Les lits sont confortables. Notre séjour a été agréable ! Pour les personnes qui cuisinent, il manque des ustensiles tels que les couteaux de cuisine. Les couverts ne sont pas de bonne qualité

• Mika (6/5): Feedback - The neighbors are constantly VERY loud, the air- Con randomly stopped working WITHOUT WARNING for TWO WHOLE DAYS, and the towels provided for us were dirty, with tiny bugs and smears of unidentified things on them! The horrid smells from the first day we entered from the plug-in bug repellent!!! It was like as if it was about to set on fire!!!! The building being very hard to find, the toilet was crooked, and the bath/shower was filthy.

• Martha (10/5): A Wonderful Place to Base while we Explored the Cairns Area - The apartment was really great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was a peaceful place for our family to call home for a few days. It was very close to the airport and a very easy drive to downtown Cairns, as well. We used the cheap, convenient public bus for the first few days. I would highly recommend staying here. The only thing that was hard on us was that our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1:30 am. That was long after the office was closed. They had our keys conveniently in a lock box for us with clear instructions. The only problem was that the main pedestrian gate code pad wasn't working. We managed to call and get in, though.

Well above what you’d normally find in an apartment of this type. Several huge pools which are relatively quiet and easy to access. A second set of keys (fob for the external security door) might be helpful.
• Michelle (7/5): Great apartment in beautiful location. - The apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked with everyday items. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to the point one of my daughters slept on the couch for 3 of the 5 nights. Alos the sand flies were horrendous.
• Simranjitsingh (4/5): Infested with cockroaches! - The resort overall is pretty, with big rooms, pleasant outdoors, and green trees surrounding he property. Good Coffee place & restaurant inside, along with pool with a good play area for kids. secured parking. The unit given to us was infested by cockroaches. There were cockroaches everywhere. When we connected the property host about the cockroaches, we got a cold response, mentioning that they will send pest control which was a joke. Would not recommend anyone!
• Tania (9/5): Superb - The place was amazing, beautiful resort, large rooms, fantastic facilities with the choice of 3 pools to laze by. We will definitely be back. The only thing that could be improved is larger beds in the second room. My 17 year old was a little big for the small single.
• Chrystene (10/5): A perfectly comfortable way to end a busy day and rest up for the next day. - The property was well maintained, and beautiful. It was homely and had everything you needed to function daily, just like your own home. The host was very friendly, and responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. The property was very secure, safe and family friendly. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked beautiful. The gardens were very tropical and relaxing. The staff were lovely and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean and spotless. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again. I liked everything.
• Mirella (9/5): Terrific Apartment and Resort - It was an excellent apartment and very roomy and comfy The resort itself was lovely as well All the stairs to get the apartment and not being able to park our car in under cover carpark as clearance wasn’t high enough for our vehicle

Spacious apartment in a resort complex with multiple pools and an onsite Thai res - Fantastic apartment and the resort had exceptional facilities. Met all my needs. Onsite Thai restaurant was incredibly handy. Prefect location for our trip. Nothing.
• Jason (10/5): Holiday - - Apartment was clean and presentable. - Not too far from the shops and other food venues. - Pool is large enough to have a swim even on a busy day. - Property manager was very helpful , communicated quickly and clearly and handled anything we needed from them. Lots of stairs, fine for myself and younger people but not so much for elderly people. All the air conditioning units are in the undercover carpark which turns it into a furnace. Other than those i can't speak hoghly enough, was a great stay.
