• Allie (9/5): Cozy apartment & a lovely host! - This apartment was so cozy and peaceful, and the host is so kind and welcoming! He met me at the gate to show me around the apartment and even carried my luggage down the stairs for me. The apartment is the perfect size and is well-equipped. The kitchen even has heated floors, and there is a private garden and little porch right outside of the apartment. It’s a few minutes walk to the metro station which gets you into the main city center fairly quickly. Super convenient, and I would absolutely stay again! The only improvements I would suggest are to put some kind of shelf in the shower (for guests to store shower items like soap), as well as a real curtain in the bathroom window. Even though it’s unlikely someone will be outside the apartment, an open window outside of a bathroom can make a woman in particular very uneasy. Again, the apartment is pretty well hidden, but I was still quite uncomfortable with the bathroom at night.

• Gregory (9/5): Все было прекрасно - На кухне и в дше все необходимое абсолютно учтено. Хозяин отзывчивый, все объяснил, показал. Метро рядом - 200 метров.
• SVITLANA (10/5): - Всё очень понравилось. Небольшая, уютная квартира. Отличное территориальное размещение - рядом станция метро, трамвайная и автобусная остановка. В пяти минутах - магазин. Приятный хозяин.
• Haiping (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation, gopd location, the host is very welcoming us. There's a small garden outside which we can use for ourselves. The bed is comfortable and rooms very clean. Close to public transport and there's a Lidl near by which is also a plus point.

• Arianna (10/5): Cozy apartment in Prague - The house is a small corner of peace in Prague 3, very close to the metro, the supermarket (Lidl) and the tram stop. We've been very well. Radek was super nice and helpful. We really appreciated the cleaning of the house and the temperature (it was just perfect).

• Gabriel (8/5): Very good - The host welcomes you and is attentive. It is somewhat far from the center, but you have the metro next to it. The only bad thing is that I had to remove some spiders in the room, but this is normal when you have the garden so close.
• Marlene (4/5): I should have offered the host more money to have the heat on regularly. - There was a lot of room and the house was situated in a beautiful garden. It was a few blocks from the subway /metro and a streetcar/ tram station and a supermarket. The apartment was in the basement which didn't have sub-flooring or insulation so it got very cold at night. When I told the host that he was surprised and said he had no problem but he lived on the second floor. So he lent me warm slippers and turned the heat on low for a couple of hours in the evening, which was a bit better, but off at night and in the morning. He didn't realize that the cold radiated from the floors and walls. His tenant on the first floor said that she didn't have a problem but after I explained to her, the heat was turned on all night for one night only. If the heating is expensive, then he should raise the rent a little so that his tenants in the basement would be comfortable in the Spring and Fall. He seems like a nice person but didn't understand so I left a note saying that he should sit and sleep there one night so that he could understand the problem. The apartment is probably fine in the Summer and the Winter. It also would help if the host left a note explaining where the supermarket, metro, and restaurants were.
• Anna (9/5): Great little place with easy access to the old town - Property was clean and with easy access to the city centre. Radek was very accommodating to our requests and helpful with directions and tips.

• Marek (8/5): A great place to stay during a trip to Prague. - The place is quiet and cosy like grandma's house but modernised! The apartment is close to subway station (4 stations to the Old City) and tram stop. Lidl supermarket and restaurant in close vicinity. Equipment of the bedroom and bathroom is new and comfortable. Nice and quiet courtyard with a table is a perfect place for rest after sightseeing. The keys have been handed over by the owner of the apartment - contact was possible via phone. Internet connection has been fading on some days - the owner assured us that it will be improved.
• Mateusz (10/5): Good place for more days in Prague - Service and equipment of the apartment. The plastic roof is quite noisy when it rains.
