• Yetunde (7/5): This stay could have been exceptional if tiny little things could have been put in place. - The location was perfect less than 5 minutes walk to the station. The building was quiet though you walk straight into the market on leaving the building. Close to supermarket. African restaurant within 5 minutes walk across the road.free wifi, clean and safe apartment and surroundings. The shower cubicle is too small no matter your body frame it is impossible to bend and wash below your knees. Only one bath towel provided per person for seven days. when I asked for more, Stephan informed me I will have to pay for extra towels or use the washing machine to wash the ones provided. No washing power was provided if we needed wash the towels. We were scared to use the machine as the electricity tripped off once cos we had the hob and oven on so the we turned kettle on it tripped and blew internet. so we were scared to turn on washing machine.We were not advised of the electric capacity when we moved in. Towel were old and needed replacing. Only one towel floor mat was provided for seven days. Limited toilet rolls supply for number of guest, no napkin nor kitchen roll only one tea towel provided no black bags provided for the bin. we were not informed of were to put the rubbish we had to ask the concierge who informed us about the recycling. The kettle needed descaling. No chopping boarding in kitchen. The flat cannot ideally sleep 7 people. Did not advise how to put the heating on. Someone in the flat above us probably a child kept on stamping on the floor in the morning, afternoon and middle of the night.

• Alisha (8/5): Very good - It was clean and well maintained The bath area is too tiny. You literally have to stand in attention while taking a shower otherwise you’d end up bumping into the glass doors.

• Katrina (8/5): Very good - The flat is spacious, very clean and centrally located, near Garibaldi central station. The street outside has a busy market but the flat is really quiet so you would never know until you exit to the street. You get a feeling of being in the real Naples. Nothing.
