We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Miller (10/5): I’d stay again in a heart beat. Thank you for sharing this space with us - Location, view, quiet but close to everything. Didn’t like is a strong choice of words, improvements could include: a few more towels as we were there 9 days. One towel person. We ran low on toilet paper& paper towels. Some basics for spices and cooking would have been great. Oh. Basic written instructions for appliances!
Rowena (9/5): Loved it all, so fun to spend 3 days in The Rocks, great part of Sydney and way nicer staying in an apartment where we c - Perfect location, great being in heart of The Rocks Easy access and exit to building -clear instructions, clean, light filled apartment Plenty of plates, cups, glasses etc, but didn’t actually cook so can’t comment on that but looked good. aircon was good, needed it. View of Harbour bridge was nice. Provided a steamer for clothes which came in handy as went to wedding. Bed we were in was a bit soft but still slept well. Only one bedside table so nowhere to put my cup of tea in the morning but not a big deal Sat night was a bit noisy but expected. If you want quiet don’t stay in the middle of a big city
Monica (9/5): Brilliant location and spacious apartment. - The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. With the doors closed it is very quiet inside. Good amount of towels. Great quality hairdryer. The pillows were terrible. The air conditioner wasn't working in 2 rooms for cooling (only had HEAT and FAN available). One air conditioner was set in German. At least all air conditions can be set individually. The carpet in one bedroom is very stained.

Andrew (9/5): We had a great stay. Great kitchen and dining facilities where we shared experiences and stories. - Location excellent, made our own breakfasts in the excellent kitchen. The lock box is hidden around the corner of a girder. And the owners do provide a recording to watch so you can find it. I couldn’t sign in to Spotify on the TV.
