Bute dėl nuolatinės prieblandos, neatidaromų langų taip spėju laikosi drėgmė. Džiovinti drabužius iššūkis. Apačioje po langais yra baras su lauko staliukais, pasiruoškite dalyvauti visuose pokalbiuose 😀 viename kambaryje lova labai nepatogi, kas.mėgsta kietą čiužinį, net nerizikuokite ten gulti nes jausitės kaip supami jūroje 😀

• Lucie (10/5): - Ubytování má ideální umístění blízko centra. Apartmán byl čistý, měl veškeré potřebné vybavení (kuchyňské nádobí, ručníky, toaletní potřeby, atd.). Předání klíčů proběhlo v pořádku, i předčasně dle našeho příjezdu. Personál byl velice milý a ochotný. Náš pobyt jsme si velmi užili a rádi se sem budeme vracet.
• naama (1/5): - Location. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. The pricing felt extremely misleading. During the booking process the real cost was not clear, and only later we discovered an additional €100 cleaning fee and other taxes that were not transparent upfront. We felt completely misled, and if the full price had been presented clearly from the beginning, we would never have booked this place. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was just as bad. The apartment was dirty, the toilet smelled terrible and had visible stains on the seat. There was mold in the bathroom and shower, which is completely unacceptable for a place that charges such high cleaning fees. On top of that, the shower itself was broken and the drain didn’t work properly. The water didn’t go down and instead pooled around our feet while showering, which was extremely unpleasant and disgusting. Overall this stay felt overpriced, poorly maintained, and very disappointing. We definitely would not recommend this place.
• Carla (9/5): Muy bien precio /calidad. Inmenso departamento - El apartamento muy grande Y cómodo. Muy bien ubicado, a pasos del Coliseo y para hacer casi todo a pie. Enrica nos espero y explico todo con detalle es una zona para perderse en las hermosas callecitas tanto de noche como de día. Bares, restaurantes y un Mercado al lado con el mejor sándwiches de porchetta. El departamento tenia de todo, hasta hisopos. Lo único a mejorar, los colchones. Muy difícil descansar bien

• Paula (8/5): Detalles - La ubicación, lo espacioso y bonito departamento Hubo algunas cosas de uso diario que esperaba funcionarán mejor: la ducha del baño no desagota bien, la cafetera es para un solo café por vez y eramos 4, la jarra eléctrica no funcionaba. De todos modos nos adaptamos y lo pasamos muy bien
• Carrie (9/5): - Communication from the host was excellent. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had lots of space for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Location was amazing, being only several blocks from the Colosseum in a very pretty street with lots of places to eat in the area.
• Alberto (6/5): - La ubicación es buena. Muy cerca del Coliseo y el Foro, un con varias lineas de autobus que te llevan al centro. Para llegar hasta el centro andando (Plaza Navona, Fontana de Trevi, Panteón...) necesitas 20-25 minutos de paseo. Para 4 personas no es cómodo. El sofá cama no tiene un mínimo de comodidad, el colchon es blando y está hundido hacia el centro. Además, el salón donde se encuentra está justo encima de la terraza de un bar. Hay mucho ruido hasta las 00:00... Y desde las 6:30/7:00 con la recogida de basuras... Es difícil descansar.

• Liubov (7/5): Worked for our family 3 nights stay - The location is great, nice size of the apartment, two bathrooms and a good stable WiFi. Has a coffee maker. Very dusty, a lot of things are broken or not working. The air conditioner has a black mold on it. The cookware in unusable condition. No microwave. Apartment has a moldy smell.
• Sara (7/5): Good - I liked the most the location and the fact that the apartment is spacious enough. It also is a plus that it has 2 bathrooms with toilets (one smaller with sink and toiled and one larger with shower, sink and toilet). The beds need to be updated (for sure the sofa bed in the living room that is used for sleeping).
• Walter (7/5): Good - Great location and lots of room. Kitchen was not very helpful. Hot water pot did not work. No laundry soap. The room and furniture are dated. We had a bar set up in the street outside the living room window that meant noise well after midnight. The shutters could not be shut do to an air conditioning unit.

• Paul (7/5): The location is excellent, the place covers the basic needs but needs a rennovation - The location and the price make up for the lack of attention this place needs. There was a broken window that was promptly replaced. The communication with the host was good. There are two toilets, one shower and a bidet. It's located right in the center of Rome, 5 min away from the Colosseum, 3 min away from the Imperial Fora. If you're young and you just need a bed and a shower for your city break, go for it, it's worth it given its location. There is a bar across the street and it has tables right under the living room window - it was very noisy until 1 AM. A lot of the power outlets were not working. The hair dryer is weak. There are two TV's, but none has any channels or Netflix. A renovation is needed for the whole place (especially double glazing windows). If you want more than just the basic then choose another place.

