• Noémi (10/5): Lovely stay - Location is perfect, on the main street, next to the metro station. The staff was very friendly, they helped with everything we needed. There was coffee and tea in the room, italian breakfast of pastries and jam, water and juices. The jacuzzi concept is very interesting, and indeed it can help relax after a long day of walking. The rooms might need a little refurbishing, but everything was still very nice.

Ottima posizione, personale disponibile e vasca superlativa (più grande di quanto sembri!). Anche la doccia abbastanza grande. Dopo una giornata a girare a piedi a Roma stare dentro la vasca idromassaggio è stato un piacere Non è facile smaltire l'umidità della vasca e della sauna. Necessari alcuni interventi minori di manutenzione: non funzionava il sistema a vasistas della finestra e la maniglia della porta del bagno sembrava abbastanza allentata

Завжди приємно пахло. Пластикові вікна вставлені у деревʼяні рами, через це погана шумова ізоляція. Але можливо, це є нормою для Риму.

Mieliśmy wykupioną opcję ze śniadaniem, dostaliśmy zapakowane w folii ( z baaardzo długą datą ważności )stare ciastka i soczki.Pisząc do obsługi o brak czajnika, dostaliśmy odpowiedź, że ona nie rozumie pytania, przecież można podgrzać wodę w mikrofalówce 🤦🏼‍♀️Na dwie osoby dostaliśmy 1 szlafrok.Na każdym kroku wszystko albo brudne albo popsute.Brak kontaktu z właścicielem, nie odpisuje wogóle!!! La mini cucina per la colazione è molto pratica, e il frigorifero con le bevande è un ottimo plus. Il bagno è confortevole e ben attrezzato. Ottima anche l’insonorizzazione: molto tranquillo e silenzioso. La TV con Netflix e YouTube è stata un’ottima aggiunta per rilassarsi. Apprezzato anche l’aria condizionata e la possibilità di aprire la finestra per avere aria fresca. Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. Tornerò con grande piacere! 😔

• Lee (10/5): Lovely place with everything you need great location and friendly staff - The location was excellent with a very short walk to the metro. Good access to local shops and restaurants. The property was well put together with a small sauna, hot tub and shower. Only downside was storage but you get a lot of amenities in a small space!

• Žilvinas (10/5): Amazing stay with SPA - We stayed in Aphrodite's room. Everything is fitted to small room, sauna, jacuzzi, shower, table and the bed. We liked everything. We also received a complimentary bottle of sparkling vine on arrival. No hangers for clothes, slow wifi, floor is getting uneven from water getting on it (so some rubber mats would be nice near the jacuzzi)

• Alan Cambon (5/5): - L'emplacement du BNB car ce n'est pas un hôtel, le métro est à quelques pas. L'accueil de la personne très sympathique, le quartier vivant avec toutes les commodités. La chambre est dans son jus, le manque de rangement, la vétusté de la chambre, l'odeur dans la salle de bain, il faut attendre 5 minutes dans la douche pour avoir de l’eau chaude, le jacuzzi est un gadget il faut 30 minutes minimum pour le remplir. Tarif beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. 160 euros la nuit....

E um alojamento que necessita de remodelação uegente.!!! Nao e aconselhável nas condicoes, e pelo preço pago.
• Cjlian Fatima (8/5): It was nice time staying there - I like that it is near the train and bus station. Staff is also accomodating. The place is also clean and comfortable for sleeping. The shower is a bit confusing to use. Warm water is not always available. The room is nice however there is no place to put your baggage or clothes. It could be good for a day or two stay but not for longer time I guess. I was also expecting some nice breakfast as it was included in the price that I pay, but there was only coffe and bread that you can but in the shop.

• Nikolett (10/5): Sehr schön! - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Der Inhaber war unglaublich nett und herzlich. Schon zur Begrüßung gab es einen sehr leckeren Sekt. Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass die Unterkunft nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum lag, aber trotzdem sehr gut mit der Metro erreichbar war. Am letzten Tag sind wir zu Fuß bis zum Kolosseum gegangen – der Weg war sehr interessant und hat nur etwa 20 Minuten gedauert. Die Minibar war inklusive und wurde täglich aufgefüllt, das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt – wirklich top! Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die Temperatur der Dusche, aber das ließ sich gut regeln. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert !

• Elton (4/5): Decepcionante, pois o valor não condiz com o que é oferecido. - Atendimento via whats app foi bom. permitiu fazer o check-in Às 15h em detrimento das 17h (horário de check in do "hotel"). O chuveiro esquentava demais ou esfriava demais (era impossível conseguir colocar o chuveiro no morno, o café da manhã não condiz com o esperado e o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo. Além do mais não é um hotel para os moldes brasileiros, contudo se configuraria como um motel. A sauna não esquenta o suficiente.

• Madis (8/5): Great place for Netflix and chill - Awesome and welcoming personal. Location was great and room had airconditioning. The solution of hot tub was very cool. Great place for some Netflix and chill. Fridge was full of free drinks and there was even an option to order dinner to the room. Bed was very comfortable and even the pillows were nice and full, which is rare for a hotel. Biggest downside was that it was basically impossible to get the right temperature of water in both, shower and hot tub. Also the bathroom had a slight smell of fungi.
• Mark (8/5): After all the long walks, relaxing in a spa within your room is worthwhile! - The bed was very comfortable. Jacuzzi and sauna were perfect too. Room was clean and cosy. Big TV - could watch Netflix. Breakfast items were replenished every day while towels were changed daily too, if need be. Quiet, relaxing room and environment; Metro is very close to the building. Could only watch few Italian channels, as the TV setting was not in English or Italian. Even the receptionist couldn't solve it. TV in the hydromassage cubicle was not working well (bad signal), while the water jets didn't work at all (only shower worked). Didn't have any space / shelves for clothes. Would have preferred having fresh bread and cake for breakfast, rather than packed biscuits, crackers and espresso.
• Corne (2/5): Very unhappy - The employers were friendly. The apartment is not in good condition. The floors are badly water damaged. The bath towels were the size for a head towel. The toilet seat was loose. The shower head was broken ( no water pressure). The bath plug had a very sharp point and didn't make it feel safe to use it. We paid extra for breakfast, but they gave us snacks for breakfast. If we paid for breakfast, we would like n proper breakfast. We really feel disappointed with the amount we paid and what we got. How do we trust Booking again. 🤔

• Jan (1/5): Bad - The hygienic conditions. The toilet leaked dirty water every time we flushed. The entire floor got wet and the floor was already water damaged. We went back to reviews from "the hotel" from 2 years ago. The reviewer had included pictures of the floor which looked exactly the same as it does now. We could not use a bathroom where we had to wash in our own dirty toilet water and left there the next morning. There was no manned reception, so we sent a complaint by email and explained the situation the same day. We therefore had to pay for a new hotel for the next 3 days of our stay in Rome. The response we got was a lot of apologies that there had been a problem, but that they had sorted it out. We were promised a refund of the deposit, but we have not received the money and it has been over a month since our stay.
