Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Annette (7/5): Very nice but could improve the outside area - Very convenient to shops restaurants etc. bright and airy accommodation Unfortunately, the outside area to enjoy the fresh air was disappointing - with dust, cobwebs, dirt and was overall run down looking. Inside on arrival was a lovely spider who had made himself at home on a fake plant.. with her sack ofbabies.. needless to say we popped that outside.. if they renovated the outside area it would be a 9/10

Paula (8/5): Overall a great stay, within good location of attractions - Location and cozy unit. Loved the gas fire that kept the place warm Spa bath didn’t work and water diverter didn’t work, so when having a shower water come out of tap and shower nozzle. Hanging rack next to toilet is broken.

Melissa (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing shops are within walking distance. The villa contains all you need for a comfortable short or long stay. Fire place was not a real fire place.. it was lovely heat still. Bathroom door no lock. No hair dryer. Not enough toilet paper. shower /bath jets don't work and bath tap and shower ran at the same time

The holiday management group very responsive to issues raised. - location, layout. responsiveness of staff to numerous issues no instruction sheets for equipment, saucepans not comparable with new convection cook top, spa not functioning, basic utensils missing. Surrounding grounds very poorly maintained (large weeds!)
