• Beth (8/5): - Enjoyed the area. Close enough to get to the river and across (8 blocks) and was glad to get out of all the chaos back to an area with a neighborhood feel. Second bathroom was quite small ( shower toilet all in same room ).
• Kimberly (5/5): - Cleo B&B is in a great location in the Santó Espiritu district and the stay was pleasant overall. However, the entrance and stairwell look run-down and almost abandoned, which was a bit off-putting. The stairs are also very steep. I’d recommend adding some rugs or decor to improve the space. With a few updates, it could be much more welcoming. The entrance, the stairs, the back area where the rooms looks was dirty and unkept.

• Michael (10/5): - This was a fantastic, spacious apartment for our family of 4. We initially had an issue with the WiFi and host communicated very well, and sent a technician to fix it very quickly. The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions.

• Claudia (7/5): Good - The entrance is completely dark. With very dangerous escalators to get into the apartment. It has no lights. If you do not have a lantern with you, you may fall easily, because the steps have irregular shapes, Then without lights it becomes dangerous. The apartment needs maintenance. The bathroom’s door on the main room doesn’t close. the toilet paper holder was broken. Walls needs painting.
