• Jérôme Leonid (1/5): furchtbar - kalt inbequem hat gestunken habe nach einer nacht in ein snderes hotel umziehen müsse, war lauf man hat alle nachbatn gehört, nur für 5 min warmeswasser zum duschen und auch keine dusch kabine ganzes bad war unterwasser, hat nur so einen elektroofen wo nichts brschte. nie mehr wieder, furchtbar, keine möglichkeit oder info darüber wo kleider zu waschen kalt inbequem hat gestunken habe nach einer nacht in ein snderes hotel umziehen müsse, war lauf man hat alle nachbatn gehört, nur für 5 min warmeswasser zum duschen und auch keine dusch kabine ganzes bad war unterwasser, hat nur so einen elektroofen wo nichts brschte. nie mehr wieder, furchtbar, keine möglichkeit oder info darüber wo kleider zu waschen

• Michał (2/5): Very poor and unhygienic stay with broken amenities, bad smells - The only good things about my stay was location of the place which is in the city centre, and fast and stable internet connection. The apartment was in very poor condition and felt neglected. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, no hot water until I turned on the boiler myself and had to wait until the next day to have hot water, dirty and smelly towels and bedding, broken shower equipment, water leaking under the fridge, trash left by previous guests, and unstable furniture and sockets. The electricity went out and the owner did not respond at all.

• Hripsime (1/5): - Единственото нещо, което ми хареса, беше, че собственикът позволи да се настаним 30 минути по-рано и отговаряше на всички въпроси бързо. Във всичко останало престоят беше ужасен. Започвайки от входа и завършвайки с апартамента – всичко беше мръсно. Лъжицата и вилицата бяха мръсни, а въпреки че трябваше да се настанят двама души в стаята, приборите бяха само за един. Полилеят от Икеа за 5 лева беше скъсан. Имаше само една хавлия и тя беше с петна. Спалното бельо беше толкова неприятно, че дори облечен беше неприятно да седнеш на него. Имаше само една възглавница и тя беше много мръсна. Всички контакти в стаята бяха мръсни. Тази стая не струва парите си. На снимките изглежда подредена, но в действителност е просто ужас.

• Tímea (1/5): - Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen meg tudtuk közelíteni. Nem voltak nagy elvárásaink, csak egy tiszta szobára és furdőszobára vágytunk az alap felszereltséggel. Mikor megérkeztünk szomorúan tapasztaltuk, hogy csak egy takaró, egy párna, egy törölköző várt bennünket. Azt gondoltam én foglaltam rosszul 1 főre, de 2 főre foglaltam a szállást. Írtam a szállásadónak, aki nem volt képes válaszolni, ehelyett kaptam egy bemásolt üzenetet 1 nappal később, hogy értékeljem őket, mert fontos számukra, hogy vendégeiket 5*-os fogadtatással várhassák. Emellett büdös csatornaszag volt a lakásban, nagyon hangos a lépcsőház, továbbá a wc furcsa hangokat adott ki kb 2 percenként. Az ablakot nem lehetett kinyitni, maximum 3 centiméternyire, ami nem szigetelt jól eleve. Csak zuhanyzásra és alvásra használtuk a szállást, de eléggé elrontotta az utazásunkat ez az élmény... Nem szerettem volna rossz értékelést adni, de olvastam több véleményt is, nem vagyok ezzel egyedül, szeretném, ha másokat nem vernének át.. Senkinek sem ajánlom...
• Mariam Wifky Aziz Makar (1/5): - Very old and uncomfortable. The room and sheets smell very bad. Tney provided one pillow and one bed sheet for 2 people. The toilet makes sounds all the time. Heating is not working

Nella foto avevamo già pulito, non ho altre foto perché ho pulito IMMEDIATAMENTE quando sono entrata - Vicinanza al centro (10/15 minuti) Era molto molto sporca, anche il bagno e la tv non funzionava. Non c’era staff, infatti per trovare sia l’ingresso che la stanza abbiamo dovuto fare in chiamata, assolutamente non come dalle foto e il condominio sapeva di muffa. C’erano dei ragni nella stanza negli angoli, i muri macchiati e pieni di ragnatele, stanza super impolverata con addirittura cartacce a terra,anche la doccia funzionava male e non c’era la carta igienica. Ovviamente abbiamo pulito noi la stanza che inoltre era stata prenotata per due ma era tutto apparecchiato per una sola persona, anche il pavimento del bagno era molto rovinato. Nessuno gestisce la struttura, noi siamo andati via senza dire niente a nessuno e nessuno ha chiesto, avremmo potuto prolungarci per altri 3/4 giorni senza che nessuno lo venisse a sapere. PULITE LE STANZE E TENETELE MEGLIO GRAZIE!!!!! pessima esperienza

• Marcela LP (3/5): Da evitare - Internet ottimo. Acqua bella calda,. nient' altro Le foto non sono come è veramente il posto. Il palazzo è decadente, abbandonato. NON c'è angolo cottura, solo lavandino e frigo. Il bagno decadente, con odore a fogna. Il materasso molliccio. Tutto il palazzo puzza da umido. Non c'era manco Carta igienica

• leal (9/5): Muy buena relación precio calidad. - Esta cerca de la estación de micros, un poco alejado del centro comercial, pero no tanto. Fue mi primera vez en la ciudad y es muy segura para caminar. La habitación es suficiente para descansar, cómoda, y su relación precio calidad es la adecuada.gracias El edificio está un poco sucio y oscuro.

