Guest Reviews

- Mohamed (8/5): It was definitely the location we were searching for. The train station is right around the corner. The accommodation it - The location and accessibility was exceptional! Could’ve been a less dusty other than that, it was phenomenal.
- claudio (8/5): -
- Jonathan (10/5): Highly recommended. - Lovely house in a lovely location.
Well equipped, comfortable and cosy.
- Dominik (10/5): - Size and layout of the place. Very clean!
- Mosse (4/5): Great location, recently renovated with poor finish. - Great location. Good number of rooms. The shower leaked through the ceiling, pouring onto the floor below, through the light fitting. The bottom floor smelled heavily of damp and had mould, also after flooding.
- Erik (8/5): Overall the visit was very positive and we had a good time despite a few inconveniences - The propert was located central which made it very easy to get around in the city with the train. The property was also very spacious for being in London for a good price. The check in process was a bit complicated. The key box was very hidden and it did not help that the hosts originally sent us a video on what to do that was showing the wrong property. When trying to contact them for further instructions the response was slow. The plug of the hair dryer was also a bit broken and would only work in one of the sockets.
- Louise (8/5): The stay overall was very good. We would stay here again. The house was well furnished. - The location of the property was close to a tube station.
There was everything we needed.
We liked the access to the local shops.
Plenty of storage available. We thought that having an option of a safe would be useful.
One of the handles came off the bathroom door.
There was 2 bins that had not been emptied in the bathrooms.
- Cathy (8/5): Nice, quaint house, in a great location. - Property was tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Some leaks in the roof coming through light fittings on several floors was a bit of a worry. There are a LOT of stairs - not too good with guests with knee problems!
- Dejan (7/5): Everything great, except cleanliness. - A beautiful English house. Beautifully decorated, it has everything you need for your stay. This was our second time staying here, but this time we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The house was unclean, only the beds looked made and tidy. There was a bad smell in the downstairs bathroom, the walls and floor were dirty. The handles on two of the doors had fallen off, so the doors could not be closed from the inside. There were dirty socks on the ceiling over the fire alarms. The outside terraces were also so dirty that they could not be used.

- Fagan (9/5): - Perfect location, very clean and well equipped kitchen 👌 It's very noisy on a morning with the fruit and vegetable vans outside.
- Fagan (10/5): - Nice and clean, everything you need away from home.
- Anita (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - - -
- Christian (8/5): - - gute Lage
- Super Ausstattung
- Raluca (8/5): Good, served its purpose - Good location, close to the tube, nice restaurants and groceries stores in the area. Easy access into the house. Staff communicative. House needs some tlc as some doors don’t close properly, some of the handles have to be fixed. Also on the lower floor a dehumidifier might be needed.
- Lisa (10/5): Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Would recommend. - This was the second time my colleagues have stayed and once again everything was perfect. It's right off North End Road so perfect for the shops, takeaways etc. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The hosts are responsive and helpful, I would recommend and will be booking again when we are in the area. Sadly it's not available next week or I would have booked it again.
- Lisa (10/5): Clean, comfortable property in a great location. Would recommend. - Everything was as advertised, clean, comfortable property in a great location. Hosts responsive and helpful. My colleagues liked it so much they requested it again this week. Would recommend. Nothing to dislike.
- Catharine (5/5): Spacious for a large group but smell of damp overpowering - Lots of space for a group of 5. Spacious living room. Close to the bus and about 10-15 minute walk to various tube stations. The smell of damp in all the bathrooms which then spread to the bedrooms was really bad to the point we had to open the doors and windows to try and ventilate the place. The bedroom with the two single beds - bathroom was very small with a broken toilet seat that couldn’t be used. Broken tap in the sink. Bedding didn’t smell fresh on one of the beds. The kitchen floor was dirty with crumbs. The bins in the room with single beds had crumbs in it. The place felt tired with lots of dirty marks on the walls and the carpet felt sticky. Walking about with no socks on and my feet were black. Glasses in the kitchen were dirty with lipstick marks. The place had been sprayed with an air freshener to mask the damp spray which was not pleasant. There was a child’s cot in the living room behind the sofa. Not enough towels for us all but luckily I packed my own after reading reviews of a similar nature. Would have been good to have a clothes horse or somewhere to hang the towels up to dry them.
