Aneta (9/5): Bardzo udany podbity w urokliwym miejscu - Piękny dom, z pełnym wyposażeniem, wygodnymi łóżkami, czysto i ładnie. Piękne widoki i teren wokół domu.
Martin (9/5): Super schöne Landschaft und Natur - Die Lage, die Ruhe, die grandiose Aussicht ins Tal, die Natur drum herum (verschiedenste Schmetterlinge, viele Vögel, eine riesige Kröte...) einfach toll; die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers Marco, der interessiert und super freundlich ist, und immer ein offenes Ohr hat, wenn etwas fehlen sollte. Total entspannende Umgebung, manchmal bellt nachts ein Hund, aber so ist das auf dem Land. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gut. Der benachbarte Ort San Donato ist sehr schön und teils sogar etwas pitoresk, bietet einige Restaurants, preislich sehr variantenreich. Man kann in der Dorfbar einen Aperol Spritz für 4€ bekommen (!) Wir haben uns super erholt in der 2. Osterwoche, hatten auch großes Glück mit dem Wetter (~22° und viel Sonne). Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub! Wir waren wohl so ziemlich die ersten Gäste der Saison, ein Raum im Haus war über den Winter etwas muffig geworden und daher als Schlafstätte kaum nutzbar. Die Häuser sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein gewisser Sanierungsbedarf besteht. Der Belag des Tennisplatzes ist recht gut, ein bisschen schade ist aber, dass man Bälle, die zum Nachbarn fliegen, nicht holen soll; da der Fangzaun nicht sonderlich hoch ist, haben wir in der Woche so einige neue Bälle eingebüßt

luk s (10/5): - Wir waren eine Woche im Poggio d'Oro und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist super, um die gesamte Toskana, vor allem die Chianti-Region zu erkunden. Unser Gastgeber war wahnsinnig nett und bei Fragen jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wundervoll gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Hügel der Toskana, besonders vom Balkon. Sie war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir konnten jederzeit Tennis spielen, der Platz war sehr gepflegt. Ebenso der Pool (wir haben ihn jedoch nicht genutzt, weil es schon etwas kühl war). Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für uns perfekt und wir können sie jedem uneingeschränkt für einen Urlaub empfehlen!

Mara & Ralph (10/5): Voor de tweede keer teruggekomen bij dit prachtige verblijf. De huisjes zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad i - De omgeving is prachtig. De faciliteiten zijn schoon en de host is erg aardig en meedenkend. /
Bru&Fede (10/5): Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nel verde - Poggio d'Oro è un posto bellissimo, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. Perfetto soprattutto se si cerca un soggiorno senza fonti di disturbo, solo il rumore di cicale e poco altro. La piscina è immersa nel verde e ben attrezzata. Il nostro era uno dei 2 alloggi più piccoli e tutto era ben organizzato e estremamente pulito, i letti comodi e la cucina con tutto l'essenziale per prepararsi dei pasti. Fuori una piccola area privata per cenare al'aperto. Di sera, nonostante fossero delle giornate molto torride, la temperatura scendeva e si stava incredibilmente bene! La struttura è infatti sui 400 mt di altitudine, tra cespugli di oleandri e molto ombreggiata, con un bel panorama sulle colline sottostanti. Solo per info: l'area è in pendenza, da considerare in caso di problemi di mobilità. Per spostarsi serve ovviamente l'auto, a 5 minuti c'è il grazioso borgo di San Donato per colazioni, cene, pizza all'aperto o anche per alimentari e piccoli acquisti. A mezzora/un'ora dal Poggio d'Oro ci sono varie destinazioni turistiche da visitare. E Marco è una persona davvero cordiale e di grande disponibilità per suggerimenti e consigli. Nel complesso ci è piaciuto molto e ci torneremo volentieri! Metterei il divieto di parcheggio nell'area di fronte alle casine (un'auto ostruiva il bel panorama!), visto che a due passi c'era l'altro parcheggio perfettamente ombreggiato e riparato. Ma è una piccolezza ;)
Keith (9/5): A Peaceful Retreat - Tranquil setting in very well maintained and mature gardens. Amazing views from your front door. It's a bit like a little village of apartments/houses but it's classed as a hotel. Large swimming pool. Marco is a very attentive and approachable host. Good modern bathroom. A Coop down the road for the essentials. Excellent centre for exploring the Chianti region with lovely hilltop towns, wine tasting and good restaurants nearby. Nothing really - maybe some fresh cups/saucers and mugs as they are a little "tired", and perhaps an extra pillow but I'm nit-picking!
Jacek (10/5): Staying at PoggioD'Oro lets you immerse yourself in the spirit of Tuscany from the very first moment - Beautiful location among the hills, silence, breathtaking view from the balcony. A good place if you plan to travel in the area, close to the highway, yet out of the way giving peace and quiet. Marco, the host, is incredibly helpful with everything.
