• Ana Cristina Miranda (10/5): Casa maravilhosa e muito confortável! - A casa é linda, espaçosa, confortável, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estada tranquila. Todas as suítes são grandes e muito confortáveis. A decoração dos quartos temáticos é perfeita e a sala de cinema super aconchegante! Tudo igual ao que está no site. O contato com o proprietário foi excelente e todo checkin e entrada no condomínio muito simples. Não temos nenhuma queixa, só elogios!!!Uma sugestão é aumentar o número de talheres, que não foram suficientes para nossos 16 hóspedes. Outra sugestão é deixar claro no ato da reserva que os hóspedes não tem acesso ao parque aquático do condomínio.

• Jaime (9/5): Lindo lugar para pasar en familia - La ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca de los parques. El condominio es de muy buen nivel. Lacasa tiene muy buenas instalaciones y distribución. La piscina esta muy bien. Le falta mantención a la casa, en especial tenia mala la luz de la piscina y patio, no pudieron arreglarla. Una llave de tina de baño no funcionaba.

• Marian (10/5): I was completely satisfied with the home. I will go back. everything was as pictured - No breakfast was included. but we enjoyed eating out, everything was exceptional I thought it had an enclosed pool. but it was very nice on the sun porch. No complaints
• Daniela (8/5): Spacious and comfortable but needs maintenance - The property is very large and comfortable. It is located in a great community and location. There was enough kitchen utensils and there is 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which is absolutely great. The play room is also very nice as well as the movie theater room located upstairs. There are a lot of bedrooms and the theme rooms are very cute. All the bedrooms are very comfortable with enough space for clothing. Also almost all of the bedrooms have bathrooms which is awesome. Response time for every inquiry was very quick. The house is advertised as luxury and I’m sure y one point in time it was, but there is a lot of broken furniture and things in the home: - table outside is broken; tiles in the pool are missing and they tried to make a quick fix which makes it look dirty , swimming pool light not working among other things I won’t mention. Also the carpet upstairs is very dirty. Overall is a matter of lack of maintenance in the property.

There was nothing that I didn’t like because the property had everything that we needed.

• Giovannetti (10/5): Recommend for anyone looking for close access to Disney parks and clean accommodations. - Very close to all the Disney parks and shopping. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well as the hole itself. Plenty of space for our family of 9 and would stay here again
• Widmark (7/5): Still enjoyed myself some complaints but over was ok. - Location the size space was great. The private pool was nice. The room size was great theater area game room. Hot water took a long time to come on. Going into the property having to call all the time was annoying. And the house was super clean. Just little things bother me and my family.

• Crainesha (8/5): It could have been better. I had to keep calling the host about this property so I couldn’t enjoy family. - Spacious. Close to 192 parking was great! Home was cold. Property wasn’t clean for the cost of the staff. Bedding need to updated. Head board had stain on the bottom of both legs. Blinds was too long. Cabinets need to be dusted. Pool wasn’t clean and pool guy came the next day. And wasn’t aware he was out on the property. Door code kept changing so I had to call the host to entire stay. Broom was broken towels was dinged yellow. Host Canceled my first reservation within 12 hrs before arriving because they kept trying to charge my card when my stay was paid in full. So I had to make reservations over because I had family coming and it’s Christmas time so there wasn’t much time to look for other places.

• Sandra (8/5): My stay was amazing and we will come again. - The property was well maintained and clean. The details and finishes were beautiful. It has all the things needed for a large family to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay without having to leave the home. It is convenient to restaurants stores and entertainment. Although the house is well maintained there were some minor issues with the AC downstairs and the front door. Also the patio furniture needs to be clean and some of the cushions replaced. The pool could use a refinish in the near future. In the kitchen some of the pots need to be replaced.
• Vivian (7/5): Good - Good Carpet filthy and the patio cushions needs to be replaced. Old and torn and pictures were sent. Bad storm knocked the power out on Thursday and the house got really hot, so we packed up in left early . I sent a message how the property did not have power and my family was very uncomfortable staying overnight in the dark without AC. I wish the owner would have prorated the charge since we left early. House was too hot and the children got moody! I sent several messages about different issues and received no response! Oh yeah, one response was in Spanish which I did not understand.

• R (9/5): Wonderful house for large groups and great communication from the host. - The size of the home was great for large families. That we cannot access the community facilities as guests.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - The property is very comfortable and you don’t have to leave the house to have a great time with family. I didn’t like that the property wasn’t clean at all. The pool had many spots that were green and the house overall wasn’t clean. I clean the house myself and it made a huge difference.

• Shakiera (10/5): Excellent, my family and I truly enjoyed ourselves, beautiful property, pool was great , Walmart was close (lol) overall - Gorgeous!!! Everything my son needed and more ❤️ The pool cleaner just came thru the back gate, on the property and I was never notified! Just a lil unsafe, being that I had children there who had no clue who this random man was. The situation was handled promptly, and he was very nice about it.