- Nicole (7/5): Good but not a luxury apartment - The apartment is in a lively neighbourhood with enough opportunities to eat out or buy food to eat in. Good tube connection.
Very firendly host before we arrived. When we arrived though, we realized that the internet connection does not work and when addressing this after several days, the response was rather desinterested.
The location is spacy and we had sufficient space for 5 people.
Kitchen is directly under the roof, you need to like stairs to move within the house.
Engough storage room in th beedrooms as well as in the lounge. The duplex has the 3 bedrooms and even 4 bathrooms. It is good but not luxury.
The rooms need to be updated and the bathroom needs a proper cleaning.
In the basement, the 2 bedrooms were humid and contained some mold. The doors did not close properly, only when you threw yourself against it. This also applies for the bathroom door in one of the rooms.
Market with fresh food around the corner - which also means that the lorry is directly under the bedroom window on the first floor and you need ear plugs to sleep.
- Brian (10/5): The toon won & the gaff was world class. - Amazing layout in an unreal location for very reasonable pricing. Slight smell coming from one of the toilets, but there are plenty of others to use.
- Habib (8/5): Very good -
- Belinda (10/5): Exceptional - Very central and close to tube. Lots of shops close by. Lots of room in the house . 4 bathrooms. All good but stairs could be an issue for some as the house is on 4 floors with kitchen at the top.
- Kendall (8/5): Very good -
- Aidra (9/5): We had a great time staying at the Fulham house. We enjoyed our stay and felt incredibly safe. - It was convenient to the tube and there was grocery right next-door and lots of cute bakeries!
- Marlit (9/5): Thank you ☺️ - Very good service, good communication and easy access to the house, very good equipment, access to the outside via terrace, everything you need to feel comfortable.
Bedroom downstairs on the street side (in the basement): unfortunately it is noisy at night if you want to sleep with the window open, as goods are unloaded from a truck early in the morning on weekdays.
- Sanya (8/5): Very good - The house is beautifully decorated, in a great location. The beds are comfortable. One of the basement rooms is very spacious and comfortable. Bonuses are the two additional terraces. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower in the basement north room is leaking and is not usable. The shower next to the living room barely drains.
One bed had no bottom sheet, there were not enough towels, but that was quickly resolved by owner.
Although we are all sporty women between 40-60 years old, the stairs to the kitchen were quite a struggle for us.
The conditioner containers contain shampoo
The shelf next to the TV in the living room is very rickety and dangerous because there is a glass vase on it.
- Alina (10/5): Excellent - Very clean, spacious, Lidl at 100m away
- Penny (6/5): Ok - Plenty of space for family. The property is over 4 floors and is very narrow. Heating wasn’t working when we arrived, but this was fixed. Bathrooms very poorly ventilated so they started to smell after a few days.
- Veronica (7/5): Expensive but that’s London for you. I’d stay in a nicer suburb, - Big enough for a family of 4. Grocery store across the road was handy and great fruit and veg markets next door. It was over 4 levels it looks like it would have been a garage at some point and turned into a 4 level home. The kitchen was to the top. Location was not very nice. Tube was close but nothing nice in the location
- Vikas (3/5): Poor -
- Patti (7/5): Clean and comfortable in Fulham - The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping all within a few minutes walk. The West Brompton Underground station is a short walk away. The home was clean and the beds comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiry. We were two active couples in their 70s who had some issues navigating the home. There is minimal space around the beds and 3 long flights of stairs to get to the kitchen. While we had a pleasant stay, the house is better suited for younger folks.
- Malcolm (9/5): Superb - All rooms have a shower and toilet this is great when everyone is getting ready at the same time. Everything was clean. No hot water on the 1st morning but this was quickly fixed. No welcome pack
- Tejas (2/5): Very poor - it’s look like good in pictures but in reality very congested and it’s not comfortable at all and many problems as well. Mainly water problem in property water is not coming at all for 30 minutes and room handles are broken if you need pictures i’ll send you it’s not value for money what i paid. i attached pictures but i can’t able to upload videos as well.
