• Christian (10/5): Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und definitiv sehr empfehlenswert. - Das Park Hotel Mauer ist eine hervorragende Wahl für alle, die eine unkomplizierte und effiziente Unterkunft suchen. Der kontaktlose Check-in und Check-out funktionierte bei meinem Aufenthalt absolut einwandfrei, was den gesamten Ablauf sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation. Sowohl per Nachricht über Booking.com als auch am Telefon war das Team sehr gut erreichbar. Der Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was sich besonders zeigte, als ich mein Zimmer etwas länger als üblich nutzen musste. Das war überhaupt kein Problem und wurde sehr flexibel gelöst. Das Zimmer selbst war ansprechend und funktional eingerichtet. Wie das gesamte Haus war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, was für mich ein entscheidendes Kriterium ist. Dass im Hotel kein eigenes Frühstück angeboten wird, war mir vorab bekannt und stellte keinerlei Nachteil dar. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Bäckerei mit einer wirklich großen und leckeren Auswahl, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist zudem ein echter Pluspunkt. Ob Restaurants, typische Heurige, Cafés oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – alles ist bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
• Sara (10/5): - Very beautiful building inside. The rooms were very modern and comfortable! The check in was also quite easy , just need to follow the instructions and there's nothing complicated. The pillows weren't so comfortable but everything else was very nice!

Bisschen zu teuer für eine Nacht, wenn man für das Parken noch extra zahlen muss. (Betrifft aber dann eher Kunden die mit einem Fahrzeug anreisen). Ansonsten Top!

• Tommy (3/5): A lovely place in desperate need of someone who cares about guests - Quiet, relatively clean, lovely building There is no restautant!! Hotel was informed in advance that an elderly disable person needed a single bed. Told single beds were not available. NOT informed that the lift was out of order. Not informed that the advertised restaurant was permanently closed. Twenty-minute delay on arrival to get the lift to work. It failed to operate the following morning. It worked afterwards but uncertainty spoiled the visit as a wheelchair user could not use the stairs. The key/chip collection was overcomplicated. At least one bed cover was stained, otherwise clean. Receiving 20 emails for a three-night stay and two rooms seems OTT.
• julia (6/5): für die Notwendigkeit eines Hotels neben dem Kursort meines Mannes OK - grundsätzlich ganz nett, nett gestaltet, sauber, gute betten. Restaurant unten im Hotel sehr gut, und das Personal sehr bemüht! Leider waren die Klimaanlagenventilatoren direkt über unserem Zimmer am Dach und das war sehr laut in der Nacht auch bei geschlossenem Fenster! Auf die Anfrage ob wir ein Zimmer nicht im Dachgeschoß mit Säugling haben könnten kam nie eine Antwort. Im Erdgeschoß war am Lilft "Außer Betrieb" angebracht. Am Abend,, nach 3 mal in den 3. Stock mit Baby und Kinderwagen zu Fuß, habe ich oben dann versucht ob der Lift doch geht. und siehe da nicht defekt. war wohl ein Scherz.

• Mitchell (9/5): Overall, it was a good stay with great public transport access, close to Schonnbrunn palace - The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. There was more than enough parking space and had an elevator which is always a nice thing to have. It was also right next to a tram stop, which is very conveniant. The Key fob system could use a bit more explanation or a rework. My parents struggled to get into their room and it was only after multiple attempts that they managed to enter their room.

• Daniela (7/5): Lost Place, man fühlt sich verlassen und einsam, obwohl tolles Hotel mit so viel Potential - Das Hotel Design, Zimmer, Niveau der Ausstattung Hotel gerade in einer Privatinsolvenz (zur Zeit meines Aufenthaltes). Ich war nicht sicher, ob ich wirklich für die zwei Nächte ein Zimmer habe. Restaurant war deshalb geschlossen, d.h. es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten und man konnte auch keine Getränke kaufen. Nachdem meine Freundin, die in der Nähe wohnt, mir das erzählt hat, habe ich um eine Stornierung gebeten (Unterkunft war bereits bezahlt, keine Stornierung erlaubt), die aber abgelehnt wurde. Selbst Booking.com hat sich eingeschaltet (nicht von mir angefragt) und die Unterkunft gebeten, das Zimmer zu stornieren. Wurde abgelehnt. Da die Unterkunft, Service-Personal-frei ist - war alles etwas spuki, fühlte sich wie ein lost place an.

