They want your passport photos via whatsapp or their personal mail adress after rezervations when you dont wanna send they dont send you the key code and you cant take your money back. Its illegal to ask that kind a informations from the guest acording to european and bulgarian gdpr law. SCAM. • Rosen (6/5): Pleasant - Nice apartment , good location When we left the apartment we forgot a toy for my child. After about 2 hours we returned and I wrote to the owners, but it turned out that there was no toy in the apartment. I can't describe in words how disappointed my child was. To future visitors - be careful not to forget something, then it disappears "somewhere".

• Dimitar (5/5): Nice apartment but few problems should be fixed. - The location was nice and the apartment was clean. As I wrote to the company managing the apartment there were some issues: - the toilet cistern was not working - there was no hot water at all - the water under the shower was not draining fast enough and if the shower was left running for more than 2-3 minutes the bathroom could be flooded..
• Martin (1/5): Dirty and smelly! Disappointing and disgusting - Nothing! The place should be forbidden for smoking but it smells like someone just have a cigar inside. It was dirty - all the walls were in really bed shape, doors have drips from something (I don’t won’t to know what) sheets and pillows looks like it was used. I have contacted owner, sending photos and explaining everything but refund was declined and I just pay it without sting there more than 5 minutes. It was disappointing and disgusting!

• Αβραμίδης (5/5): What a disappointment after all ! - Nobody asked in the telephone number. In booking site was said that there is parking in the accommodation. In messages (not directly in the phone that had been given) I informed that I have to arrange the parking via sms from a Bulgarian number. But I didn’t have one, as I am Greek and I have a Greek number.

• Yana (9/5): Superb - We arrived late at night, it was very convenient that there was self check-in. The management company responds very quickly. We booked an apartment and 15 minutes later we were already inside 👍🏻

• Oliwia (10/5): Perfect! - Nice, clean and bright. Nice location, close to city center. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it’s great that it’s there and has the facilities you need. There are trams passing by next to the apartment so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. Personally it wasn’t a problem for me.

• Annavilacases (1/5): Pessim - The area is not nice at all but it is not far away from the center. No good or nice restaurants, or supermarkets around. The livingroom could be good but the bathroom and sleeping rom are tiny. We've found the apartment really really dirty. The bathroom is tiny and there is not a normal shower. The room is really small. We do not recomend to book the apartment until they fix the problems. They have not helped us to park our car. Being foreigners we cannot use sms to park the car.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - The apartment was new and beautiful!!! Nice location and easy access!!! I loved the windows!!! The only negative was the bed in the bedroom.. Not comfy matress and creaked bed!!
• Chirag (1/5): Bad - Location and the comunication with the host The flat is very tiny. The mattress is small bad and makes a lot of noise all the time. The bathroom is very VERY small too and there isn’t even shower plate, so it gets flooded every time the shower is used. Very few phone plugs near the beds to charge the phone. Lots of mosquitoes at night, sleeping was difficult. Not recommendable at all