- Julie (9/5): Perfect house for a few nights with friends - Lovely comfortable bed. Modern bathrooms. All the stairs !
- Andrea (8/5): Very good - Great interiors The location is not bad because it's next to many shops but is far away from the center.
- Kathryn (10/5): Excellent stay - Great location, lovely property, well equipped
- Bianca (10/5): A perfect base in London with wonderful homeowners. - Amir and Sam were always available to assist and were extremely helpful when the previous visitors had switched off the boiler. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the house and to collect just before we left for the airport, which was very kind and greatly appreciated. The property is new and everything is of an extremely high standard. Close to West Brompton station for convenient travel. A perfect base in London! The house is over 4 levels so the stairs may be a problem for older visitors but we travelled with our teenage sons so it wasn’t a problem for us. I mention it only for people who may have bad knees etc.
- Cristina (5/5): Nice place with hidden issues - The home is big and location is great. Close to public transportation and local shops. The full beds were comfortable but the twin beds were hard. Insufficient number of utensils for the amount of people the property can accommodate. There were 4 or 5 forks/knives and spoons.
If guests are staying more than 4 days, they should be given more than 1 bath towel, and face towel for the duration of their stay.
Water pressure is a hit or miss. Most days the water did not work in the kitchen, which is on the 3rd floor. Guest cannot shower at the same time even though there are 3 washrooms. Also, not enough water for guests to shower. You have to wait a certain amount of time before the water starts to run again, which is extremely inconvenient.
The owner should provide user manuals for the kitchen oven and washer/drier and provide instructions on how to change the temperature in the home. The property is 95% tiled and in England considering it rains a lot, it can get quite cold. Therefore, understanding how the water radiators work would be helpful.
Provide a proper broom and dustpan
Kitchen cleaning (disposable) clothes for dishes and countertops.
Handrails aren’t sturdy
- Barbara (9/5): This house was a gem - beautiful, spacious, comfortable and in a very convenient location for Westminster, Tower Hill an - Location was excellent on the District Line. There are shops, pubs and restaurants just around the corner. Every bedroom has full facilities like ensuite, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The house is stylish and very comfortable. The owners have put in a lot of effort to include everything you’d need for a short stay (we stayed 5 nights) including refreshments and a couple of small bottles of wine. It was delightful. Lots of stairs if you have mobility issues but we were fine. We were given the wrong code to the front door which made it seem very difficult to enter. Once we had the right code however it was easy.
- Hope (9/5): Perfect house for groups and teenager family - The landlord was accommodating and kept us informed. The house was clean and bright. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was perfect for us with teenagers. The layout is very different from a standard home. The bedrooms are on the lower floor. It was perfect for us. We will book again when in London with friends. N/A
- Kim (7/5): Great location and space for family adventure - The location was perfect for reaching all parts of the city. The house was very clean. Good pressure in the showers. The kitchen was very lacking in cooking items. No baking pans. Limited utensils. Would have been helpful to have manuals for washer and oven, had to google manuals to learn which buttons to use. The TV connection didn’t work in any of the rooms minimizing ability to enjoy TV in the evenings.
- Mariya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Fab Fulham stay! - House was great, perfect location and plenty of space for the six of us traveling. Bedrooms were spacious with the added benefit of each having an en-suite. Due to the design there are lots of stairs!
The property would benefit from additional plates/bowls etc
- Geoff (8/5): Great house. Three ample sized en-suite bedrooms - Ample room and all as stated Couldn’t find a bottle corkscrew or hair dryer. Showers in basement rooms slow to drain and overflowed slightly
Otherwise everything as stated
- Robert (10/5): Excellent - Having the kitchen on the top floor was not ideal
- Tony (9/5): Superb - Good location, owner was very responsive. Property was clean, good food options.
- Alyson (10/5): Fantastic, hope to stay again - The house was really well done. Having a little outside space was great and it was very clean The only - tiniest- complaint is that the sofas weren’t very comfortable. It seemed like their backs were leaning forward.
- Kieran (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
Very clean and owner was so helpful and we were made very welcome Nothing
- Mohamed (8/5): Very good -
