- Grazielle (10/5): Amazing stay at Casa do Maro - My family and I stayed for three nights at Casa do Maro, and it was an incredible experience! The house is perfect for group trips, whether with family or friends. Located in the gated condominium of Dunas Park, Casa do Maro comfortably accommodates up to 12 people and offers all the necessary amenities. The house has three air-conditioned suites, each with a double and a single bed, all very comfortable. After a long day exploring the dunes and lagoons, returning to a cozy, air-conditioned bed was just what we needed. There's also a living room with a sofa bed and an extra mattress available for three more guests. We felt very safe and were just a few minutes' drive from Rio Alegre and the entrance to Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. The condominium features a heliport, basketball court, and a large pool, providing additional leisure and fun. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and we loved the barbecue area and the pool with hammocks. The house also has a TV, children's toys, and a private pool that gets sun all day. Georgia, the owner, was very helpful and gave us many tips on what to do in Santo Amaro. Gessika, who takes care of the house, was attentive and always available to assist with any needs. Having a car is ideal since walking to the center of Santo Amaro takes about 30 minutes. However, tour companies pick up visitors directly from the condominium, making excursions convenient. We highly recommend Casa do Maro for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a strategic location to explore Lençóis Maranhenses. Everything was perfect, the only thing we missed was a hairdryer, as the sand from the dunes makes hair washing frequent.
