Guest Reviews
- Benedetta (6/5): - La stanza era molto carina e abbiamo dormito bene.

No cuesta nada …

- Karina (1/5): - The only positive aspect of these apartments is the location. ❌ Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.
Upon our arrival in Rome, we contacted the owner as instructed and notified them 10 minutes before reaching the apartment. However, despite this, we were left waiting outside the door for over 30 minutes before someone finally let us in. All our communication has been forwarded to Booking.com support.
The owner’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. He responded to any questions with hostility, making us feel like we were a burden.
💨 The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the soundproofing was terrible — we could hear every step and conversation from other guests, especially as they were coming and going at night. It was impossible to sleep.
🌡 If you get hot, be prepared to pay an extra €10 just to get the remote for the air conditioner. Of course, this is not mentioned anywhere in advance.
💶 The city tax can only be paid in cash, and if you don’t have any on hand, you’ll be stuck waiting even longer while searching for an ATM. When we asked why this wasn’t communicated beforehand, the owner responded, “You should be happy to stay here at all.”
⚠️ This is an old apartment converted into a “hotel-style” stay, and there are many other similar apartments in the same building. Next time, I’ll definitely choose a different place. Don’t waste your time and energy on this one.

- Sarah (5/5): Passable - It was old & very dated. The bathroom needed a deep clean
- Иван (1/5): Requested for refund under rocket attack. Was denied. One more proof of what human nature really is. -
- Keira (5/5): Passable - Great location, lots of sightseeing within walkable distance, super markets, and restaurants The bathroom smelt bad and the shower would alternate between very hot and ice cold, bed not very comfy
- Vera (8/5): Very good - 2 minutes from Termini station. Good location. As it's near to Termini there were many homeless people.
- Petros (9/5): Superb - The room was very comfortable and clean. The service was friendly and prompt and the amenities very satisfactory. The only small negative was the hot water in the shower, which took a while to come and didn't have a very consistent flow, but it was still ok.
- Maria (5/5): Great location otherwise, just a few minutes walk to Roma Termini - Had to request a roll of toilet within minutes of arrival
Requested towels on our second day, but didn’t get them Shower needs improvement
- Richelle (4/5): Disappointing -
- Oscar (1/5): MAKE THIS YOUR LAST CHOICE - The two ++ were the location close to the train and bus to/from airport Terminal
Close to nicer area within a 5-6 minutes walk
Administrator was nice. 1- Could not use the old 4 people lift to the 5th floor fist night as its doors were not closed on the 3rd floor!!
2- Smelly room of old mold and stuffy. We had to burn incense the whole time we were there.
3- Very weak WiFi signal and TV...useless, bad reception!
4- Bathroom small and not well conditioned (bring your own soap/shampoo) small and moldy shower
5- Could not regulate hot/cold water!!!. Either very HOT or COLD water to shower.
6- Last day lights and water went out, apparently a technician (Administrator?) were working on the floor
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruben (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect
- Karla (8/5): Very good - Location No kettle to make coffee/tea. Noisy neighbours.
- Jack (4/5): brief and glad of that. - Bed was comfortable. Bar fridge didn't work. Wifi was poor and far away from our room. Had to pay 10 Euros to use the aircon. No soap or bathroom mat provided. Description of the property said to call the host when we arrive and he would be there in 10 minutes. Called 3 times and he took 45mins after saying 10mins.
- Samina (9/5): Superb -
- Natalino (1/5): Bad -
- Dee (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nahal (10/5): Amazing, thank you so much! - Such a beautiful property. Amazing location for the city square. The owner was so kind and helpful.
- Jonathan (6/5): Pleasant - Not too expensive and clean Unacceptable that a fan is not offered. I can understand you have to pay for aircon, but at least a fan for free would have beeen reasonable considering it was 40 degrees Celsius.
- Sanaz (1/5): I didn’t like it. - The only good things were the bed and hair dryer. The bathroom was full of schimmel (mold).
It was a room on 5th floor, without any sign, just a name on the ringbell. We waited almost 20 minutes behind the door waiting for someone to come.
The lift was too old and tight, the neighborhood was full of junkies.
There was no shampoo and the bathroom was bad as well.
10€ for airconditioner.
- Zahlia (9/5): This room was perfect for a young couple to safely leave belongings behind while exploring Rome. The staff were really n - This room was very convenient to all of the major spots. The bed was also really comfy. While the room was a perfect size There are tiny little upgrades here and there, but nothing big. Mainly just the shower needing a tiny bit of an upgrade, but other than that, it was a lovely room.
- Nilgoun (5/5): central and ok - Great place to stay if you need short way to Roma termini. Wouldn’t stay there for more than one night because of the noisy road outside, no fridge to use in the apartment and no air conditioning.
- Debora (4/5): Disappointing - The location is the best thing about this b&b, for this price. Air conditioning is not free, you have to pay more and the room is a little dusty and it has a weird smell. The bathroom is also very small and it doesn't have any toiletries, just hand soap.
- Hana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (1/5): Doesn’t worth the price you pay. - Great Location Broken toilet seat, leaking shower, super noisy place…
