- Emma (1/5): Disgusting, unclean, poor communication stay clear - The only thing good about this extremely worst ever holiday was the view On arrival could not get keys as we were sent wrong code . No welcome pack so had to try and work out how to open doors and windows , WiFi, oven , washing machine , alarm system , always ran out of hot water even after finding the boiler control . Lucky to get 3 people through the shower . Sewage backed up and in one of my children’s bedrooms down stairs there is a pipe that is connected to the sewage sticking out from the floor . This also overflowed and went all over the floor onto her clothing and belongings . I tried to clear blockage and got sewage in my mouth when it splashed back up . The agent stated he could not get a plumber out until Monday . It was Saturday . I explained I had two 1 year boys and a 3 year boy in the property and it was a health issue . Had to basically demand . They came out and the agent stated he knew nothing about the villa (Dave) and was unclear if the septic tank had been emptied. I then asked for a cleaner to do a deep clean of my daughter’s room . He said he would try . We never got a cleaner for 5 days . Cleaner lied stating that they did come around . But no follow up from agent . Appalling, disgusting behaviour and the blame was always put upon us as the customer . My self and wife fell ill on the Tuesday with stomachs cramps , fever and we are still not right after a week and 2 days

The guy who let us into to the villa was friendly and helpful in providing informatio - The location was really nice and allowed for lovely views over the beach. Living area was comfortable and felt spacious, allowing for a nice space to be with others. The infinity pool allowed for nice photos and a cool down in the heat! Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and there wasn’t enough sufficient space/wardrobes for clothes to go downstairs. Some windows couldn’t be opened.

- Iacopo (10/5): Best view and contest, top swimming pool! - Perfect position, beautiful swimming pool, panoramic contest. We had a problem with a/c, managed quickly. Something renewable, their are working for improvements(We were the first customers). Better pillow needed.
