No se si sea en todas partes, pero por las noches había muchos zancudos en la habitación, por lo que dormimos poco, la nevera suena un montón en las noches y las almohadas muy incomodas.

• Gisele (9/5): - Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! A Rosa fez toda a diferença durante a viagem , extremamente acolhedora, simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar. Ela resolveu tudo o que precisamos com muita atenção e carinho, nos fazendo sentir em casa. O hotel também é excelente, muito bem localizado, perto da Duomo, o que facilitou bastante para conhecer a cidade a pé. Além disso, o ambiente é confortável e agradável.

The square has a lot going on and its a meeting spot for many groups and tours. It can get loud in the evening with all the socialization in the square if the patio doors are open but with them closed its nice and quiet.

• Motyka (10/5): - Bardzo klimatyczne i wyjątkowe miejsce. Wysoki sufit i duża przestrzeń. Wspólna kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. W porządku łazienka. Kaloryfery grzeją w nocy, więc nad ranem jest zimno. Ciężko ogrzać taką przestrzeń + byliśmy w marcu.
• Deane (9/5): Great location, spacious room and everything I needed. - This was exactly what I was looking for, somewhere very Italian in a central location. I loved the wide stone staircase and the high ceilings and I was delighted to turn out of the piazza and see the Duomo at the end of the road. My room was the Quadruple Room at the back, so very quiet, I wasn't disturbed by the noise of students out front in the evening. The shower was always hot and Rosa was very helpful and responsive to any questions - including pointing out where the fridge was, which I hadn't spotted! I visited in March and was lucky to have sunny days, and fewer tourists than in the summer months. Perfect break in my favourite city. Nothing I didn't like, but maybe some notes on where the fridge is would be helpful! Also had to work out how the window catch worked, didn't take long, but I could imagine someone not working it out. In March, when the air is cooler, perhaps a rug by the bed, the tiles are very cold!

La stanza è molto spaziosa, ho apprezzato il frigo e il cucinino in comune a disposizione, e soprattutto il balcone! Tornerei sicuramente Nulla da dire.

• Igor (9/5): Ottima posizione ,ampi spazi a disposizione, l'unico disagio è il rumore notturno - Posizione centralissima ,stanza molto ampia, bagno servito di tutto, pulizie doc, cucina con possibilità di farsi un caffè o un tè molto apprezzata Il microonde non funzionava ,non indispensabile ma sarebbe stato comodo.la posizione pur essendo centralissima è affacciata sulla pizza e di sera le voci dei ragazzi che si ritrovano (c' è stata anche una gara di freestyle) proseguono fino a tarda notte ,forse la prossima volta sceglierei una stanza interna .

• Fiorentino (10/5): Capodanno a Firenze - Struttura eccezionale per posizione ed accoglienza, situata all' interno di un palazzo storico con vista sulla Piazza SS Annunziata e lo Spedale degli Innocenti. L'eccellente posizione permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi, ma la zona è anche ben servita dal trasporto pubblico. I proprietari Rosa e Giovanni, persone squisite, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Sicuramente torneremo!

• Darren (3/5): I feel cheated - Not much The details of the apartment I booked changed on the day of my arrival - It is clear that this owner has a number of properties in the Same building and advertises the best one and then changes the accommodation to a poorer version at the last minute. - I booked an apartment with a terrace and a view out of the French windows onto a main square. On the morning of our arrival all of the images for my booking changed and showed a dingy dark apartment at the rear of the same building with a heavily shuttered window which would not open and a horrible view onto a rear rubbish dump - although the images were changed the details of the booking remained listing the terrace / garden furniture / dining table / view - none of which the apartment we were allocated had. - I brought this up with the owner who claimed I had booked this aprartment all along. - I believe that this was activity bordering on fraudulent on the part of the owner of the apartment - I would like to make it clear I would not have booked the apartment I was allocated. I have complained to Booking .com about this but have received no reply as yet

Ho controllato sotto il letto e al centro del materasso e ho trovato polvere, capelli e sporco vario. La cucina comune era in condizioni accettabili ma con utensili visibilmente sporchi. Esperienza deludente sotto il profilo dell’igiene: non consigliato a chi ha esigenze minime di pulizia o problemi allergici.

• Koen (3/5): Do not stay here, especially if you have a car - Central location. The noise was not bad, but depends on the room you get. The listing stated that there was parking, but there was not except for a shady valet garage nearby for 30€. When asked owner was very stubborn and definitely not helpful. We eventually found something ourselves but this was 25 min walk. Room was not clean and very minimal.

• Vogt (10/5): Perfect - Amazing Balcony and view and didn’t see even one other balcony in the area, which was PERFECT and looked directly down on the equestrian Ferdinand I of Medici statue and two beautiful fountains. It seems to be an area where many locals spend time and socialize. One night they even had a band out there, and I just sat on the balcony and watched. So fun! Many couples were out doing their wedding shots, and there was even a photo shoot just below the balcony. I found it very difficult not to throw little bread pieces down and gather the pigeons around the them. 4 minutes to the Michelangelo museum (The David), 2 minute walk to de Vinci interactive museum (where I played with EVERYTHING; I went from 48 years old to 8 upon entry). So many other museums, basilica, restaurants, shops, and grocery store are all 3 to 6 minute stroll. There is also a little bar/coffee/sandwich shop in the square. It was so nice to just pop down and grab a something and come back up and eat it on the balcony. Not one thing.
• Cristina (6/5): Discreto ma migliorabile - La struttura si trova in un bellissimo palazzo storico in una posizione strategica,comoda per chi arriva dalla stazione e a due passi dal centro e dal Duomo. Host gentilissimo ma poco presente e poco organizzato.struttura sprovvista di cartine per visitare la città e qualsiasi indicazione pubblicitaria di attrazioni o ristoranti.la camera era carina ma non da definirsi deluxe:poco pulita,poca attenzione ai dettagli e sopratutto non si può mettere a disposizione degli ospiti rotoli di carta igienica iniziati e una bottiglia di sapone per le mani e di bagnoschiuma non monodose,sempre iniziati da altri ospiti!!!!! Attenzione,doccia che perde,esce l’acqua sul pavimento e considerando la macchia di umidità nel muro non è un problema recente. Signora Rosa prenda le critiche in maniera costruttiva per migliorare la sua struttura ricettiva che è un piccolo capolavoro nel cuore di Firenze,città meravigliosa!

