La zona es tranquila y segura. El espacio de la habitación es muy reducido y debería tener un pequeño mueble para la ropa y más ganchos y perchas para colgar ropa.

No complaints at all. Just found the shower a little small. But if you just need somewhere clean and good quality to lay your head with clean amenities I doubt you’d find better.

• Elisa (1/5): Very disappointing experience and extremely misleading presentation online. - After exchanging several emails with the hotel management following my stay, I can honestly say that the biggest issue is not only the quality of the property itself, but the complete normalization of problems that should never be considered acceptable in hospitality. The room was unbelievably small, honestly smaller than rooms I have seen in budget hostels, with a bathroom so tiny that using the toilet required squeezing between the sink and the wall. What shocked me the most was the hotel openly admitting that the photos published on Booking.com are taken with a wide-angle lens because otherwise it would be impossible to capture the room properly. In other words: the images do not reflect reality. Cleanliness was another major issue. Corridors were visibly dirty, housekeeping during the stay was practically nonexistent, and despite staying multiple nights, the room was never actually cleaned. Towels were changed, but basic cleanliness standards were not maintained. A toothpaste stain on the bathroom floor remained there for the entire duration of my stay. What I found particularly unprofessional was the attitude of the staff and management. Instead of genuinely listening to feedback, every concern was justified with explanations about the building structure, room category, photography angles or hotel policy. At no point was there a real sense of accountability or willingness to acknowledge that the guest experience was simply poor. I have worked in hospitality since I was 14 years old, across different hotel categories including luxury hospitality, and I fully understand operational limitations. However, honesty, cleanliness and professionalism should exist at every level, regardless of the size of the room or the age of the building. Unfortunately, this property failed on all three. I would strongly recommend future travelers to look very carefully at recent guest photos before booking and not rely solely on the professional images published online.

• Amelia (6/5): Great hotel but needs better soundproofing! - Reception People were lovely. For a budget room it was very good size. Very clean and modern and a great location. We were in the basement in the room that is next to the housekeeping store. The hallway was tiled and very echo-y, and the doors had no sound proofing. Usually not an issue but when housekeeping start cleaning at 7am, rolling hoovers, banging around and loading cleaning trollies at 7am, it really wakes you up. Better soundproofing is required in the basement rooms and the doors.

• TR Ragu (7/5): - Local to Kings cross station. Very welcoming staff and amenities were available on request. The air con was great as the days were hot. Very tight and small room for two adults no place to move, same with the toilet and shower. Luggage was under the bed but it was full of dust and we weren't able to get ready comfortably as a result. It's fine for a single person or short stay but would not recommend for longer stays or couples.

I was expecting a basic maybe not so clean place for the price but was immaculately clean, modern and quiet. Very small but comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Ask for quiet room downstairs so youre not facing the road. I work for LNER and wudnt hesitate to recommend the hotel for tourists looking for a cheap clean hotel 2 mins walk from king cross/st Pancras 😀 Very small room but I’m tall and they did have bigger rooms at an extra cost

• Emma (9/5): Wonderful stay conveniently located - The room was absolutely spotless, a delight to stay in. For a solo traveller this is a really nice stay. Typically small London room, tea and coffee (check the window area for now plug sockets), small bathroom with one of the best showers I've ever had. There is a desk and WiFi, enough space to hang clothes for 1-2 days. Plenty of pillows to choose from, the bed was comfy and it had air-conditioning. The hotel is conveniently close to the station and tube links, plenty of good food options nearby (I tried Casa Tua) and very close to Little Venice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a really comfortable stay and will definitely stay again. Only a minor suggestion - there was some noise in the corridor as well as lights that would switch on and leak through the door. Both could be slightly reduced by the addition of a draft or acoustic seal around the door frame. This was not really a problem and ear plugs are supplied.

