• Tomas (10/5): Spacious, modern apartment in the heart of Rome - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum, with lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The location couldn’t be more convenient, close to all the main sights. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like playing cards, an extra charger, scissors, and other small household items you wouldn’t usually find in a hotel. The living room and bedroom were both spacious and well equipped. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again.

• Maria (10/5): Fantastic Location, clean and welcoming - Apartment was located in a great position, 5mins walk from Colossuem, 15mins walk to Trevi Fountain. Unfortunately metro line B was closed during our stay but normally you would have access to the metro really easily from the apartment. Apartment was clean, and had all necessary facilities. Gian responded to messages quickly with any questions we had. Would recommend apartment to visiting family and friends.

Tiene de todo para estar comodos: lavadora, cocina grande, plancha, etc. Esta muy cerquita del coliseo y de todos los atractivos en general. Vas caminando a todos lados. Hermoso!! Se corto la luz dos veces durante nuestra estadía, pero se resuelve fácilmente subiendo la perilla desde el cuarto de electricidad que está en el edificio.
• huferc (8/5): Pleasant and centrally located apartment. - Pleasant and centrally located apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay. The sofa bed wasn't suitable for sleeping. It needs a microwave.
• Stephen (10/5): Worked well for our family. Very close to main attractions, comfortable even during the heat, quiet and well equiped. Re - Fantastic location, close to all the action but still very quiet being tucked just off a main road.
• Symeon (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is very convenient, 5 min walk to metro station and the Colosseo. The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, so you can easily cook yourself if you like. The double mattress is good. There are spacious wardrobes as well. The host was easily accessible. Overall, it is a decent choice for visiting the historic center of beautiful Rome! The thing that needs improvement, at least for our standards, is the cleaning in general. On our arrival, the floor wasn't adequately swept, and many things needed to be dusted. Apparently, this is something that can be fixed in the future.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, very close to a good choice of restaurants as well as the Coloseum and Forum. Easy to walk to other major sites, and access transport links. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning was welcome even though it was October. It was well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, including a very quiet washing machine. The hosts were easy to contact via messages and were willing to help if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again. A black out blind in bedroom would be ideal for us light sleepers!

Apartment exactly as described, clean and comfortable, a/c worked great, well stocked kitchen. Not much to dislike about this property.

• Petru (9/5): overall, would stay again. - amazing location. spacious apartment. provided all that was needed. parking was a little tricky as we had to find street parking but rome is rome. hosts were a little pushy. we felt like we were practically getting kicked out as the housekeeping arrived about 5 min before checkout. Housekeeper was cool though. be ready to get outta there at 10 SHARP.
• Alexander (6/5): Decent place in convenient location, but poorly organized. - + great location and few hundred meters from the Colosseum, Forum and subway. + well equipped with any appliance you'd need, if you wanted to prepare your own food in Rome. - Beware that a pretty stiff tourist tax will be added on top of the price you pay with booking, upon arrival. - The second "bed" (a convertible sofa) is literally a pain!!! - When we arrived, the maid was still cleaning until well past 1500 - On the day of our departure she showed up at 0930 and wanted to force us out of the house - there is no place you can store your luggage after you check out, so you'll have to pay (around 8€ per piece) again for that ☹️
