- Leisa (9/5): Excellent - well placed surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. - Location location location! Superbly placed apartment near Campo Di Fiori and within walking distance of all the sights. To be honest we didn’t use the kitchen at all as we didn’t cook in the apartment but the living room, bedroom and bathroom facilities were comfortable and adequate. Nothing
- Aleidis (8/5): Apartament cèntric molt confortable i ben equipat, ideal per families - Molt ben situat
Confortable
Molt ben equipat

- Jackie (7/5): An enjoyable stay, in a pleasant apartment with a beautiful setting and fabulous location. - Fabulous location on a beautiful piazza, with two fountains and only a few minutes walk to restaurants and busy areas.
View from apartment was wonderful, especially at night.
Our contact, Luigi, was helpful and attentive. Met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. We had a serious plumbing issue with the drains, two days after we arrived but this was dealt with quickly and effectively that day, despite it being a Sunday. We phoned Luigi and he sorted it out for us.
The apartment had complimentary coffee pods, bottle of wine, cleaning materials, toilet paper etc which was a nice touch. The Air Conditioning was poor, especially in the back bedroom, where there was no air conditioning apart from a unit, where the tube had to go out of the window to activate it but really wasn’t very effective. The air con in the front of the apartment (bedroom and living room) were better.
- Suza (2/5): - Location Very old and run down needs renovation air conditioning does not work and we needed that in the Rome heat. Smelt like sewerage eveeytime we walked into the apartment. The amount of money we paid for this apartment was not worth it, the only good point was the location that's it.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (3/5): Location great BUT VERY NOISY AT NIGHT so not much sleep and Lukewarm water to shower. - Location was great! Easy to get to restaurants and the main attractions of Rome. The noise from the surrounding areas were loud and kept me awake at night. The Police who are outside the French Embassy talk all night, the dogs bark and the party goers you an hear until the early hours of the morning until the rubbish trucks come early. When I tried to rest during the day it sounded like someone was renovating so the apartment was not quiet at all. NO DOUBLE GLAZING on windows. The water in the ensuite bathroom shower is NOT HOT, luke warm at best.
- Terri (7/5): Nice, but needs a few improvements. - Great location. Central to everything and just across from Trastevere. The living room was large and fit 4 people comfortably, with lots of light. The old beamed ceilings Having a lift was great. Felt safe. Beds were good. There were a few issues (toilet in the common powder room broke, the A/C in the back bedroom didn’t work the first night) but management came next day and fixed the A/C. Needs to have a hair dryer in each bathroom.
- Korhan (10/5): LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - LOCATION AND FLAT HISTORY AROUND WITH IT. Some of the things in Flat was not up the standard of what you except but it is not a big deal as you would understand building is an old and has a massive character
- Sue (8/5): Great location and large well appointed apartment with view of square. - Great location. Well appointed large apartment with good view. Good amenities. Interesting elevator Galley kitchen was tight but functional. Needs an egg flip/ spatula in kitchen. Shower and toilet in second bedroom bit tight
- Simeon (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in an excellent location, clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants around, and my favorite market in Rome.
We would gladly book it again on every trip we take. None
- Valeria (10/5): Exceptional - One if the best places to stay in Rome!
The flat is stylish and clean, there are towels (fresh n soft), everything in the kitchen n even detergent fir waching machine, that was so cool to wash all clothes after walking around…)
The market at campo dei fiori works every day n u can buy anything in there. In the evening there are restaurants n place is nice:) but the flat is quiet n charming:)
It was such a beautiful stay n cant wait to come back 💚🤍❤️
- Barbara (10/5): Highly recommended for a stay in Roma. We will be back - This apartment is in a beautiful and quiet piazza yet just minutes from the campo Di Fiori. Close to the market and supermarkets for some self catering of local delicacies in well equipped kitchen.
And close to a pedestrian bridge across to Trastevere.
It was great for 2 couples sharing.
The lift very helpful for luggage. Concierge and managing contacts/owners were extremely helpful. Nothing
- Mirela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aku (10/5): My family & I had a great stay here the location and apartment was absolute perfect Nick and Federico were so helpfu - Everything was amazing location is perfect Noting it was all great
- Niamh (3/5): Poor - Good location Made us pay a city tax and late arrival fee in cash when we arrived - this was not stipulated at the time of booking, or by booking.com. The host messaged privately to arrange and when we asked whether this was known by booking.com, the host deleted their message.
The apartment was also different to how it appeared online - is in need of a good clean and revamp.
- Victoria (6/5): Excellent location needs attention. - Excellent location . Staff were very responsive and helpful . Location was excellent . The bathrooms and kitchen need attention and modifications . There was a terrible damp smell. The apartment is a great size and otherwise comfortable . The smell
- Sergey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (5/5): Passable -
- Yogen (9/5): A great few days in Roma with the Family. - The location is spectacular! Walking distance to all the major attractions and to trendy neighborhoods for great eateries.
