El baño es bastante pequeño y en la regadera no salía mucha agua Cómo sugerencia: Deberían poner en la descripción que la habitación es en el 4º piso y que no haya elevador, por si las personas que hacen la reserva son de la tercera edad!

• Carlos David (1/5): Fue mala - Nada Había fuga en el lavabo del baño. El aire acondicionado no funcionó y nos morimos de calor que hasta la puerta tuvimos que abrir, no había canales en la televisión y la limpieza del lugar era pésimo.

• Joseph (10/5): Awesome location - Location was perfect, next to the center. I was able to go shopping, cenote, and attend a performance at the bar not too far away, "La Guarida". I had to go the next day.
• Mechelle (1/5): I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. - Nothing Smell of mould made me feel nauseous. People slamming doors & talking all hours of the night & load TV. I didn’t feel safe.

Even during the week, no hotel employee gave the reception phone number to be able to tell me what I need, because the reception employee is rarely on hote, if you can't sit in the hotel all day and wait for the lucky minute when an employee arrives, then it's your own fault. because it turns out that the no. indicated by the Booking hotel answering only about reservations, the rest of the issue should be resolved only on the spot at the hotel, but only if there is someone there....... It's a pity that the owners of the hotel have tried to make it a good hotel, but have hired employees who don't care about the customers at all, but only damages the Hotel's reputation. I hate to write bad reviews, but this attitude was beyond all limits. I still didn't get my personal belongings back that I left in the room......
