Erez (7/5): Good - The room itself is nicely decorated. It was very clean and spacious. It is clear that the owners had put effort in the property. It's a half-basement (as written in the description), and the adjacent room is a storage rooms. As a result it's not easy to ventilate the room (windows are at the street feet level). In addition we have seen some cockroaches in the room (that probably entered from outside, the room was clean indeed). Eventually we decided not to complete our stay but to find another place. It was impossible to get refunded for these nights, so make sure the place is indeed for you before booking.

Miki (5/5): Convenient location, many cockroaches. - Location was great, only few minutes walk from metro station and easy to/from the to airport. Lots of great restaurants/cafe/stores nearby. Facility inside apartment was very clean, well maintained. Too many cockroaches on hallway, and we had to kill them inside too. We didn’t see dead cockroaches on the 1st floor, maybe because this room is on basement? We had to walk carefully every time walking hallway not to step on them. if you hate cockroaches you can’t stay here. Also, neighbors were too noisy because there doors were left open, and they slammed door to the point my kids woke up at night, very weird. I know cockroaches and neighbors are not this property owner’s fault, but considering everything, it was too expensive. Also there were only 2 toilet tissue for 4 of us for 4 nights stay. Staff was nice and friendly. I wish the lady who let us in came up to welcome us on the 1st floor so we didn’t have to go all the floor up with kids trying to follow her voice.