• Sebastian (7/5): Domowe uczucie z fajną lokalizacją - Sprawne zameldowanie, udało nam się zameldować zdecydowanie wcześniej. Internet bardzo szybki. Uczucie pobytu w domu. Miło, że była herbata wraz z naczyniami. Bardzo cicho w okolicy. Nie można otworzyć okna, źle zamontowany karnisz. Brak klimatyzacji, jedynie zwykły wiatrak. Ale przynajmniej ma silny nawiew.
• Martina (8/5): Cozy Stay near the Heart of Sofia - Very good position, near the city center, comfy and clean bed, very fast wifi, fridge very useful and pretty cold. Even at 34 degrees Celsius in Sofia, the room stayed comfortably cool without the fan, but the stand fan was a nice extra. I would have liked a bit more body soap and shampoo for 4 days (only one 12ml shampoo packet and one 12ml body soap packet), also hand soap was missing. I wish there had been a window mosquito screen because only a couple of mosquitoes got inside through the window.
• Alessio (1/5): Bad - Unfriendly and helpful staff, after arriving at the apartment booked by me, I find a message with the text "that the guest before me had broken the bed and were not able to arrange it" at that point with suitcase and backpacks we had to reach the new destination on FOOT (quite far from the one booked), we arrive and it seems to be in a FAVELAS, we are given all the new codes for the check-inin but in the box of our room there was no key, at that point a little nervous I call the Host repeatedly after staying for more than 1h to look for the key that was not found, but they decided not to answer (obviously had saved my number) I decide to call with another number after only 10 seconds and finally someone answers, finally he told me that he apologized because our room was 'another' and provides me with new codes, I open the apartment and there was: DUST, SMELL OF MOLD, SPIDER WEBS, DIRTY ENVIRONMENT, BROKEN GLASS, THE DOOR NEIGHBOR WHO HAD POINTED A CAMERA THAT CAUGHT ANYONE COMING UP THE STAIRS (By law you can record only your own home) and a smell of marijuana continues, At that point I think I understood the reason for that camera. I was told that my apartment would be cleaned up and that the next day I would go there, but I still wait for that message. Also the Host even told me a "FUCK" on the phone just because I didn’t understand the English language well. They even had the presence of SPIDERS, as you can see from the photos. In short just a stay to forget, I would not return a second time even if I had paid everything, I would rather sleep on the street, less dirt and more contact with nature! Yet I had paid everything in advance and without problems but this stay was worse than a nightmare.

• Nick (7/5): Good - The location was great, only a short walk to all the main sites in the city. The property was easy to access on arrival. The host is difficult to contact and didn't respond to any messages or emails, even ones sent by Booking.com. I received instructions the day before though and late check ins aren't a problem for anyone wondering, there is a front door code and a key box on the apartment door.

• Sergey (6/5): Pleasant - Getting in is really streamlined. Easy. Handling is easy. Overpriced. Needs renovation, bath is a horror, stinking entrance, dirty dishes, incommod, not cozy. For one night - ok. But again - overpriced.
• Nyagolov (1/5): I regret booking that stay in that property. - Only location was good. There was no sign of cleanliness - spiders hanging in each corner, cut nails on the floor. TV was not working, the kettle was not working either, there was bedding only for one person and when contacting the property management, I had to take a second pillow and duvet myself from the room next door as advised by the management. There was no toilet paper either. One of the electric sockets next to the sink was broken and fell off upon trying to use it. There were no registration forms as stated in the text I received. I demand my money back.
• Luka (8/5): Very good - Netflix, big window. Comfortable bed. I was in two rooms. Not once did I get the room I asked for. The accommodation already looked different, with different arrangements. But it wasn't that much of a problem for me. There was a table in the apartment where I was in the picture, while there was none in the apartment. The whole floor is full of Arabs, it seems to me, who have no sense of noise. The walls are very thin.

• Simona (10/5): Exceptional - Bed is super comfy, the room is cozy，the tv is great too haha I wish the heater worked better, i was a little cold during the night and the weather wasnt bad. Might be uncomfortable in winter.

• Yousaf (7/5): Good - It was quite and nice area near the center easy to go near the main places Pillow was uncomfortable should fill the pillows with more cottons and there was a smell in toilets but since I stayed for 4 days only I could take it
• Alessandra (4/5): Disappointing - Well located in a quiet street not far from the city centre. The staff was attentive. The bed was not comfortable for two people (thin mattress) and the humidity smell coming from the toilet was too strong, even closing the door we could feel it (towels also smelled like humidity). Also not equipped with AC, so it's hot in summer. Some minor changes would improve the appartment.

• Charlotte (2/5): OK price and location, but too many issues - Close to the train station and a walkable distance to the city centre and supermarkets. Easy to follow check in instructions. “Double Bed” was two singles in a 3/4 frame, so half the mattress was hanging out. Things that were broken include one of the table legs, the shower on and off dial, and the tap in the bathroom was super loose too. There was also no bin to put any rubbish (other than in the bathroom) - when messaging the host about this, they quickly jumped to the assumption it’d been stolen but surely the apartment would’ve been checked over before each new stay? Both shower heads weren’t attached properly so water sprayed everywhere when turned on. When raising issue to host, we were essentially told to fix it ourselves. Other than a semi-decent location, we would not recommend this stay. There were too many issues rather than positives. The host wasn’t very helpful towards during our stay, and the faulty facilities made it a really difficult stay for us. No issue that we mentioned was fixed, and our experience was not a great one.

• Алексей (10/5): decent for one person for short stay - Used to get rest between an airplane and a train. Good place for that purpose. Having kettle and cups provided, few bags of tea would be nice to have - won't cost much and add some comfort.
