Amad (3/5): Next time please check the equipments n be on time. - Location ok Housekeeping not ready when we arrived. Have to wait for the housekeeping to come. TV not working. Iron and its board are in bad condition. My wife’s tudung damaged/burnt.

Nisha (1/5): I strongly advise all to avoid this property if you want to ensure a reliable and stress-free stay - I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property host. After making a reservation and arriving at the location, the host did not answer any of our calls, leaving us completely stranded. We waited for several hours without response and ultimately had to find alternative accommodations at 3x the cost. To make matters worse, we were not the only ones—there were at least 3-4 other families in the same situation as us. Booking.com also did not provide any assistance in resolving the issue. It's unacceptable to be left without any communication or help after booking. I strongly advise others to avoid this property if you want to ensure a reliable and stress-free stay.
