• Melker (1/5): WARNING! This is a scam! Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your trip. - We booked it for the central location It was falsely advertised as having a living room and a separate bedroom. It was just one room. It was falsely advertised as 60 m2 but was only around 30-35 m2. The property manager was horribly rude and unprofessional and would do nothing to improve the situation without being paid more money. Even the customer service of booking.com were unable to change his mind and told us they are considering taking him off their platform.

• Koh (7/5): Pleasont but could be better - The location is near some amenities. (at least 10-15 minutes walk). There are many buses nearby too. The place is somewhat hard to find. Thankfully, Carol came to meet us and guide us to the premise. Yes, the location in google map is not accurate. The description given is not good enough. Perhaps they need to edit the google map and label the entrance. The dining table was wobbly and could collapse anytime. The wifi is weak. The weak wifi causes the tv receptions to be buffering and week.
• Lorraine (8/5): Very pleasant - It was clean and bright with plenty of room Beds were very comfortable It was on the third floor and the lift was broken It was quite a walk to the nearest tube station
• Chan (7/5): Good - Clean and the staff is helpful. Wifi not good and the location is not convenient.
• Martin (3/5): Absolute disgrace (reasons above) - bedsheets were clean and crisp white heating was sufficient and powerful check in amd check out easy the place is absolutely run down first of all is the entrance and actual location on ground floor which feels already unsafe. In actual unit- which is NOT 1 bedroom apartment but a STUDIO (false advertisment) there are holes in the floor filthy fridge and freezor leaks in the bathroom not enough kitchen accessories uncomfortable beds in shape of bathtube… (I have photographic documentation of all above- happy to supply to booking or anyone who is interested- ignore last photo- its from other property..) host was slow in responding and gave us security code to enter the apartment only last minute before entering the property despite me asking multiple times. host was also very unflexible with check out and charged us an unacceptable sum for late check out. The host did not return my security deposit of 100 GBP after our departure - I had to ask for it (he claimed is because it was sent to foreign account which is a lie because i sent ot from an UK account).. This was one of the worst places I have wver stayed. I would not recomment anyoune to stay there. I would suggest booking makes an inspection of this place before continuing cooperation with them. thanks
• Donatella (8/5): Very good - This apartment is incredibly near to both subway station and some bus stations, just under 10 minutes or so.
• Amy (2/5): Be careful, you get what you say for, poor hygiene and cheek to keep deposits if not chased. - The place was smaller than the pictures looked but had all the amenities you could want. Where to start, I had an email confirming the contact number but nothing else before I left my home, a 3 hour drive and gave the time I would arrive upon booking. The email with all the details on how to book in was sent an hour before I arrived, I was then expected to fill out a whole form upon arrival sat in my car, and pay a deposit before being allowed to collect the keys. This was annoying as I was due out in an hour and came down for a working trip. When I entered the property the whole place smelt of urine, despite this I stayed and left the property in the morning. When i text to ask about the return if the deposit I was told it would be automatic 3-5 business days later. A month later it was still not in, when I rang the owner wouldn’t answer and asked me to text, when I asked about the deposit he said I didn’t provide back details for the return of the deposit!!
• Said (10/5): Amazing stay, very clean, great hosts, easy to locate and get in - Spacious, clean, great beds and shower facilities, also great location close to London bridge. Door didn't fully close, no toilet roll provided

• Li (1/5): If you don’t want to be ripped off, never use City Sparrow Apartment - it was my worst experience in my life, we are ripped off by City Sparrow Apartment policy, it too long to write the bad story here, but I more happy to tell you how the people there to deal with you! however the flat is bad you can ask me send you the pictures if you want see the real place, thanks read my message to avoid the bad bad experience, from James
• Jonne (1/5): Disappointing - nothing didn't get my deposit back (for no reason, just no responses to my request). It was worn down. holes in the floor. dirty. and in some dark back alley. also it didn't look like the pictures. finally, it was next to a workshop, so not quiet at all.

• Elaine (6/5): Apartment was good but booking and follow up with host less so - Location good, apartment clean and modern Way too many email contacts prior to stay and booking process with host overly complicated and looking for lots of detailed information. Apartment was difficult to find - no name on building and numbering on main door was different to apartment name. Instructions on email were good but difficult to find email as too many emails received - everything in one email would have been much better. Stayed over a week ago and security deposit still not returned, which was promised in 2-3 days.
