• Michael (10/5): Great little house spacious enough for a family of 4 - Convenient location and a great host! - This is a great little house near Osaka Port, Osaka Aquarium and Universal studios. Its closest station Ōsakako is on the Chuo line and is extremely easy to go anywhere. It appears to be an older home that's been nicely renovated. Very clean and comfortable stay. Has everything you need inside and convenience of local restaurants , train station, convenience stores all within a 4-5 min walk, a drink vending machine and (beer vending machine:) is approx 20 meters from the door along side a local bottle shop. The host is very quick to respond to any questions and was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely book with this host again. We had an unfortunate experience with the refrigerator failing on our first day. However, after letting the host know he organised a new refrigerator and had it delivered in less than 2 hours and also gifted us some sweets for the inconvenience. We really can't complain about anything, our stay here was excellent! Nothing.

• 美優 (9/5): 万博がメインの旅行のため交通費や宿泊費を浮かせたいところでとてもコスパのいい宿泊施設でとても満足でした - 清潔感があり駅とコンビニが近く利便性がよかった 万博旅行で利用した近くてよかった 室内にある程度のものが揃っており特に傘と洗濯洗剤柔軟剤が あったのはとても助かりました ドライヤーがビジホの安いものではなくてよかった(サロニア) よく揺れる(トラック？) 隣の家とかなり近くて静かにするのは当たり前のことだが音漏れしないかかなり心配しながら宿泊した 洗濯機はあったがバスタオルが人数分しかないので 夏場なので何度かシャワーを浴びて洗って乾かしてだと足りず (夜洗濯機を回せないため)人数×2あると助かった

• Matthew (8/5): Great space in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent connections and food options - Fantastic cozy small house with enough room for 3 adults to enjoy (4 would also be fine). Was perfect for our stay (visiting the nearby Expo) but really enjoyed how quiet the area was, but with great food options nearby and excellent metro connections. The house had everything we needed, the hosts were really helpful and communicated really well, with early check in available for us after a long day of travelling! Would recommend this as a stay if you want some peace, good connections and some independence and space to do your own thing. Nothing - it’s as we expected from the description, photos and reviews.

Instructions were clear on how to check in. lots of information about the area, the washer and dryer was a life saver for us. I loved the Japanese style beds, (my favourite). The area is lovely, quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed to wind down and take in eeverything Osaka had to offer.10/10 Wish I could have stayed longer. I was so comfortable.

Comes with all the toiletries, kitchenware, and even detergent to wash and dry your clothes! It's also very convenient to access public transportation and the ferry is only a 10 min ride to Universal Japan! There's also a 7/11 close by and we also found a really delicious grill resturant within walking distance. The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have. Our family really enjoyed our first time stay in Osaka here! Thank you Chikko house for hosting us.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, it was clean spacious and perfectly situated to Ōtorii station which was perfect for traveling to and from Tokyo or the surrounding areas. The host also had a guide book that not only had a depth guide on the quickest route to Universal Studio Japan but also included site seeing locations and how to get there. The one or two questions I had were answered immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and I honestly have no complaints and if I'm ever on vacation again I will book this location provided it's available. A tip if you are taking the boat to universal it opens at 930AM.
