- Kirsche (8/5): - Die Lage zur Quarterback Arena war gut, jedoch das Zimmer etwas hellhörig betreffs der Veranstaltungen,Red bull arene und quarterback Immobilie .Der Kühlschrank ist etwas laut. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sauber, Bad io, es könnte einen Fön gebrauchen und ein Schminkspiegel. Dafür hat die Gegend eine gute Anbindung per Bahn, alles bequem erreichbar. 👍

- Thomas (6/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Zentrale Lage, für eine Nacht ausreichend Für die Straßenbahnlautstärke können die Betreiber nichts Am Anfang gab es eine Verwirrung, da wir ein Zimmer in der Friedrich Ebert Straße gebucht haben - es ist das gleiche Gebäude, aber ein anderer Eingang, was ungewöhnlich war Haben Zimmer 401 am Ende doch gefunden Küche: Die Küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig - es gab nicht mal Tassen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht aufgedreht, was wir erst am Morgen bemerkten, da der Dreher fehlte. Wohnzimmer: Der Fernseher hatte einen Schaden, von den eigentlich 2 Fernbedienungen gab es eine. Die Nachttischlampe hatte ein offenes Kabel, bei der anderen war wohl die Glühbirne defekt WLAN war ein Hotspot,.der sehr eingeschränkt funktionierte

- Sylvio (2/5): Ich persönlich nie wieder - Badewanne & Sauberkeit Die Angestellten ( nicht die Chefin) Die Chefin selbst unfreundlich, schnauz vor Gästen ihre Angestellten an. 14 Uhr laut App einchecken. Mein bekannter durfte nicht auf die Toilette in meinen gebuchten Zimmer sagte einfach ab 16 Uhr ist einlass. Zahlst für 1 ganz kleines Zimmer über 100€ dafür isse so unfreundlich. Desweiteren das Bett, völlig hart sowas bin ich persönlich nicht gewöhnt.

- Jaden-Luca (5/5): Verwirrung auf der Schlüsselkarte - Leichter Erhalt der Schlüsselkarte, durch Schlüsselbox auch außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten. Auf der Karte stand Etage mit Zimmernummer, aber als man vor dem Zimmer stand wurde das Zimmer mit „F2" bezeichnet anders als auf der Karte stand (z.b. 1.OG. /Z. 2) Lattenrost vom Bett war schon leicht beschädigt
- Silvia (9/5): Ferienwohnung kann man absolut empfehlen - Gute Lage, 20 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Ferienwohnung. 5 Gehminuten zur Quarterbeckarena. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, auch Bäckereien und Cafe's zwecks Frühstück.

- Trude Raizen (5/5): Convenient but uncomfortable - Great location for a show at the nearby arena. Easy entry/checkin. Toilet didn't flush properly and they didn't respond to messages about it. No bath mat and no shower curtain made for a wet and slippery bathroom. The bed was a joke. Mattress was as wide as a cot, about 10cm thick, and could feel the metal bed slats underneath, plus bed was super creaky and woke me up when I turned over. Tram noise from the street was pretty loud and could also feel vibrations from the trams.

- Tim (5/5): Passables Zimmer in okayem Zustand - für ein, zwei Nächte okay - Gute Lage, recht zentral. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Muffiger Geruch im Flur, der Fön im Badezimmer machte merkwürdige Geräusche und fing dann zu kokeln/brennen an. Die Lampe über dem Spiegel im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Die rechte Heizung im Zimmer wurde nicht warm. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Straßenbahn draußen ist recht laut.
- mel (6/5): Guter Kurzaufenthalt - Nah an einer Konzerthalle fürs Besuchen eines Konzerts also gut, gut war der self Check in mit einer Schlüssel Box, an sich war es sauber, und eine gute Größe der Wohnung, es gibt eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, nur zum Schlafen sehr gut Man hört sehr laut die Tram, die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt, und es fanden sich seltsame Staub - und Haarspuren in der gesamten Wohnung, es sollte alles etwas neu gemacht werden, das würde dem einen neuen Flair geben 🙂

- Mel (9/5): Superb - Good for a stay over Close to Quarterback Immobilien Arena, Close to Public Transport, Restaurants, very Clean, Had a kitchenette, fridge, shower etc, good size No lift, heavy steps
- Ilya (9/5): An excellent apartment near the concert arena for the price - Excellent apartments for the price. Located right next to the concert arena and tram line. The room is equipped with everything you need, and the wonderful receptionist Frau Hayrapetyan helped with check-in and key cards. The room has high ceilings and plenty of space. The room is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building, but that's not a big deal. You can hear the trams a little, but it didn't bother us, we slept well.

- Timothy (1/5): My overall impression is that very little has been spent on maintaining the apartment. - If you watch TV there is a modern smart Samsung No water supply on arrival — they didn’t warn me. Could not see my face in the bathroom mirror — broken dangerous light panel. No shower curtain, bathroom mat, toilet roll holder. Thin duvet, only one cover for a spongy mattress. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I have a duty to warn others.

- Oscar (4/5): The apartment is well-situated and comfortable, but was badly maintained and unclean. - The apartment was very well-situated, and the hosts were easy to get in contact with. The apartment was rather unclean, and the few kitchen appliances were also dirty and needed washing. I had to buy some very basic things, such as cooking oil, to get any real use out of the kitchen.

- Edith (7/5): I appreciated the friendly hosts, spacious room, nice view and nearby local transit. - The hosts are great! The room is large with a nice view, and has lots of cupboard space and kitchen facilities. The bathroom is large, also with good storage space, and has a large bathtub. Transit was available just across the street. Although it was nice to have transit available nearby, the trams going by were quite noisy. I noticed this especially when I was trying to get to sleep. Also, the drain of the bathroom sink was clogged.
