• Inna (3/5): Ціна завищена так як заявлена інформація невідповідна - Сподобалося розташування Неочікувано, але заявлене паркування було зайнято всі дні мого резервування. Тобто авто поставити на парковку ми не змогли. Про що було повідомлено орендарю але реакція була відсутня. Також скористатися чайником не змогли він був дуже брудний. Кавоварка відсутня. Салфетки та гігієнічні аксесуари відсутні. Підлога дуже холодна, а запропоновані тапці були вже дуже старі. Вода в душовій не змивається. Підʼїзд в якому знаходиться приміщення сирий та з пліснявою. Можливо є і ще якийсь нюанси, але це мінімум того що побачили.
• Magdalena (7/5): Gemütliche Wohnung für mehrere Personen :) - Die Wohnung war schön hell und die Räumlichkeiten super aufgeteilt. Auch der Esstisch war super platziert und sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation war leider kaum möglich. Nicht wie in der netten Nachricht beschrieben, war der Vermieter nicht zu erreichen und beantwortete unsere Fragen nicht. Die Dusche war mäßig sauber.

• Zuzana (1/5): horrible - apartmán nebyl uklizený, kód jsme obdrželi až na výzvu, uklidit nepřišel nikdo ani v další smluvený čas.

• Barbara (1/5): - Közel sem olyan a szállás mint a képeken, elhalsznált padló, koszos falak, düledező törött bútorok, bogarak. A kulcs nem volt a megbeszélt helyen, miután sikerült bejutni a lépcsőházba egy lakó segítségével, az ajtónál volt a kulcs, bent undorító körülmények, koszos törölközők és ágynemű szanaszét dobálva, matrac a földön, törött ágyrács, ételmaradékok a hűtőben, a kuka tele. A szállásadót sehol sem lehetett elérni. Kénytelenek voltunk késő este haza utazni két kisgyerekkel. Fényképekkel alátámasztott panaszt tettem az ügyfélszolgálaton még aznap este. 4 nap telt el a szállásadó még mindig nem reagált, az ügyfélszolgálat sem éri el, én pedig várom a teljes visszatérítést. Senkinek sem ajánlom!!!
• Mihai (10/5): - Cazarea s-a ridicat la nivelul asteptarilor, locatia este intr-o zona linistita, aproape de supermarket, si are parcare acoperita. Camerele au fost curate, iar in bucatarie am avut inclusiv cafea. Instructiunile pe care ni le-a lasat gazda au fost de mare ajutor, tot procesul de cazare a fost explicat foarte clar, cu imagini si in scris. Am avut o sedere placuta, intr-un loc in care as mai reveni.
