• Péter (10/5): - It is a comfortable, well equipped flat with an amasing and breathtaking view. Though the streets around seem to be dark at first glance, we felt ourselves completly save. The metro station in walking distance. A petfect choice for a couple or with one or two children.

L’appartement est très confortable, propre et calme au cœur d’un quartier populaire et vivant. Susanna est très réactive et facilite l’arrivée et la transmission d’informations. Je retournerai à Naples et à L’Olivella 21 💙🇮🇹

• Juergen (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt am Vesuv - Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den Vesuv. Susanna hat sich bei der Anreise sehr gekümmert. Gute Klimatisierung. Prima Bett. Alle folgenden negativen Punkte sind gut gemeinte Hinweise. Eine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine wäre toll. Das Geschirr war gerade ausreichend für 2 Personen, ich hätte dort nicht kochen wollen. Sehr spartanisch. Für ein Luxusappartement dürfte man ruhig etwas in Teller und Tassen investieren. Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche sind Gartenstühle, auf denen stabile Deutsche eher Angst haben. Insgesamt wirkte das Mobiliar in der Küche etwas zusammengewürfelt. Klobürste war kaputt, die Putzfrau hat’s ignoriert.!Trotz Meldung wurde die Bürste nicht ersetzt. Der Tiefkühler sollte von der Reinigungskraft durchaus mal angesehen werden, das war mit irgendeinem ausgelaufenen Zeugs verdreckt. Wir haben ihn aber nur zur Flaschenkühlung benötigt.

• Gareth (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable apartment in Naples. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the Montesanto Metro and Train Station, a local market, and the Spanish Quarter and the Maradona memorial. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and although you're right in the city, it’s surprisingly quiet—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The apartment is on the top floor, but no worries—it has a lift, so access was easy. The area can seem a little rough around the edges at first, but it’s full of character and local life, and we always felt safe. Don’t let it put you off. The host was excellent—very informative, met us on arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed. A great base for exploring Naples!

• Berenika (7/5): Apartment ok but would not stay there again - The view is great. The apartment pretty small Before arrival i have recieved loads of pictures and Infos what to do and not to do which was quite annoying and made the check in complicated. Once u arrive u have to call the owner since u cant enter by yourself. There is also building work going on next to the apartment which means the elevator is blocked. We have asked the owner if we could leave our Bags inside the apartment until the afternoon since we had a late flight. She agreed upon it but then she started calling and messaging me to come back because the cleaning Lady was here. I would not book this apartment one more time since all the hassle was not worth the stay

The host also sent lots of messages whilst we were there which we felt was quite imposing. For example, accusing us of leaving doors open in the building/lift. Location is also a fair walk from the centre and up hill. Otherwise a nice apartment

• Lauren (9/5): Wonderful property and views of the city - The property that Susana has is amazing! Love the views from the balcony! The check in process was a bit difficult for us, but once we were in everything was great! Susana also helped organize a driver to take us to the airport which was helpful. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the center. Needed what’s app which wasn’t working on arrival, so made the check in process difficult. Wish a code was given before arrival.
• Ulrike (9/5): If you go to Napoli, stay in Olivella21! No need for further research. 😃 - It was simply a ‚Wow‘! View is extraordinary, apartment is super maintained, modern, very clean, nicely and comfortable furnished … Susanna is an excellent host. Response time is more or less real time! 😄 She is absolutely supportive and we felt immediately at home. There was e.g. a bottle water when we arrived. We got recommendations for restaurants etc. Everything in the flat is very smartly thought through. The location in Naples is perfect. Many of the interesting sightseeing spots are in walking distance and the charming furnicolare di Montesanto is just around the corner. If at all something on a potentially negative side should be mentioned: it’s Naples and Naples is a very lively city. That’s why we love it, right? Yet, we had the feeling we stayed in one of the more calm areas of the city. (Birds singing wonderfully in the morning from 5 am on… We loved it!) But one should be aware that Naples never really sleeps.
