• Francesca (7/5): Struttura curata, soggiorno piacevole e host super disponibile! - Ho scelto questo appartamento perché si trova vicino all’università Unicusano, e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La casa è ristrutturata, pulita e ben attrezzata: ci sono condizionatori, kit cucina completo, lenzuola e asciugamani freschi. Il bagno è un vero punto forte, curatissimo e fornito di tutto, persino un phon con diffusore funzionante e altri accessori (si vede proprio che è gestito da una donna!). Nonostante affacci su strada, le finestre insonorizzano perfettamente e il riposo non viene disturbato dal traffico. Durante il soggiorno ci sono stati alcuni rumori fastidiosi provenienti dal piano di sopra, ma Francesca, è stata subito disponibile anche in orari serali e ha prontamente contattato gli inquilini per cercare di risolvere la situazione. La zona è comoda non solo per chi deve raggiungere l’Unicusano, ma anche per arrivare in centro grazie ai mezzi pubblici. Se ci sono stati piccoli disagi rispetto al collegamento, sono più che altro legati ai trasporti pubblici (ma chi li usa spesso sa cosa aspettarsi da ATAC) attribuirli alla struttura non ha senso! Durante il soggiorno si sono sentiti rumori dal piano di sopra, come passi pesanti, corse e mobili che si spostavano. Probabilmente non erano abituati ad avere qualcuno sotto e quindi non facevano particolare attenzione nei movimenti. In ogni caso, Francesca è intervenuta subito con grande disponibilità e ha gestito la situazione in modo impeccabile!

• Lahriri (10/5): I would love to come back again !! - The apartment was clean and it had everything a family needed. Yes our stay was short and i wished it was longer.. the neighborhood felt like you lived there for ages, it had this Rome feeling. Pascal was nice and kind and very helpful ! Fransesca made the whole process easier. I loved it! Nothing!

• Татьяна (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartment. There was everything needed for vacation. And it's really really clean! We'd seen the location on the map before arrival, so for us it wasn't surprise. To get to the city centre takes at least one hour by public transport.

• Anusha (8/5): Very good - Loved the hospitality provided by the hosts! The property had everything we needed and the hosts made sure we got what we wanted when requested. The property had good sized rooms and common spaces which were very clean and comfortable. It was a very good experience overall, the only downside was it takes about 50-60 mins to get to the city centre and sometimes the buses can be unreliable. No restaurants around the property.