- Sonjya (6/5): Great Position - Position Hassle getting in - had to phone and instructions were were hard to follow - maybe tell via Booking.com that room is on 5th floor and how to enter building if front door locked IE better communication.
- Diane (7/5): Good -
- Musatova (9/5): Luscious, splendid and exciting. - Loved the location so much, so close to the station. But also within 20 min walking distance of the Trevi fountain and 30 mins from the Spanish steps. You can also walk to the Pantheon, Medici Villa and so much more. The room was lovely with plenty of storage and a nice enough bathroom. We had the sun filter in through the window every morning. So really an overall excellent experience and place. In addition the lift in the building was very old and fun to use! The room had a bit too much red and orange paint on the walls which was pretty until it made our sunburn look even worse than it was!
- Jegge (9/5): Superb - The owner is very friendly and helpfull.
The place is good located, we did everything by walking. Good clean place.
- Joshua (5/5): Passable -
- Mert (8/5): Good Location and Comfortable Room - The location is very good, right in the center of the city. The metro and train station were very close. The buses to the airport are very close. Many places to visit are close to this location. The room was clean and smelled nice. The shower area is very narrow, you have difficulty getting in. They did not turn on the heater at night, the room was very cold. They also ask for money to use air conditioning.
- Singh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eduina (8/5): Very good -
- El (8/5): Just what we liked - Walk to the beach Far from the center
- Mirko (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dionysios (4/5): Disappointing -
- Filipa (7/5): Good - Really close to termini station Too much noise from the other rooms
- Shirley (3/5): Poor - Good location near the Termini. Communication for key pickup was good. Bed ok. Dirty floor, tiniest bathroom, shower door fell off, wobbly toilet seat. Misleading from photos, terrible outlook and the lift sometimes didnt go up to the 5th floor! Air conditioning would cost extra and it was the worst yet most expensive place we stayed in Italy (realise Rome is more expensive)
- Dilara (7/5): Good -
- Anna (5/5): Passable -
- Claudia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brian (6/5): Good value basic accommodation - No kettle or the like.
No shampoo only hand wash
- Walter (3/5): Poor -
- Ketevani (9/5): Superb -
- Orfe (3/5): Poor -
- Ameer (8/5): Very good -
- Adonis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (7/5): Great Location and Spacious Room - The room was very spacious! It was super close to the train station. A bus could be caught to all of the main sites in Rome or it was about a 20-30 minute walk. We had to wait a while to receive the keys but that was most likely due to our poor planning, make sure to give the host notice on the time you will be arriving to prevent this from happening :)
Had to pay extra by the night if you wanted aircon.
- Georgia (7/5): Good - Great location, comfortable For the price paid, air conditioning should be included and not an additional cost. This is essential in Rome in summer as unbearably hot otherwise.
Shower needs a repair as leaking at the bottom.
- Veko (6/5): Pleasant -
- Roisin (6/5): Great location, clean room - Great location, easy access to Rome and transport. Very small bathroom. Airconditioning was additional 10 Euro per night.
- Tom (8/5): Very good -
- Luz (8/5): Very good -
- Mihaylova (4/5): Disappointing -
- Wong (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anano (10/5): Recommended - it is 2-3 minutes walk from Termini the main station. and is great for 1-2 nights of stay. actually it has all the facilities you need when you travel on budget + want a privacy so I would recommend it. it was a bit cold in the room at night, the heater was on for a while but it didn’t help really.
- Sara (5/5): Non è un bed and breakfast!!!! -
- Law68 (8/5): Very good -
- Roman (4/5): Disappointing -
- Samar (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Bruno (9/5): Superb -
- Zanetab123 (7/5): Affordable stay close to city centre - The host was very friendly, the location is great and the room is great value for money. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay close to city center then this is perfect. The bathroom needs a bathroom mat because the shower tends to flood the whole bathroom. The Wi-Fi is also not great - it can be used for the bare minimum, but it does work at least.
- Tess (7/5): Good -
- Nepali (8/5): Very good -
- Faustino (9/5): Good staying, nice place to visit main attractions in Rome and accesible to transport. - Location couldn’t be better. The place is near from train station, metro station, restaurants and some attractions The shower area is too small.
- Kaue (1/5): Bad -
- Raghavendra (9/5): Superb -
- Davorin (7/5): Good - room size bathroom connected to antoher with a window
- Scott (6/5): It was a great bargain and a great location, but there was a lot missing to make our stay a good one. - Location was very close to Termini, which meant you could get anywhere by bus or taxi really easily. Bed & breakfast in our country means bed and breakfast. No food to be seen here. Bed was quite stiff. A/C was an extra €5 per night. No kettle or kitchen to make yourself tea or coffee. Shower was quite small.
- Fatih (1/5): Bad - There is nothing to say that was good. Location is not bad, but in terms of historical places you have to take bus. They require 5€ more for AC. The room was extremely hot, almost impossible to sleep without AC. A very old apartment and a broken elevator. They didn't let us to deposit our luggages after check-out which cost me 12€ more.
