Poi abbia trovato l'aria condizionata rotta.

- Silva (8/5): Very good -
- Tiha (6/5): Location is very good and god apartman but I dont like havent normal duvit with bedline. - Many thing is not working normal in the apartmant. Not very clean. Water and hot water system not working good . Kettle not working.
- Pietro (7/5): Good -
- Massimiliano (8/5): Very good - Very central, very clean and classy apartment, it was very easy to collect the keys and to leave them.
There is an elevator, so no problem even with big bags. The heating was closed/turned off and there was no way to turn it on, we had to open the air conditioner in "warm" mode, but it was insufficient to warm up the whole apartment (and it was January). Despite the flat having like 5 beds, there was only one cup and one glass in the kitchen, and no soap and tools to clean the dishes.
The bed in the main room was not a double bed, but 2 beds put together, which is uncomfortable if you're there with your partner.
- Adriana (7/5): Excellent if staff is replaced - The property was generally spacious, though the shower was very small and had an awkward entrance with a narrow door that opened only partially. However, the apartment looked just like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise! It was in a great location, situated in a secure building, clean and comfortable, and offered a good, competitive price. Overall quite lovely! The staff’s communication left much to be desired. There is no luggage storage option and no early check-in available, which is understandable, but it did result in an additional expense. Upon arrival, I noticed there were no pillowcases on the pillows. When I inquired, I was informed they would be brought later. However, instead of notifying me or leaving them at the door, the staff unlocked the apartment door and entered unannounced while I was on a call in bed. This was extremely inappropriate and unsettling. A simple message or leaving the items outside the door would have sufficed. Luckily, I was decent, but this behavior was unacceptable.
When I first arrived, I was made to wait outside until the exact check-in time (I was only 10 minutes early). No one answered the bell, and I was left standing in awkward silence. Additionally, the staff misinformed me about how to enter and exit the building. When we followed their instructions, we could hear them laughing on the camera but refusing to assist verbally. They eventually messaged me to clarify but responded rudely with, “What is not clear?!” Once I provided proof of their previous instructions, they acknowledged it was “just a misunderstanding.”
Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially for a foreign guest. If the staff revises their communication and behavior, this place could be an excellent option. Until then, I would caution others—especially international travelers—about staying here.
