• Claudia (8/5): - L'appartamento é in una buona posizione, é a un piano elevato (cono ascensore e scale), é davvero molto silenzioso. É luminoso, ha molte finestre. L'host é gentile, ha risposto cordialmente e velocemente ai messaggi. arredi un po' minimi e datati, il letto un po' basso
• Luisa (8/5): - La posizione dell’appartamento era molto comoda, visto che è vicino alla stazione della metro. Nei dintorni si trova con facilità tutto il necessario per godersi il soggiorno: supermercati, bar e ristoranti di ogni tipo. La zona in cui si trova è molto tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte, e sempre ben illuminata. Al contrario di quello che dicono diverse recensioni, il letto nonostante fosse basso era molto comodo, come d’altronde tutto l’appartamento, che risulta compatto e molto funzionale. Abbiamo trovato gli spazi puliti e accoglienti, dotati di tutto l’occorrente per non farsi mancare nulla durante la permanenza. Il divano letto davanti alla televisione è una risorsa in più per quando si vuole guardare un film in comodità. L’annuncio si riferisce ad un appartamento al quinto piano. In realtà ogni piano presenta un mezzo piano, quindi le scale sono tante, sembra di star salendo al decimo piano. L’internet ad un certo punto ha smesso di funzionare, risultavamo “Connessi senza internet”. Abbiamo contattato i proprietari però non sono riusciti a rimediare, ossia siamo rimasti senza per gli ultimi giorni. Per conto della mancanza di organizzazione da parte loro, nel check-in ci hanno dato un mazzo di chiave in più e al check-out abbiamo dovuto uscire prima di casa, per portare direttamente al loro ufficio il mazzo di chiavi di troppo.

• Marion (6/5): - Appartement calme par rapport au bruit venant de l’extérieur. Fonctionnel et propre Mauvaise isolation du bruit venant des autres appartements. L’isolation par rapport au froid est mauvaise. Impossible de rester dedans sans chauffer et dès qu’on coupe le chauffage le froid revient instantanément. Rend mieux en photo qu’en vrai

In generale, l'appartamento non è ben tenuto ed è datato (tapparelle rotte, tende consumate, divano e copridivano sporchi, la poca mobilia poco funzionale e rovinata in diversi punti oltre che datata come le finiture, pareti segnate, controsoffitto della doccia crepato, stoviglie riposte sporche...). Poche stoviglie e nemmeno una tovagliietta per la colazione. Il prezzo richiesto è davvero eccessivo per l'offerta.

• Michelle (8/5): my stay at Aparteasy - Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet sogar mit Waschmachine. Die Lage ist super. Nah an Metro oder Bushaltestelle, ruhige Nachbarschaft. Online Tür Verriegelung funktioniert sehr gut.
• Veronica (6/5): Tranqui el depto, hermoso barrio - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo. La cocina y baño, bien. Tiene aire acondicionado y lavarropas. Edificio con ascensor que en BCN muchas veces es dificil de conseguir. Es lindo depto La cama matrimonial es demasiado bajita, yo no pude dormir porque tengo un tema de rodillas y era imposible levantarse...era casi como dormir en el suelo. Había basura en el tacho de la cocina, estaba lleno, de otro huésped...obvio. Por último, no te dan llave física, si se rompe el celu o te lo roban o te quedas sin batería, NO podes entrar
• Sonia (7/5): Ben ubicat i correcte - Hem estat molt a gust al allotjament en general, tot funcionava correctament. El sistema d’entrada ens ha funcionat sempre bé (amb el mòbil) tot i que no se si la gent mes gran podria tenir algun problema si no tens whatsapp. Hi havia les coses escencials, l’aire acondicionat funcionava bé, el llit era còmode i hi hem estat a gust. Està ben ubicat. Poca llum natural a l’espai d’estar. La cuina una mica velleta però bé. El fet de que només hi hagues dos coixins no ens ha agradat masa ja que o bé pel sofa que no s’hi estava del tot comode assegut o al llit per dormir, s’hagues agrait algun coixi mes auxiliar.
• Omar (7/5): Appartement cozy bien placé mais pas moderne - L'appartement est sympa et bien placé. C'était néanmoins cher pour ce que c'est. Je pense qu'il faut changer le climatiseur. Nous avons retrouvé de la poussière noirâtre qui sortait du climatiseur. Il fonctionne mais très vieux et pas nettoyé apparemment.
• Alla (7/5): Too expensive for its price - At first we were disappointed with the apartments but later we got used to it and adapted. The bed was comfortable. Having a washing machine was a good thing. The air conditioner, fridge, stove — in general, everything necessary for a vacation was there. I was pleased with the presence of beach mats. Very easy and fast self check-in with no phisycal key but online link, it was convenient. Wi-Fi in apartment worked good. After six days of our stay we got fresh towels and bed sheets, as well as bathroom cleaning. I appreciate it. Very disappointed with the apartment for this price. We expected better. It's too much for so simple apartment with basic low-cost renovation in an old house. Painted walls in the bathroom with a shower curtain instead of a shower cabin. A pipe with curtains attached to the wall in the room, like in a fitting room at a clothing store, instead of a wardrobe. Very cheap and primitive.

• Th (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, spacious, quiet apartment in a very convenient location near the metro. There was no bathroom products. Not even a bit of sugar in the kitchen.... The lady who came to clean when we were leaving, rudely told us to take the trash out ourselves...luckily she didn't tell us to sweep and mop as well... Expensive for the amenities it offers....
• Stockwell (6/5): Cheaper price but reflected in facilities and condition of apartment - location convenient for metro, area perhaps abit less upmarket than some. Enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. Futon bed very low - ok for us but possibly not for others with mobility issues. On 5th floor - one lift so if not working, its a long way up. Lift fine during our stay though. Plug sockets not well placed in kitchen area - one directly above sink/water! Lots of extension cables in lounge. Apartment needs updating/refreshing but good for price. Bathroom looking tired/shower works but not great. We were quiet, as advised, but did hear noise from neighbouring properties a few times, didnt disturb our stay. Pans provided don't all fit properly on hotplate i.e. pans are too big if you want to use two at a time.
