• Peter (6/5): Overall the apartment was however pleasant it had decent security and I do recommend it - The location is good, there is a Metro around 150m away. The apartment is spacious, you don’t find many properties like this anymore, for a large family of 5 it is a good option given how spacious it is and the access it has to public transport (Metro and convenient 60 Bus) and also a supermarket nearby. It’s not refurbished as well as it should be and while it can potentially cater for 5 people it’s doesn’t fully. The single beds are too small for teenage boys, the double could be larger too but at least it was comfortable. There are many repairs needed to wall sockets, and the bath tub. Instead we used the one shower for all 5 people which was inconvenient. The aircon units are centralized embedded, they are very noisy, white noise doesn’t bother some but I can’t handle a noisy unit. They also don’t work that well enough for such a massive apartment, as they don’t catch in all the rooms. I also don’t like these type of units for living spaces in general as they are hard to maintain/clean posing health risks. The couches and carpet have many stains and need replacing. The stovetop needs some repairs (two burners worked from the 4). The company running this property is not so professional, I was left outside the property on arrival for 30 minutes, after we arranged and confirmed the arrival time. They are not present if you have an issue you need to text them and they can take some time to respond. The also insisted in photographing all our IDs (including my underage kids) a red flag for me. I also had to pay the city tax before arriving which is against the policy of booking.com which allows payment on arrival. Would I stay again here, no. The price is not reflecting the service and quality required.
