- Jenny (10/5): A well equipped, spacious and comfortable home from home. - Very spacious home from home for our family stay. A short drive to Niagara Falls snd Niagara on the Lake, and close to the riverside. Easy to access, with onsite parking and with very helpful hosts. Nothing
- Rita (7/5): Good place for a good price - Was a nice, clean house in a good location. Plenty of room for all travelers and it was great having two full bathrooms. A few tips on how to help with the overall comfort for the stay. Shoveling driveway before arrival, snow on driveway up to calf. House was at 18 degrees when arriving, could have place warmed up before arrival. Unable to bring temperature past 21 degree and main room used beside kitchen on main floor was very cold. Room where tv is was too cold to hang out in, Were planning to make coffee there as nothing was close by but could not use coffee machine because it had not been descaled. Not enough cutlery for 4 persons staying there but was stated for 6 person occupancy. Lighting in room beside kitchen too dim, very dark ambience and could not make lighting brighter

- Javier (9/5): - Es muy amplio y tiene un patio muy bonito, el vecindario es muy bonito puedes caminar hasta el rio
- Steve (9/5): Very nice, well-equipped, comfortable house in a great location. - Nice quiet location between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Also historically interesting.

- Andrew (7/5): Greet option out of Niagara town for a family - Nice location out of central Niagara town. Large house for the family. Outdoor BBQ and many sitting areas. Washing machine facilities and parking provided. Not enough kitchen utensils/crockery for the size of the house (need larger pots/pans). House is old and very dated, poor curtains in bedrooms (bring eye masks). Beds are very small.
- Vittorio (10/5): A Dream House in a Quiet Historical Setting - The house was exactly as advertised with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of bright light, on a quiet residential street. The sunporch at the back of the house where we had our breakfasts was a delight, as was the very interesting basement complete with rock walls and a fireplace, suggesting the foundations of an historical house. Which isn't surprising as this house is directly across the street from the Laura Secord House! It is easy to get to by car, although the WEGO bus also stops across the street every hour, and there are several interesting sites to visit only a few minutes from the house (e.g. McKenzie Printery & Newspaper Museum, Brock Monument, and Fort George). Ten minutes gets you to Niagara Falls and 10 minutes to Niagara on the Lake, so a nice compromise between the hustle and bustle of the 2 tourist towns and a quiet retreat. Finally, the host was very friendly, available, and interested in our comfort! Definitely a Niagara on the lake treasure. We were a family of five and very happy there!
- Banerjee (8/5): It was a pleasant experience to stay in the property. It's nice and clean and well maintained. - The property is very well maintained and the host was very prompt with her response.
- Elsa (8/5): Very good - The ceiling lights in the TV room didn't work. The coffee pods were very stale.
The location was what we wanted. Hiking for my daughter and shopping in Niagara-on-the-Lake for me. We also visited the butterfly conservatory and outlet mall.
- Sonya (9/5): Very nice. - We liked the contact-less check in and out. We were offered a complimentary early check in which was very helpful. I feel that having a small supply of basics (small milk in the fridge, maybe a small packet of biscuits) would be helpful so people can at least make a cup of tea on arrival. Not a deal breaker but it would be a very welcome touch for top ratings.
- Ren (9/5): Overall, it was a lovely experience. - We had a great stay! Communication with the host was smooth and easy before our arrival. The house was very clean, and the environment was wonderful. The host even provided makeup remover wipes, which was a thoughtful touch. My family really enjoyed it. The only thing that could be improved is the creaky floor on the second floor, which made some noise when walking.
- Stephen (6/5): Quiet location with our practical needs met, perhaps suited to local residents who might be more familiar with the styl - Location was good, well placed for the many trips to surrounding towns such as Niagara on the Lake Some elements of the property, eg basement area, were quite dated and dark and meant we didn’t use these on our stay. The second bathroom was also down in the basement level which we didn’t use either. The gardens could also have had more recent attention as clearly they had slipped somewhat from their previous appearance. Location was quiet however and represented a break from the busy Toronto.
