• yoona (9/5): 하루이틀 가성비로 묵을만해요 - 호치민 숙소가 비싸서 그냥 잠깐 스쳐갔는데 호스트 친절하고 연락잘되고 위치도 벤탄시장에서 가까웠고 에어컨 잘나왔고 청결도 무난했어요~ 짐도 맡아주긴했는데 숙소문이 열려있어서 조금 걱정됐지만 도난은 없었습니다~ 방에 헤어드라이기는 없지만 리셉션에서 빌릴수있어요. 근처에 큰 클럽이 있어서 밤새 웅웅거리는데 무던한편이면 안들릴수도 있어요. 저는 잘잤어요ㅎ 그리고 좁고 더러운 골목길에 있어서 처음엔 당황할수도?

Harry is super friendly and the l - We stayed here as a couple in our mid 20s and was perfect for our budget friendly travelling. Harry the boast was very accommodating. Whenever we needed him we would send a text and he would reply very quickly and help with whatever we needed. From more toilet roll to booking trips. The room was perfect for the two of us. Basic but all you need. Warm shower, comfy bed with air conditioning and a fan. The location was super central and even though there is a club next door you can barely hear it which was great. Nothing. A reasonably priced accommodation for 3 nights of stay in Saigon.

Katedra, Pała Zjednoczenia, ulica Bui Vien, Sajgon Market, Cafe Apartment, Opera, Pomnik Ho Chi Minh. Pokój skormy ale z wiatrakiem, klimatyzacją i prywatną łazienką z ciepłą wodą. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, unweit der großen Markthalle (aber noch spannender ist die alte Markthalle im chinesischen Viertel im 5. Bezirk, unbedingt besuchen!). Schöne Cafes in der Umgebung. Alles ok.

• Dominique (1/5): Je ne conseille pas cette adresse - La proximité des échoppes du marché dans le Secteur1, des transports publics y compris le métro, les stands de street food, MAIS je n'ai pas apprécié du tout l'obséquiosité du propriétaire que certains commentaires prennent pour de la gentillesse. J'ai réservé 2 nuits dans une chambre avec balcon... Question immédiate à mon arrivée du propriétaire "vous savez qu'il y a juste à côté une discothèque dont on entend la musique jusqu'à 2 h du matin chaque nuit ?" Ben non, et si les commentaires n'en parlent pas... Comment le savoir ? J'écris donc attention DISCOTHÈQUE peu insonorisée ! Résultat : le propriétaire propose soit de m'envoyer dans un autre hôtel à 2km.... (or j'ai réservé parce qu'il est donné à 450m)... soit de me donner une autre chambre, un jeune couple de français étant près à permuter... c'est gentil à eux, mais je comprendrais vite pourquoi... leur chambre est sans fenêtre !!! Passer d'un balcon à une chambre sans fenêtre... Pas de remboursement pour moi et quand le dernier jour, je demande au propriétaire de pouvoir garder la chambre jusqu'à 17:30 au lieu de 12:00 pour prendre une douche et me changer avant de filer à l'aéroport, la réponse sera "il faut me payer une demi-nuit" et que fait-on de l'écart des deux nuits sans balcon ???... Des gens qui se déplacent en pleine nuit dans le couloir jouxtant ma chambre... peut-être rentrent-ils de la discothèque ??? Oh surprise au matin de ma 1ère nuit... aucune serviette... Départ en excursion sans me doucher ! Le 2ème soir, pour me doucher, obligée de mettre de l'eau dans le flacon à savon pour arriver à amorcer la pompe !!!! Et pour conclure, chambre la plus chère (à l'exception de Hanoï) que j'ai eue à payer en 3 semaines (du nord au sud). Pour résumer, quasiment tout. Et j'aimerais que les voyageurs qui laissent des commentaires soient honnêtes, c'est un service à rendre aux autres voyageurs, rien de plus normal.

Non molto isolata dai rumori interni alla struttura. La camera non ha finestre sull'esterno ma solo una sul corridoio interno che fa entrare l'illuminazione anche di notte.

Сам номер подходит для короткого пребывания, есть все необходимое Шумные соседи по улице с громко играющей музыкой. Понятно что это не зависит от управляющих отелем, но на улице любители включать караоке так что будьте готовы к громким вьетнамским песням днем и вечером. в 23 все выключают, спать можно

I arrived outside of attended hours as arranged. No entry instructions were given prior to arrival. This caused a delay to entry as contact had to be made via phone/ WhatsApp.

• Christian (8/5): Very good - The location and the host were the pros of D Home. Super central, it was easy to walk around district 1. Harry has been a great host, soo kind, helpful and welcoming. He has been always available and helped us to book a good bus to Nha Trang. Unfortunately the room we were given was not the one booked. But this was not a problem until we found out that it had mold on a wall. As a consequence the room smelled really bad and we didn’t have a good sleep as we couldn’t breathe well. There’s no window so there’s no ventilation in the room. Water tank in the stairs keeps running all the time making noise.
