• Khoi (2/5): Very bad experience with the Stay. I would totally not recommend anyone to try it here. - The Location was the only thing good about the apartment. The Hygiene of the apartment is extremely terrible. There are dust everywhere especially near the sleeping area. And there are bed bugs. I suffered from severe Bedbug bites after coming home from the apartment. Blinders of the windows has not been cleaned for like 1 year. I have travelled a lot but I have never experienced such Hygiene for an Apartment.

• Rebecca (7/5): Amazing location gave us easy access to the whole city. Lovely apartment. - Good size, 3 bathrooms however one of the toilets didn’t work. Amazing location!! Toilet broke, some of the walls could do with re painting near the kitchen.

You will be happy with your stay. - The location of this rental was within 20 min walk of the train station. Two blocks from Arno River and many restaurants and plenty to see with in walking distance. Appartment has air conditioning, washing mashing for clothes, a roof top outdoor space, 2-1/2 bathrooms, 3 large beds and plenty of space! Felt very safe the entire time. It didn’t bother our family (5) but this is on second floor, no elevator. Wish this appartment provided paper towels or napkins.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Terrific location for enjoying Florence - The location of this property is phenomenal. It is on a quiet street in Florence, steps away from the heavily-visited tourist areas. The layout of the property is a little strange, but we loved the top-floor terrace. We were able to cook many meals in the kitchen and a well-stocked market wasn't too far away. It was nice to wake up early (in the middle of the town) and wander the streets before the crush of tourists. Even though we requested the space for four guests, the space was only prepared for three. Anti-mosquito traps were left without any instructions. The apartment is in an old building with narrow stone steps to the apartment. The steps might cause issues for some travelers.
