• Maurizio (8/5): It's a good place to base a visit in London.Owner answer in short time. - Central position with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Easy to find, good communication with owner that answers quickly. Lack of some pans to boil water or liquid, there's was one but it was too big. Next to a busy road then quite noisy whole day and night.
• Josephine (6/5): Local, enough space. - It was very central and had pretty much space! There were many kitchen utensils we could use. There was a door to the balcony we couldn’t lock. That made us feel less safe. There was also one window we couldn’t lock.

• Angie (10/5): Fab short break in the heart of London! - Homely clean and well located. Close to underground and circle line for all the famous landmarks Nothing! It was great

• Peeti (7/5): Very good neighborhood. Poor management. - Location and the neighborhood They provide 3 towels for 4 people staying. They only provide one set of bathroom rug for the 5 days of staying. The kitchen sink stop working after the 2 days. The communication is very poor. We have to be the one trying to reach the owner.
• Megha (1/5): Unsafe. Never stay here. - The host was soooooo rude and asked me to leave the premises when I told him the floor was dirty. He came to the property and said he would prefer it if I left the place etc and he would refund the money. And when asked to refund he said he didn’t ask me to leave. I have never been so traumatised and a warning to solo women- never stay there. Felt super unsafe. Infact the host said he has many properties and doesn’t care about this one even if it shuts down. He eventually changed me for cleaning and a night of stay when I was there for only a couple of hours. Note. - HE CHARGED ME FOR CLEANING- when his apartment floor was already dirty and sticky and the conversation and issue had started there. Please beware or Wilde London properties as management clearly lacks respect and not an ounce of hospitality

• Donna (2/5): Great place, pity about the hosts - The place was a tally fine although the decor was odd. I didn't like when I got back and saw the host was trying to charge me for damage I didn't cause and wasn't even aware of. I use booking.com a lot and have never had a complaint and I am absolutely raging about it. I would have booked the place again and recommended it to other folk but I wouldn't want to be falsely accused of damaging property again and I won't be recommending it.

• Melissa (1/5): Bad - Price was decent for the room size. Location was close to station, Waitrose and everywhere else. Lots of kitchen silverware and utensils. 1) Bed was super uncomfortable. Head rest was squeaky. 2) Entire place was dated 3) Balcony was hard to get to (blocked by furniture we had to climb over the sofa) 4) No toiletries at all not even body wash. There was leftover conditioner but probably from previous guest so that means they probably didn't clean the place that well. 5) No Netflix, even the cheapest hotels have that. TV was in the living room not in front of the bed. 6) Host was unresponsive unless they need something 7) Previous guest left something in the hotel and they had to keep bothering us to get it 8) Ants on the floor 9) Chairs were uncomfortable 10) Worse of all they had the audacity to try to charge us for damages of almost £900 after our stay which is a scam! Claimed there were damages on sofa, sheets, pillow, antique table, walls, towels which is not true! There is no evidence provided by them. Lived in so many hotels over the world and this is the first time this happened. Glad my card details are with booking.com and not them.
• Carla (4/5): Bad experience - Location Bad experience from the 1st moment. Elevator is too small to fit a baby stroller. The apartment is quite small and smelly. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Bed linens were dark. Only 2 half rolls of toilet paper were made available for 5 days (family of 5).
• Maciak94 (10/5): I wish I could stay there longer - The place is really comfortable and clean. I had a great stay there. Keys were in the box, I haven't seen the host but he provided all important information through a message. There is a fast internet connection and a TV with youtube and English channels. I strongly recommend to anybody! There was no bathtub plug, but we managed to fix that using aluminium foil