• Pakdaman (9/5): Aangenaam verblijf. - Het is een heel oud gebouw met veel charme. De locatie is heel handig, alles was op wandelafstand te doen. Huisbaas was heel vriendelijk en gaf tips. In de zomer werd het sneller warm in de badkamer door een niet al te goede verluchting maar niets problematisch.
• Lorenzini (3/5): For young people needing to crawl from the pub, with no big demands and fewer expectations. - The location is very convenient and central, so several of the best known and most visited attractions are well within reach. The neighbourhood is quiet in the room we were in, as the windows open onto the backyard of the Academy of Arts, which was being refurbished at the time, or onto a tiny, hollow court surrounded by other buildings. Access is easy for young people (and middle-aged ones too, as my wife and I are), it can be harder for children, if you have a pram and I would not recommend it for older people. The staff has been very flexible (in reacting, less so in concluding the procedure) when I had to change my booking to accommodate my wife and two children and had some suggestions on where to park and leave luggage (although we decided otherwise cheaper). The glorified futon is actually a foldable bed doubling as a sofa. Both chairs were wobbly, owin to poor repair. The remote of the tv was not working owing to alleged 'damge from the recent downpour' (although the tv itself worked). The bathroom has no fan and is at the topmost position, so it becomes stifling hot, even worse if you take a shower. The windowsill in the bathroom is discomfortingly low, and the danger of plummeting to the floor is not negligible, I feel. There was a small fridge, but no place where to consume a meal; the kitchen (please notice the dimension of the 'tables' against the walls) is shared, so I do not feel the pictures should be included in the description of the single rooms. You may possibly brew your coffe there, and precious little else. After leaving, I have requested an invoice (which we had agreed upon previously) and I still am expecting it although I have solicited it over and over (luckily I managed otherwise).

La chambre que nous avons loué pour un prix de 90,73 EUR au lieu de 218 EUR est située à l'étage dans une bâtisse splendide. Les parties communes en vue de l'âge du bâtiment sont correctes et bien entretenues. Je pense que le célèbre Leonardo da Vinci avait vécu dans cette chambre. Dans tous les cas les travaux n'ont pas été fait depuis... La chambre est très mâle éclairée. Il ne faut pas ouvrir la fenêtre, vous allez être très déçu de la vue. Les murs du logement sont très sales. La salle de bain est une catastrophe en vue de la fonctionnalité de la cabine de douche et de propriété en général. Le flexible de douche et cassé. Le support de gel douche et de shampooing cassé également. L'eau coule parterre, les moisissures dans chaque coin. Support de papier de toilette inexistant. Et tout ça est proposé aux touristes pour un prix de 218 EUR (hors remises). Peut être en Italie c'est normal ? Quelle honte !

This facility was the worst. if we could have moved out, we would have. - there is a lovely little bar next door its close to the bus line Room was not set up as arranged. Then only two twin beds and a little table with 2 chairs. tv was the size on a pc screen. no sofa to sit on. no screens on windows and lots of biting bugs. 100-400 screaming singing protesting drunk stoned young adults on the front steps every night until about 3am. garbage, broken glass all over front if building every morning. no breakfast. towels were like sand paper rags. large steep stone stairway to get to room with only one side handrail. 3 doors to unlock to get to room. https://share.icloud.com/photos/07dv8kGrs6SnJFBcCpYGUIPMw
• Henri (7/5): Good - Location was kind of nice because it was in the center of old town but we had homeless people sleeping right next to the entrance so it was a bit weird. We did not take breakfast in this place because it costs 9,50 euros per person. Also we had to pay tourist tax 6 eur per person per night in cash. Rental car parking was 30 euros per night and we had 2 hours to enter the parking because of the ZTL zone. First it was hard to understand the ZTL rules but later we understood how it works. TV Remote did not work at all.
• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location (but if you prefer quiet nights - this location is not for you. Every night there is a party under the balcony. But if you like it, you will be right in tue center of a party:). Very close to all historical locations. Big room. Really high floors. Feels like medieval movie. Landlord Rosa is very nice lady who helped to get in and always was in touch. Thanks a lot I would change the air conditioner for more strong model. Feels like the room is too big for it.

• Bhattacharyya (10/5): Great Location, comfortable bed! - The location was very accessible and our host made sure that we were well received. She was extremely sweet and reached out to us whenever we needed her help. Unlike alot of comments, we had absolutely no issues with the place being loud. In fact it was a quiet night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stairs are too steep and the sensory lights gave me the scare from time to time!

• Solveig (4/5): No aircon working, lots of mosquitos despite closed window, good location. - Clean, check in was easy. Location was very good, a short walk town everything in the historical city centre of Florence. Air condition didn’t work! When I asked the owner, she said she’d have a look the day after, but I never heard from her. Lots of mosquitos, even when the window was closed. Probably a hole in the mosquito screen. Quite annoying when trying to fall asleep. Expensive in terms of what we got, but I guess that’s just Florence.
