feel like the aircon remote was taken from us so that we didn't use it then the aircon "turned it self off" when we were out for a quick dinner and wanted to cool the room down. The room is also in the owners house which wasn't very clear in the description.
