• Gordon (1/5): Property advertised as beachfront but it's NOT. Can't even sea the beach! Very disappointing - We were extremely disappointed with our booking at Sea and Salt, Hyam's Beach. This is because Hyam's Beach was our last scheduled family stop on our vacation. We planned for a beachfront location. S&S was advertised as "Beachfront Location" with "direct access to a local beach". This was untrue. We couldn't even see the beach, let alone be right on it. In fact, there was another building about 10 feet in front, blocking our entire view. There was supposed to be an outside seating area. We thought it would be a balcony or patio. No, you had to go down the stairs, walk around the side of the house almost to the street and there we could see a table and chairs. It was completely inappropriate as a comfortable outdoor seating area. I wouldn't be whining about this so much if we hadn't "paid" for beachfront property. If I hadn't wanted to be on the beach, I could have found a place considerably cheaper. Other than that, it was an OK apartment. There was a lot of sand on the floors when we arrived. I don't consider plastic water and wine glasses to be "Luxury" as described. There was very little bench space and very little crockery and cutlery. A true disappointment! • Wang (6/5): - Location Low quality culinary, no suitable cooking ware, extra small shower towels. Not clean: milk left under the table mates. Broken coffee machine, left message but nobody come to fix during our stay. Beach front house, while the garden keeper didn’t allow guests to use the direct path to the beach. Very disappointing.

• Nancy (9/5): - Clean, modern amd quiet, very close to Hyams beach with cafe on the same street. Washing machine and dryer is definitely a plus for family travel. Nothing.

• Gloria (9/5): Beautiful place and great location to Hyams Beach - Location was so easy to access Hyams Beach. We got this place urgent because other plans fell through last minute. The owner was very accommodating and place is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable and 3 doors down from a great cafe. Helen was very accommodating to us as we also had to look for last minute urgent accomodation in 30 minutes with 2 young kids she turned this around for us ao quickly. We were very appreciative of it. Only downfall is parking is on-street with 2 young kids unpacking and packing a car it would've been easier if driveway was open to us to drive in. Otherwise we worked around it. Car spots are taken very quickly during the day, given how popular the hyams beach spot is . Still a wonderful stay overall ✨️ 😌