- Jon (10/5): Large, and interesting, family house between Niagara Falls and Niagara-On-The-Lake - Very large and interesting house in a great location between the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls and the quaint town of Niagara-On-The-Lake. The rooms were a good size and there are many places to sit down within the property, we especially liked watching the wildlife in the garden from the conservatory room. Having 2 bathrooms/showers was a bonus although the downstairs one was a bit chilly. The AC worked well downstairs, possibly a little too well, but didn't seem to reach the bedrooms. If you want to experience Niagara Falls and all of its attractions, and are staying for 3 days or more, I recommend the Niagara Parks Adventure Pass PLUS which not only gives you tickets to most of the attractions but also lets you travel on the main WEGO buses and the shuttle bus to Niagara-On-The-Lake which stops directly outside the property at the Laura Secord museum. Another tip, if you don't want to pay for parking in Niagara Falls, would be to park at the Aero Car ride car park, which is free, and take the WEGO bus from there down towards the falls and download the Transit app for live bus times. The Aero Car ride & Power Station & Tunnel (at night) were particularly good and the fireworks at 10pm were worth watching. If you want to take the boat ride to the waterfall then that isn't included but well worth the money, as long as you don't mind getting wet. NOTL was completely different to Niagara Falls, it was like a little English town with boutique shops and eateries and was immaculately presented, a real pleasure to walk around. If you go up to the lake you can see Toronto on the other side, 30 miles away. From the house you can walk up to the Brock Monument with a fantastic view back towards NOTL or take a walk down to the Niagara River where the rapids power boats launch from. I was really surprised by the Niagara area in general, it was really well kept with big houses and vineyards, lovely public gardens and the waterfall itself. The AC in the house was a bit hit and miss with the lower rooms really cold and there were quite a few flies indoors, which I guess is inevitable but still annoying. Some people might not like the fact that it isn't that close to Niagara Falls but it was perfectly situated for us.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Great communication from host, good location, comfy beds
- James (8/5): Lovely family holiday - Location was very good near to many attractions. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Our youngest member enjoyed the garden and especially the wee bonus of the birds nest and seeing the young bird grow from the conservatory at back of house. Two shower room was great for a big family. Kitchen mainly well equipped, a few additions as mentioned to host could be added, ideal if you wanted to dine in. Over all a lovely 16 night stay. No major dislikes but a mention about the fire station alarm going off in early hours. Not a problem for as we knew the area but no grocery store near, there is folder with nearest stores mentioned. Little welcome pack with milk, bread etc in would be a good idea as we had travelled a long distance. Nothing to stop us revisiting.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Enjoyed my stay, great location exactly what expected !
- Gloria (8/5): We really loved the house - Very comfortable and spacious. Not applicable
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (9/5): This is a lovely house in a quiet area. We enjoyed a comfortable stay there. - The house was very spacious and comfortable to stay at. There were some dead bugs on the floor in the conservatory.
- Rebecca (10/5): Choose Cozie Cottage for the best location, value, and host! - Cozie Cottage is in the PERFECT location to easily access the beauty of wine country and the hustle of Clifton Hill. It’s thoughtful details in decor, cozy common areas and bedrooms made our weekend! The extra shower downstairs is a major bonus during the “getting ready” stage of the day, and the extra common spaces are great for the early risers to enjoy the day without disturbing the sleepy heads 😊. Big, well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook at home and justify our touristy splurges! Nothing.
- Reggie (10/5): An incredible experience! - We had an incredible experience at the Cozie Cottage! We were briefly meeting up with old friends after many years and decided on Niagara on the Lake. The locale could not have been better! The property was exceptionally clean and cosy. Breakfast in the backyard was an unforgettable experience. The peace and quiet of the place was just what we needed. There was no shower mixer in the lower bathroom. The water temperatures were extreme and my friend had a burn on his hand. Other than this, all other aspects of the property were wonderful.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet location close to Niagara on the lake and Niagara Falls. Very clean and spacious
- Macjaya (10/5): A Comfortable Getaway with Great Accessibility - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozie Cottage in Niagara-On-The-Lake with two families and three children. Our one-night stay left us thoroughly impressed and satisfied. From the comfortable accommodations to the host's prompt responsiveness, there were many highlights worth mentioning.
First and foremost, the cottage provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The space was well-suited for two families, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, ensuring everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The cottage's layout provided ample privacy and convenience, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and attention to detail.
The host's responsiveness was exceptional. From the moment we made our reservation, the host promptly replied to our messages and answered any inquiries we had. This level of communication helped us feel welcome and reassured, knowing that any concerns or questions would be addressed promptly.
One of the highlights of Cozie Cottage's location was its proximity to several popular attractions. The Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the botanical garden were all within easy reach, making our stay even more convenient. Exploring these iconic destinations was a breeze, allowing us to make the most of our limited time. The accessibility to nearby attractions made Cozie Cottage an ideal choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and wonder of the region.
In conclusion, Cozie Cottage provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Niagara-On-The-Lake. While the location was fantastic in terms of accessibility to attractions, it's worth noting that there weren't any stores nearby. This might pose a slight inconvenience for those who require immediate access to groceries or other essentials. However, with a bit of planning and preparation, this drawback can be easily overcome, and it certainly doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience.
