- Leanne (9/5): If the listing is updated with all the information such as a managing agent & expectations we would have gone in wit - The balcony & view was our favourite spot. The fireplace was easy to use. The furniture & fitting were all of a high standard, The property was very well set up with everything needed, loads of glassware, plates etc. on,y some small changes such as tissues which could be provided. Also additional toilet paper would have made the stay almost perfect. The accommodation was really difficult to find arriving in the dark. Maps lead us behind the building & had to negotiate our way to the front. There are 2 number ones in the same complex which is not well lit or signed. We were initially trying to access someone else’s accomodation & booking.com lists the accomodation as 11.
The listing did not state that this was run by a real estate agent. I had several links sent to me requesting a credit card & ID for an already paid for non refundable stay. We had no choice but to provide this to receive the code to enter the accommodation. They have also taken a 500 deposit which was not mentioned in the listing.g all this should have been in the listing. Hopefully the deposit is returned quickly.
