• Cristian (5/5): Acceptable if you don't have a second choice - Location is okay - close to Placa Espana (3 minutes walk), nice building with a small balcony. Kitchen has everything you need. Two toilets/showers which is great if you travel in a large group. Small restaurant across the road with excellent food and reasonable priced. Place was cleaned before we've checked in however, the bed sheets on the sofa bed were not washed or changed. We have paid a substantial amount of money for this but the place is a bit outdated, bathrooms were clean ish but old, using an electric boiler which eventually feeds cold water, one of the bathroom windows was broken which didn't give us confidence to leave goods in the apartment especially not after we've been approached by someone at the main entrance trying to steal my friend's watch. The address displayed is completely wrong, it took us half an hour to find it after several messages exchange with the host. Booking.com is advertising a 300EUR deposit guarantee however, the host asked for 400EUR. Deposit was refunded. Been to Barcelona many times but I was very dissapointed on this occasion. Didn't expect 5*, but is way below standards for the money we've paid out of season. One of the bedrooms has no window.
• Galina (7/5): overall was ok, but will not book again, cost was too much for what it was. - The flat was clean, two bathrooms (they were tiny though), dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all chemicals were provided. Location is good - not far from the metro and city centre, there was a lift. The furniture was rather old with some broken items, the kitchen should be redecorated, it has very strange - not convenient shape, there was mould in the kitchen and bathrooms, not terrible, but not pleasant either. Some rooms have very small or non-existent windows.
