• David (1/5): - It was an awful experince, there is no air conditioning, even though it is clear in the advertising that there is one. Pure liers, very mean owner, noise all the time. It is a basement not a house.

• Michael (5/5): Great space. Take earplugs. - Great little space with everything you need. Comfy bed. Good shower. It's crazy noisy. I wore earplugs the whole time I was in the apartment -- there is zero insulation and the ceiling is very low, so I could hear every move the upstairs neighbors made, and they're an entire family. Not their fault at all, it's just a very poor design.
• Rafaela (3/5): Poor - Decoration is good. Nice shower and kitchen. Ir is in a basement with a house full Of people on top of you with kids screaming and crying. Sound proof is zero. I tried to work from home and I couldn’t because of the noise all day until late from early in the morning. Also you have to pay some extra deposit that they dont tell u about until the day before so when you are not able to cancel anymore and they wont give you the key code until you make that payment. It is supposed to be an extra fee for cleaning, but it was not that clean.

• Nicholas (7/5): UNSATISFACTORY - THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST 1)ONE CHAIR WAS AVAILABLE WITH NO ARMREST; WE WERE TWO GUESTS 2)A LOW QUALITY HEATER WAS FURNISHED; I HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY ANOTHER AS IT WAS FREEZING COLD UPON ARRIVAL AND MY NEW HEATER ADEAQUATELY HEATED THE ROOOM 3) NO STEAK KNIFE WAS FURNISHED;ONLY BUTTER KNIVES 4)BED LINENS SHOULD HAVE BEEN LABLED AS BEING SANITARY 5)ALTHOUGH I INQUIRED TWICE, THE PROPRIETOR DID NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER WHEN I ENQUIRED BY EMAIL FOR WASHING /LAUNDERETTE ASSISTANCE. ONLY TO MENTION TWICE THERE WAS NO WASHER IN RENTAL PROPERTY. 6)THERE WAS NO DIRECT CONTACT WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL WHATSOEVER ONLY THROUGH A "PORTAL CONTACT" THIS IS UNSATISFACTORY; DENFINITELY WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN 7)LOW QUALITY INTERNET; BASIC SUBSCRIPTION