• Tobias (9/5): Absolut nichts auszusetzen - Da ich geschäftlich in der Nähe einen Termin hatte, bin ich über die Unterkunft gestolpert - zum Glück! Das Zimmer war modern, schön und komfortabel. Das unten angeschlossene Restaurant war ebenfalls top und das Personal äußerst freundlich.

Telefonische Unterstützung ist notfalls erreichbar. Aktuell wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Die Zimmer wirken relativ neu und sind ansprechend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gutes Badezimmer. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Mitten im Heurigengebiet (einige bekannte Winzer im direkten Umfeld, neu eröffnetes Lokal ist direkt beim Hotel). Zum Wandern, Weinverkosten, oder für Stadtbesichtigung gut gelegen) Wer eine gute Unterkunft (ohne persönlichem Kontakt zu den Unterkunftgebern) sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

• Thom (2/5): Extremely uncomfortable bed, unsleepable - Nice and clean Bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a rock. We literally brought a topper from a friend who luckily lived close by. Otherwise we would have not slept all week. When asked for help, we got a response 3 days later. There is also no reception so no one can help. Elevator was also out of order.
• Karin (10/5): Jättenöjda!! - När vi kom fram så var det rum vi hade bokat inte städat. Vi ringde då till ägarna och de fixade snabbt nya likvärdiga rum till oss. Bra hotell med bra läge. Tar ca 40 min med kollektivtrafik (spårvagn + u-bahn) att ta sig till centrala Wien. Affär o bagare runt hörnet. Ca 800 meter från boendet besökte vi restaurangen Das Prost!! Trevligt, utmärkt service och genuin österrikisk mat som smakade ljuvligt! Pga lite strul med parkeringsbetalning har vi haft kontakt efteråt och ägarna har varit mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma på alla vis. Rekommenderar varmt!!

• Jamie (6/5): Basically a ghost hotel, gets the job done of having a bed and easy access to the city. - Great location next to public transport, very easy to get deeper into the city. Has grocery and food options within a 5 minute walking distance and very family friendly. Clean and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Room itself didn't have many amenities and the digital locks require an app which were somewhat difficult to operate at times, and can be problematic if someone has a dead phone at the end of a day exploring the city. Not many amenities to the room and can feel a bit cramped in some rooms with the sloping ceilings, only had one pillow and a small blanket per person in a room and couldn't get extras which can be a bit uncomfortable if someone is taller or multiple people are sharing a bed to save costs. The neighboring restaurant portion is closed on Sundays and Mondays, which makes it difficult as well when one is not made aware of this beforehand. Neighboring restaurant also seemed to be 50/50 in terms of staff treatment of hotel guests, sometimes welcoming and other times making it feel like guests are a nuisance (especially if booking with a larger group).

• Ancuta (9/5): Superb - The room was clean and comfortable, spacious enough. You need to download an app Air-key, in order to open room door with your phone. Easy to do it. The restaurant is nice. We had only breakfast, around EUR 20/person containing: one boiled egg, cheese, ham, butter, jam, one drink (coffee/tea/juice) and different kind of small bread, croissant, bagel. But, I think you can order also something else, for extra money. There is an outdoor parking and a garage available with enough parking places. The tram station is just a few meters away from the hotel. The no. 60 tram takes you directly (around 40 min journey) to Westbahnhof station, just across Mariahilferstrasse. There is also a reception desk, but not open 24/24. You can self check-in and check-out When going upstairs to the rooms, you need to pass through the restaurant with the luggages. There is also a back door and back stairs (through a meeting room) to go upstairs, from the garage, with the luggages.
