• Alexandra (3/5): Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre - Nie wieder!!! - In der Umgebung sind einige Einkaufszentren mit Supermärkten. Schräg gegenüber ist eine sehr faire Geldwechselstube (Goldhandel). Die Größe ist für den Preis einigermaßen akzeptabel. Der Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Sauberkeit ist teilweise katastrophal: Die Handtücher haben Flecken und schwarze Haare; die Küchenschränke und Geschirr dreckig; Regale und Oberflächen tragen Staub; usw. Alles wirkt sehr unhygienisch und vernachlässigt. Die roten Stühle auf den Fotos sind auf dem Balkon nicht vorhanden. Aus der Klimaanlage kam ein merkwürdiger, unangenehmer Geruch. Ameisen besiedeln eines der Bäder. Die Möbel sind alt und abgenutzt – ein kleines Regal brach plötzlich aus der Wand, als ich meinen Haargummi (!) dort ablegte! Es gibt keine Nachtkästchen und eine Steckdose funktionierte nicht richtig. In einem Bad war die Seife leer (transparente Flasche) und wir befüllten diese dann aus dem zweiten Seifenspender. Toilettenpapier war spärlich: zwei fast leere Rollen für 2 Personen für 4 Nächte. Das WLAN ist zeitweise sehr schlecht. Doch nun kommt der Oberhammer: Wir wurden gerade via „booking“ vom Besitzer angeschrieben, mit der Aufforderung 10 Sterne zu geben. Das Feedback könnten wir ihnen auch so schreiben und sie schworen, dieses dann zu verbessern. Das ist Betrug an zukünftigen Reisenden!! Dass sie die Rezessionen vorheriger Reisender nicht ernst nehmen ist klar aus den Bewertungen erkennbar. Nie wieder würden wir dieses Apartment buchen! Jetzt wissen wir, warum und wie das Appartment so eine gute Bewertung erreicht!
• Maksym (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy touches that made it feel like home. I especially appreciated the great support from the hostess, who was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her warm hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

• Xianjue (6/5): Pleasant - This hotel has a great location, but the price is significantly higher than other similar hotels nearby! However, the sink gets clogged, and the bathtub’s design causes shower water to spill onto the bathroom floor every time. Unless you pay an additional cleaning fee, there is no daily cleaning service. Even after checking out, temporarily storing luggage is extremely inconvenient! The service is far from what you’d expect from a star-rated hotel.
• Minh-chau (10/5): German Standard, even better! - Everything went so smoothly. Not only once, not only twice but we booked 3 times here during our 1 month stay. The apartment is clean, if you are a clean freak you can ask for cleaning service! If you out of anything, the service will come within the day or early next morning. The staff also speaks English, so convenient!! I can recommend with heart ❤️
• Patrick (10/5): Fast with responding back with queries about the apartment - The apartment space and having a washing machine and dryer available, Vincom mall was in the same building below us and a few minutes walk to lotte mall with more shops and restaurants. Alex was awesome in responding to any queries we had thank you and I’d definitely stay here again. On google maps 20+ mins drive to old quarter doesn’t seem too far but with the heat & travelling with fussy kids it felt like a mission.
• Vik (9/5): Vinhome next to a mall - High floor with good view from balcony. Nice interior and has almost everything you need like water dispenser, fridge, cooking utensils, washing machine, tv and internet. Convenient located next to mall and with good security. Lift is not high speed lift but still acceptable. Door access by pin code. Cleanliness i would say is quite well. Furniture and setup are quite nice maintained. Customer service is good. I would think the price is on high side. The airport pick up was little messy. The management shall replace the water dispenser tank in advance as is emptied when we arrived. Transport may slightly difficult as we have to book many times to get grab service. Overall is ok.

• Ivan (9/5): A decent place - The place has a good location, with lots of shops and places to eat because there's a shopping center at base level. We stayed twice in two different buildings, the apartments were the same layout with a big living room and two bedrooms/bathrooms. The places were very clean and surprisingly quiet considering the main roads and traffic. Water pressure is good even on higher floors. It seems like the function for how strong the air-conditioning should be didn't work in the second apartment. It was only one night stay but had to tuck in really good during the night.

• Lian (9/5): Excellent location, clean and very comfortable beds - The apartment was spacious, clean and had two bathrooms. It as also really conveniently located next to a shopping mall and right next to the Green One UN House which is where I had to go for work. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and faced inwards - I was worried about the street noise - but I found it pretty quiet. I think if you were unlucky and got an apartment facing the street it would be much more noisy. Communication was good but check-in was a little tricky, once I got that sorted it was a very comfortable stay. I appreciated that I could pay by credit card at a time that was convenient. I slept so well in the bed, which isn't always the case! I would definitely recommend and stay again. As mentioned, check-in was not very smooth as the hosts did not send me the check-in details before I arrived. I was able to get help from my taxi driver to use his phone to contact the hosts. The listing and booking information is generic and may not apply to you (e.g. where the actual apartment is located - it could be one of 3 buildings). It would also be great to have some hand soap in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and a kitchen towel in the kitchen. But these are minor details and overall I had a great stay. I would also suggest to the hosts to have a bilingual 'recommendations' pamphlet or brochure for guests - this would be an added bonus and much appreciated for visitors who aren't familiar with Hanoi.

• Ayuna (5/5): If you don’t mind a little mess here and there the apartment is a good choice. - Staff was very helpful and supportive. Location is nice and clean compared to the old city center. Shopping mall downstairs and also Lotte mall right next to it. The apartment was not very clean. There were little ants in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms. Floor was vacuumed but not washed so bring your own slippers. Bedsheets and towels not dry cleaned. Washing machine super dirty so we didn’t use it. However owner was very nice and helpful.

• Nur (9/5): excellent stay! - the property is in a financial district of hanoi, very high end property with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedrooms. the staff Alex is very quick to respond and very polite and helpful! the property is clean, it got everything that we need and the location is good too. about 15 min from the old quarter. if you want to be away from the hustle bustle of old quarter but still want to be close to it this is the place. none

• Giulia (8/5): Overall, nice experience. - Very clean and modern building. They allowed me to leave my luggages for one day in another apartment. On the basement there is a big shopping mall with cafes, shops and restaurants. The location is not very close to the city center, so you have to take a Grab / be to get there and reach the most popular touristic attractions. The room was a little bit noisy, as the building is located in front of a huge road which is usually very busy.
• Shin (10/5): Exceptional - The staff and the apartment were excellent. Below the apartment also has a big mall and supermarket so it's quite convenient. Def a must stay place to come back next time!
• Shanaka_j (8/5): Very good - Very central location in Hanoi with several cafes, restaurants and supermarket within the Vinhome Metropolis building. Also a large supermarket across the road on the basement of Lotte Centre building. The manager Tuan Anh is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern and clean with all the necessary appliances. Good size room and bathroom. Need to memorise the door lock code as the apartment door has a numerical code to enter. It would have been good if TV channels were available to watch.
