• Nadja (10/5): Fantastisch - Mooi en gezellig huisje voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Enige minpunt is de verlichting in de hal die te pas en te onpas aanspringt. Ben j de minste beweging ging het licht aan. Slapen met de slaapkamerdeur open is geen optie of je bent wakker want ben j elke beweging gaat het licht aan.
• AndyVdeM (9/5): Very nice stay - Very nice appartment at 1 min walking distance from center of Malmedy. Most probably parking spot just accross the place. Everything you need is available in the appartment, very clean. Bed sheets and towels included. WIFI very good. The light in the hallway is with a sensor, lights turn off very fast and then it is pretty dark :-)

• Froukje (9/5): Mooi appartement in het centrum van Malmedy - Ruimte. Ligging in het centrum. Comfort bijvoorbeeld twee toiletten, douchefaciliteiten, volledige keukeninrichting. Eén groot dekbed in plaats van twee dekbedden.
• Helene (8/5): Fijn verblijf in een mooi appartement - Modern appartement. Schoon en goed ingericht. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Fijne douche. Het ligt centraal in het stadje. Super wifi en goede tv. Kleine dingetjes: bijvoorbeeld: douchezeep en shampoo in de douche. Haakjes in de keuken om de thee- en handdoek op te hangen, een extra lichtje in de woonkamer, die is voor mij net iets te donker. Wat (inside) informatie over leuke activiteiten, goede restaurants, uitstapjes e.d. Maar over het algemeen was het heel goed.

• patrick wouters (10/5): - Prachtig en nieuw appt. Goede ligging.inloopdouche een droom.alles voorhanden ...perfect! Een beetje straatlawaai in de slaapkamer maar niet zo erg..
• Wilma (9/5): - De acc.is midden in Malmedy en ontbreekt je aan niets .We hebben een week genoten van dit mooie plekje . De verlichting in de gang. Die bij elke beweging aangaat ,ook als je in je bed lag .maar ook als je in de huiskamer bent .Heel vervelend.

• Ahmed (8/5): - Wat mij het meest is opgevallen tijdens mijn verblijf in dit appartement, is hoe ontzettend netjes en schoon alles was. Het gaf direct een heel verzorgde en prettige indruk. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, waardoor het verblijf erg aangenaam aanvoelde. Wat ik wel als een gemis heb ervaren, is dat er geen airconditioning aanwezig is, wat vooral tijdens warme dagen toch een minpuntje kan zijn. Daarnaast zou het handig zijn als er een waterkoker en een wasrek aanwezig waren. Dit zijn kleine investeringen die het comfort voor gasten nog verder zouden verhogen. Al met al een fijn verblijf, met vooral de netheid en verzorging als grote pluspunten.

• Cox (9/5): Very comfortable appartment in center of Malmedy - Very comfortable and clean new apartment in center of malmedy. All supplies for kitchen, laundry and entertainment available. Good heating. Sleeping room somewhat noisy from traffic in street.
• Relinde (9/5): A little gem - A little gem in Malmedy. The apartment was comfortable, the shower was downright heaven and the outdoor space was much appreciated too. Kitchen is well equipped. Wifi worked well throughout the apartment and on the terrace A little annoying, as mentioned by others, are the automatic lights in the hallway. I found out that when you close the door to the living room, the lights do not switch on when there are movements in the living room. Entrance to the main door is with a code, same goes for the door to the apartment. At first it was unclear how I had to lock that door, but after sending a message, I received a reply quickly and then it worked out. The biggest downside of this apartment isn't even that much of a downside. The bedroom is located at streetside, so you'll have to be prepared for traffic noise starting early in the morning. Closing the window doesn't do much, but earplugs probably will cover you if you are a light sleeper.

• Fabio (9/5): Super equipped apartment near Malmedy's center - Super well equipped apartment well located in Malmedy. In the kitchen you can find all you need! Very easy check-in. The wifi had some issues when we were there. The movement detector in the corridor needs somehow better regulation and can be annoying.

(10/5): TRES BON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - bonjour, we have stayed three nights in this beautiful,new apartment.The place is in the centre of malmedy,close to everything.You can come in with a keycode for the frontdoor and also for the apartment door.Everything was very clean and nice decorated.The bedroom is at the streetside,but no problem for sleeping.The bathroom is big and clean with a very good shower.The living room and kitchen are nice and there is everything you need.Then the big terrace.It was very nice to sit outside,having breakfast there or after a walk drinking a glass and relax.So we have enjoyed our time in Malmedy for more than 100%.Merci beaucoup pour tout.I hope we can go back very soon!!!!!! Only one small thing was not so nice for us.The automatic lights turned on with every little movement.When you are in the kitchen the lights in the corridor start lighting very quick. Nice that it works automatic but very sensible