Attention avant de réserver ! - Les deux réceptionnistes hommes étaient professionnels et accueillants Pour résumer les problèmes rencontrés : * On nous a indiqué qu’il s’agissait d’un lit queen-size, mais les dimensions du lit ne correspondent pas à un lit queen-size, même selon les standards britanniques. * Nous avons payé un supplément de 100 £ spécifiquement pour l’installation de deux lits de 120 cm, présentée comme une solution familiale / queen-size, ce qui n’est clairement pas le cas. * La porte de la salle de bain était partiellement cassée. * Le distributeur de savon pour les mains ne fonctionnait pas. * L’un des lits avait un matelas très dur et inconfortable. * Aucun adaptateur n’était disponible à la réception. * Il n’y avait pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. * Il n’y avait pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour contacter la réception. * L’alarme de la chambre s’est déclenchée deux fois sans raison apparente. * Aucun système de reçu/étiquette pour les bagages ne nous a été fourni lorsque nous avons laissé nos valises à la réception le dernier jour, ce qui ne nous a pas semblé sécurisé. Compte tenu de tous ces désagréments, nous avons été déçus qu’aucun geste commercial ne nous ait été proposé, comme par exemple des petits-déjeuners offerts ou le remboursement du supplément de 100£. Une des réceptionnistes (une femme dont je ne connais malheureusement pas le nom) n’a pas été accueillante et semblait agacée lorsque nous avons soulevé ces problèmes, ce qui ne nous a pas semblé professionnel.

The room was very small with not a lot of space that wasn't the bed or the bathroom, but for one night it was manageable and for the price, can't complain.

• Rebecca (10/5): Great Central, accessible hotel - Great location. 6 minutes walk from kings cross. Bus stop straight outside the hotel offering cheap assessable transport. Transport from the hotel to towel bridge and return cost under £5 and took less that half an hour. Lots of thoughtful free essentials tooth brush, tooth paste, vanity kits. Very thoughtful. Lovely large room, with plenty of towels and very comfy beds. Outside the hotel could do with a sweep to keep clean of public rubbish.

We booked a no window room but our room ended up having a skylight which wouldn’t have been an issue but there was no way to close it so the whole room was very bright when the sun came up at 5am, not ideal. We were also asked to pay a holding fee that was not mentioned before arrival.

Está a en los alrededores de King Cross Station. Todo y que ya sabía que la habitación era pequeña, no había sitio para dejar el equipaje (solo una silla y un colgador).El lavabo y la ducha son nuevos y bien equipados. És una lástima que en el vestíbulo del hotel no haya ningún lavabo.

• Eric (7/5): Absolutely fine for the low price - The location is very good, close to St Pancras and Kings Cross railway stations. This is a budget hotel, offering good value for money of you don't need any frills. The shower was efficient and hot, which is important to me. The staff took several minutes to locate my key when I checked in. The room is on the third floor - there is no lift. The window need washing. There were only a few poor clothes hangers in the tiny wardrobe. The toilet smelled slightly of drains, but this is not unusual in budget hotels in London. The TV screen is a bit small, but it is a small room.

Proche des transports public et restaurants La chambre est certes petite mais confortable, le seul problème a part une chaise et 2 cintres il n'y a rien pour poser ou ranger nos affaires. Le sèche cheveux nous a manqué. Nous n'avons pas trop de problème mais pour certaines personnes la route peut être bruyante.

Even though the size published, the room is not big enough for 2 international travellers with bags, practically. There is a lift but still more stairs to lug bags over to get to your room. Not suitable for long stays.
• Alessandra (4/5): Passable - clean and easy check in and out The room was on the ground floor facing a bus stop, and the noise from the street was very loud. The window glazing wasn’t sufficient to block the sound, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bed was positioned so close to the window that I would brush against the curtains every time I got up, causing them to open and leaving me exposed to people outside. Overall, the lack of privacy and constant noise made the stay uncomfortable.

• Stefania (5/5): Personale pessimo menomale almeno la posizione era perfetta - Posizione e pulizia Appena arrivate non era pronta la camera ho chiesto se era comunque possibile usufruire di un bagno mi è stato risposto che non avevano un bagno da utilizzare,poi chiedendolo al check out ad un altro dipendente ci ha gentilmente accompagnato al bagno. Seconda cosa,ho prenotato 2 camere,in una accidentalmente ho urtato in un vaso posizionato sul pizzico del davanzale delle finestra e si è rotto,mi hanno fatto pagare 10 sterline,ma se mi metti un vaso sul pizzico della finestra può cadere,nell’altra camera c era il solito vaso con l’adesivo sotto dell’ikea ho guardato e non costava nemmeno 10 sterline. Pessimi con i clienti. Peccato. Vediamo ora in quanto tempo e se riceverò indietro almeno la mia caparra.