- Chase (8/5): I would stay there and recommend it to others. - Location, location. If the washing machine had a drying component, I couldn’t find it
Soap and towel in WC were missing.
- Barbara (10/5): Spacious comfortable apartment right on the beautiful Piazza Farnese - Fabulous location with great views of the Piazza Farnese from the windows. Very good heat, which was appreciated. WiFi good once it got set up. We asked for a replacement light bulb in the dining area, and that never came. Nice kitchen, even a washing machine. Right around the corner from Campo dei Fiori, and so many cafes and restaurants. Loved it. Could have more lighting in the apartment and a few more towels.
- Αναστασια (10/5): Don't miss it! - The apartment is super stylish and clean. The view from the windows is awesome. The location, apart from its indisputable beauty is at a walking-distance from all the must-see sights. It is also very vivid with plenty of restaurants and bars around.
- Arthi (7/5): Good - It’s a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of the piazza. Very ideal location close to the market, to restaurants, and piazza navona. It’s a big apartment and we loved spending our evenings together in the living room. The bathroom in the second bedroom and in the hallway are small without a proper bidet. The kitchen is very narrow so only one, maximum two people can fit in it. On weekends, the restaurants are loud until 1 am.
- Emily (9/5): Great location, clean, great for familes, couples or friends wanting to explore Rome - Absolutely fantastic location and all the main sites easily walkable from the Piazza Farnesse, right next door to the Campo D'Fiori and therefore some excellent restaurants and bars on your doorstop, a lovely old building that has kept a lot of its original features.. I loved the view from my room overlooking the square. I came with my 16 year old son and the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect. Lots of space (although we did not use the sitting room but can see it would be a great bonus space). Great comms with the owners and Laura (who was super friendly and helpful) let us in and talked us through everything. They were also incredibly kind in accomodating our late check out and allowing us to leave our bags. The Apartment is above a bar which can be very noisy on weekend evenings but I personally think its a small price to pay for the location. The music and noise was finished by 1am - maybe take some ear plugs!
- Davinia (10/5): Amazing and very comfortable apartment overlooking Piazza Farnese. Will definitely stay again! Thank you dear Federico f - Fantastic location. Wonderful hosts. Good facilities. Beautiful wooden ceilings. Prime view over Piazza Farnese. Nothing!
- Moira (10/5): Sheer perfection - This is an amazing apartment, perfectly located, and with everything you could possibly need. On arrival Fabio welcomed us with style, and made sure we knew where everything was ( and how it worked). The Aircon was a godsend! We spent a lot of time searching for an apartment that could cater for my 97 year old mum, and this one was perfect. The beds were comfortable , kitchen well equipped, a very short walk to Campo de fiori, the Pantheon, the river, even the view from the window was great. Close enough to major attractions but situated in a quiet square. We'll definitely be back. Nothing, a perfect apartment
- Karla (9/5): We loved our stay. The apartment was in a great location! - The apartment had nice big rooms and a great living room to spend time together in. The kitchen had the essentials including a washing machine. There were 2 private bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. The hosts included a book of restaurants and points of interest with maps. It was helpful. Air conditioning worked great! The terrace was small and one could not sit on it. There was an elevator in the building, but it was old.
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Elegant and comfortable - This is a lovely apartment on a beautiful and historical piazza. The service was great... prompt, helpful, friendly. Really wonderful. Just note that this apartment faces a piazza that is busy through the day and night. There is some noise at night because there are many cafes and restaurants. But it is very much a neighborhood crowd. It's nice to be away from the tourist-laden center.
- Ian (8/5): Very good - The view on to sophisticated Piazza Farnese was like live (quiet) theater! The beautiful high beamed ceilings and abundant light are a plus.
But sadly the apartment needs a refresh of paint and the upholstery on the dramatic sectional looks old.
There was no way to secure the shower head in the primary bathroom. It could only be held by hand. The glass shower panel was cracked.
In the kitchen the panel on the dishwasher was chipped and taped.
The apartment was clean but looks tired.
We truly enjoyed our stay and the abundance historic sights and restaurants right outside the front door. See above comments
- Eoin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about this place, the hosts, the rooms, placement and the lovely view. I totally recommend it. Me and my boyfriend traveled together with my father and we all got enough space and privacy. Hope to be back soon :)
- Saorla (9/5): Superb - Perfectly situated flat in one of the most central and beautiful parts of Rome. We really appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the host, and of his friend who welcomed us at the apartment. Other positive points of the flat: lift, two bathrooms, two spacious rooms... Highly recommended!
- Nancy (9/5): Superb - location problem with keys
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! Spacious flat! N/A
- Real (10/5): Enjooyr stay so much we would definitely stay again! - the location was superb! all major attractions were within 20 minutes walk and there were shops & restaurants within a few steps. the staff was amazingly responsive to requests for help and information would have been great to have a television in the living room and a shower door instead of a curtain in the 2nd bedroom shower stall
- Konstantinos (10/5): Exceptional -
