Location for downtown Vienna could not be better. Surrounded by food and directly across the way from the Hotel Sacher/Sacher Cafe. Automated check in was easy and quick. Beds were ok. Could be a better mattress. But fine, overall.

• Liaeilsel (10/5): Very responsive staff and great location! - Place in an excellent location, although we did not see any staff member upon arrival or during our stay, staff is 24/7 taking care of any need you might encounter by phone, email, text message, and that is truly appreciated as you dont feel alone navigating any out of control circumstance, they very responsive!! Property is very walking friendly to any of the main subway/train stations. Decoration is truly charming, and I would say that is even equal to the hotel that is close to it! or even better as you have the chance to enjoy a place that gives privacy and it is so cozy!! Anything, we loved everything!

Somos dos adultos de 73 71 años Días anteriores me asignaron la habitación 113, excelente habitación, amplia, muy cómoda y con dos ventanas que daban a calle, teniendo al frente el café Sacher. Creo que seguramente no volveré a reservar en el hotel por el riesgo que significa se me asigne nuevamente una habitación tan pequeña e incómoda como la 224. Recomendaré este hotel, haciendo presente esta precaución

Nehéz volt aludni mert nagyon beszűrődik kintről is a zaj illetve a többi szoba ajtójának a hangja is. Nem megfelelő a tisztaság, nagyon poros volt. • Luigia (9/5): - La struttura si trova in pieno centro, proprio di fronte l’hotel sacher, dalla finestra della camera si può ammirare l’opera, inoltre proprio per la sua posizione centrale si possono raggiungere comodamente a piedi l’albertina, la hofburg, la cattedrale di Santo Stefano e tutti le principali attrazioni, punti di ristoro, negozi e i vari caffè tipici viennesi (centrale, mozart). Vicinissima anche la fermata della metro e del tram. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, dotate di macchinetta del caffè e del thè, inoltre apprezzatissima la presenza di acqua sia liscia che frizzante, all’interno e anche all’esterno della camera. Oltre alla pulizia quotidiana della stanza anche le asciugami vengono cambiate ogni giorno così come vengono lasciati in bagno bagnoschiuma nuovi. Struttura super consigliata per un piacevole soggiorno a Vienna. L’ascensore fuori servizio.

• Gergana (9/5): Great! - The location is perfect, just by the Opera and very close to everywhere. The room has a kitchenette and it’s absolutely sufficient for a short stay. There is also a coffee machine and capsules, slippers and everything.. The bed is comfortable. The furniture was really dirty at least that in our room, needs to be washed or changed. There forgotten socks under the sofa and also other staff.

• Cali4 (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Zuerst war ich unsicher, wie das mit dem Self Check-in funktioniert, aber die Anweisungen waren klar und einfach, es hat alles auf Anhieb geklappt. Das Zimmer war großzügig und schön im alten Wiener Stiel ausgestattet. Die handgeschriebene Begrüßung fand ich sehr nett. Einziges Manko war, dass es in der Nacht recht laut von der Straße rauf war, aber dafür gab es Ohropax am Kissen.
