Mollie (3/5): Good location, poorly maintained. - Nice modern furniture inside. Shame about the quality The front entrance was appalling to walk into, dust, leaves and cobwebs everywhere. I swept the area myself to avoid it going inside. The pillows on the bed were covered in white stains. The bed was so worn out and lumpy but the worst was the spa bath! It filled with brown sludge when the jets turned on. Happy to provide pics. Overall the place was poorly cleaned with dust on all windowsills and marks on all surfaces.

Michelle (4/5): Disappointing - Great location - walking distance to everything in Cowes. The overall cleanliness was low and lacks general ammenities (no hand soap or body wash, stove top did not work). Overpriced for what you pay for.

Nicholas (7/5): Great place to stay in Cowes - Very clean and comfortable place, kitchen was well equipped and set out well for a small area. Nice clean bathroom, with Spa bath a nice treat. Lots nearby, good central location. On the whole a very nice and enjoyable stay, apart from a few minor gripes below. Weather turned cold, and could not get the gas log burner to light. Aircon remote had no batteries, so had to swap batteries from tv to aircon, until we bought some extras. Flowers at parking bay looked good, but encroached into the bay a little. Wifi password and network were not correct, Fridge seems to freeze items even when temp adjusted.
