• Heidi (10/5): Vil helt sikkert booke igen, hvis jeg skal på weekend tur til London - Perfekt beliggenhed, rummelig, gode værelser og badeværelset. Nød at kunne sidde på altanen om aften Ældre køkken, men vi brugte det kun om morgenen og morgenkaffe. Det var også godt udstyret med en masse køkkenredskaber. Larm om aften fra gaden, så husk ørepropper. Det er jo forventeligt når man gerne vil bo centralt

• Isabel (9/5): Súper recomendable - La ubicación es perfecta. Puedes ir andando a la mayoría de lugares de interés. Hay una estación de metro a 3 minutos, y varias paradas de autobús también. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario en cocina y salón, aunque nosotros realmente solo usamos los baños y los dormitorios. Las camas son comodisimas. Ubicado en una calle con muchísimos restaurantes y cafeterías. La comunicación con Michael, el propietario, es excelente, instrucciones claras para la llegada y disponible siempre para cualquier duda o consulta. Sin duda lo recomendaría para una escapada en Londres! Desde la habitación que da a la calle principal, se escucha bastante ruido si la estancia coincide en fin de semana ya que es una calle con mucho ambiente y las ventanas no insonorizan muy bien. El baño más grande es algo incómodo ya que la bañera es muy alta, es un baño algo más antiguo. El baño pequeño es totalmente nuevo. No tuvimos wifi hasta el cuarto día de estancia por un problema con el red, Michael intentó solucionarlo lo más rápido posible.

• Alya (10/5): - جميلة وآمنة والموقع رائع قريب لأغلب الأماكن المعروفة، ممكن مشكلتها الوحيدة صغر مساحة الغرف وقد لاتناسب محبين الهدوء لأن المنطقة حيوية. بشكل عام كان اختيار موفق. Beautiful and safe, with a great location close to most well-known attractions. The only drawback is that the rooms are relatively small, and it may not suit those who prefer quiet, as the area is quite lively. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

• Amanda (8/5): Great Location! - Super convenient for those looking to stay near both transport and shopping streets. Has an elevator so those with luggage need no fear of stairs. Outside has plenty of restaurants if you're not in the mood for cooking. Place comes as advertised. Host is super responsive and helpful for any inquiries. Temperature system was a little confusing to use but in the end it was okay.

• Anne (10/5): Fantastic location near Marylebone and Selfridges, with a helpful host - If you love Marylebone, being close to Selfridges, the tube, great restaurants and more – this is the perfect place for you! The location truly couldn’t be better, and the host is just a quick text away. Next time we’re in London, we’ll definitely stay here again!

• Samar (10/5): اقامة ممتعه مريحه 🙏🏻 - اول شي اتكلم عن الشخص المحترم الي كان متابع معانا من بداية الوصول وخطوات الدخول والمرونه في الخروج شي يشكر عليه .. ثاني المبنى امن جدااا من دخول المبنى الى الصعود الى دخول الشقه كلها بجهاز سكيورتي والان نحكي عن المكان موقع خياال اتوقع من هينا بتنسون شي اسمه مواصلات موقع استراتيجي والان نتكلم عن الشقه مساحة جميله الغرف والاسره والمفارش والمخدات والفوط كلها في حال جيده نظافه المكان والاثاث جوده كويسه لايوجد

• Jacqui (8/5): Perfect location and property didn’t disappoint. Space to relax and be comfortable after hard days shopping! - Great location and lovely property, well maintained and clean. Hallway refurbishment ongoing but didn’t impact our stay at all. Busy area of London so was noisy until late but didn’t spoil the stay.
• Jon (10/5): This was a wonderful place to stay, and the team communicated very well. It was spacious and comfortable with free Wi-Fi - The location was exceptional. The access and elevator made it very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and pubs all around the unit. Bedrooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. They are doing some upgrades and refurbishing so they weren’t quite finished. But there was no issue or inconvenience with this.
• Clayton (7/5): Amazing locations - Host was very communicative and very accommodating The en suite bathroom needs work, shower door is held up by a very tacky silicone job. Bathroom door also not a permanent fix. No towel rail, no toilet paper holder either. They are renovating the inside of the building at the moment which wasn’t communicated with us before hand. This made a lot of noise during the days.

• Andrea (4/5): Gem has lost its shine - The apartment is central Comfortable Beds Nice towels The entrance is a building site which we had no warning about as they are renovating the building The apartment needs a lot of work and maintenance - bedroom door didn’t close properly - Bad water damage from the shower - En suite bathroom was semi finished- loose faucet, water ran under the shower as it’s so small - Living room glazing is in bad repair, the window sounded like it was open bringing in a lot of noise from the restaurants in the street below - light fixtures hanging out the ceiling and not working properly - Dirt under the bed -Wifii was very slow Very expensive considering the state of the apartment
• Sheila (10/5): We had a lovely stay and would recommend the accommodation for the location, good customer service and price. We hope to - Location was great, accommodation suited our needs. The facilities were good, plenty of space for our clothes and luggage. Near Bond Street tube station, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, Selfridges, M&S Arome Cafe and St Christopher’s Lane. The heating wasn’t working and we didn’t find out until late on the first night and it was very cold. However, this was resolved quickly the next day within an hour of us reporting it. It didn’t bother us but it would’ve been good to know about the fact that the building was being renovated, however there wasn’t any noise related to this, just the entrance was a bit off putting at first.
• Jakub (10/5): Spacious & comfy apartment conveniently located near Oxford Street. - Spacious apartment conveniently located near Oxford Street & the Bond Street underground staion. Beds were comfy and the flat had all amenities we needed, including a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and and a living room with couch and TV. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfy “home base” for their trip to london. We also appreciated the clear, kind and proactive communication with the Host during the whole stay, making it a super easy experience. Smaller bathroom could use a rennovation, but the larger one is great so we primarily used that one.

• Henry (7/5): 3 days and nights in London - Amazing location for a short 3 day visit to London. Good internet and TVs. Great access to underground lines. No coffee! Need a few complementary coffee pods and washing detergent. These would be nice touches. The place could benefit from general maintenance- caulking etc.