• Geidy (8/5): Very good - Very good location… it’s not modern but it’s like Italian apartment. Near the apartment there is a market, a shop, a cocktail bar, restaurants and major attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean and spacious with everything you need.

• Mr (10/5): Living in Rome - Location, location, location.. Easy walk to most of the things you want to see in a 3 day visit to Rome. Plus there's a vast selection of eateries at your doorstep. The unit is quiet and fully equipped for a self catering holiday (but why would you). It was great having the washing machine as was the second toilet. The second bed, in the lounge, is a fold out settee - never totally comfortable for adults, but adequate.

• James (8/5): Very good - Location, beds were as advertised, kitchen was good. We broke a key and the owner was quick to respond at no charge. We would stay again. A bathroom did not have a door, the light switches are not arranged in a logical manner.
• Nick (8/5): Excellent price-location and service! - It was straightforward; I got a call from the owner to facilitate the arrival and everything. Well organized The sofa-bed mattress dipped a bit, making the sleeping posture awkward, but there was nothing I could complain about.
• Jane (10/5): New year 2024 - The apartment is in a great location, the forum area just at the end of the street and only minutes to lots of bars, restaurants and shops on Via Cavour and surrounding streets. Watching the fireworks on new year's eve from the forum area was a highlight of our stay. The apartment is easily accessible on the first floor of the building with a small lift to help with luggage. Security is enhanced with a key accessed inner gate between the outer door and individual apartments. Our apartment was roomy and comfortable with a combined lounge diner, kitchen area for preparing simple meals and snacks, cloakroom with sink and toilet, bedroom and dressing room with ensuite shower room. The decor was traditional, in keeping with the age of the building and everything was very clean. At all times from the booking to the end of our stay Cristian could not have been more helpful. He arranged our transfers from and to the airport as we requested and provided practical information promptly whenever we contacted him. Nothing comes to mind
• Bruno (8/5): Great local location and experience - Perfect location, everything is walking distance. Smooth check-in on a 1st floor apartment with nice areas. Local neighborhood with local people give us a bigger experience. Bar open till 2am can difficult sleep routine. Sofa bed maitress was not good for our back. Bathroom doesn´t have a proper shower drainage.
• Lingye (8/5): Good location but not a smoke free apartment - Good location, right next to the colosseum, and other major attractions. Good communication with staff. Wifi works fine, TV works, even have Netflix and YouTube. Had to pay tax by cash, no online payment option available. The apartment is not smoke free, can smell strong smoke odor. Rooms are pretty small.
• Louise (5/5): It was close to the sites, but felt unfinished as if it was rented out before it was ready/repaired. - Close to Colleseum. No heat, and the shower clogged. Bed was a little lumpy and there were unfinished electrical outlets. One of the rooms was not furnished and seemed like a storage area. The bathroom with the shower had no door. A full length mirror was just propped up against the wall. The towel warmers didn't work.
• Cristobel (7/5): Good family apartment for - Location is brilliant for getting out and seeing the main sights and exploring Rome whilst being tucked away in a quieter street away from the traffic Host was really helpful pre trip and check in/out was simple Felt safe and secure and lots of space for a family of 4 Free Wi-Fi and Netflix available for ‘downtime’ Apartment is pretty old and tired and needs some freshening up in parts! Lacking dishwasher soap, cloth etc in kitchen which We didn’t want to buy for a short stay.
• Manola (6/5): Good location and host. - The location The noise from the bar down stairs, not enough toilet paper, no detergent for washing up, no tea towel, the sofa bed.
• Maureen (10/5): A perfect place to stay for a few day visit to Rome, close to most of the sights. - The location was perfect for our needs. We were steps from the Colosseum and Palestine Hill. We were able to walk to all the sights we were interested in except for the Vatican. Uber is easy to get just a block away. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our location.
• Luisina (7/5): Not the best option, but location is perfect - The location is perfect. It is close to a lot of tourist atractions and that is the best this apartment has. It has plenty of space and has 2 bathrooms. There was not toilet paper, detergent, paper napkins or dish towel, which I beleive is essential for a good stay. The apartment was not clean by the time we arrived, so we have to wait for the lady to clean the apartment before we can go and visit the city. The main bathroom has no door, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and it was not completely clean.

• Tatjana (9/5): Superb - perfect location to explore Rome, good communication we did not spent much time in the apartment, but some essentials would be nice, like toilet paper for example, becuse there was none in either bathroom when we arrived.
• Sonja (7/5): Great location, the apartment should be better equipped - Location is perfect (in the centre of all things you want to visit), apartment is spacious and has two bathrooms Uncomfortable beds, especially in the living room. Very poorly equipped kitchen (without basics like salt and sugar). The check out is at 10AM and before 9.55 the cleaners already came and wanted to clean the apartment - if the checkout is at 10 then we have s right to stay in the apartment until 10 without anyone rushing us and disturbing while finishing packing!
