• Dale (10/5): Meets your needs - We only needed one night so the price and the room were great. They serve a large breakfast buffet with something for everyone. The hotel is a bit out of the way and hard to find. Our room was supposed to have one double and one single bed but had three singles. It was no big deal and the beds were comfortable.

• Sara (9/5): Perfecto para visita express a Venecia - La habitación es cómoda y luminosa. Nivel de limpieza excelente y el trato de todo el personal fantástico. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con una sonrisa. Zona portuaria alejada del centro pero de muy fácil acceso con el vaporetto. La parada está a tan sólo 5 minutos. Las instalaciones son modernas y están muy bien cuidadas. Es el mejor hotel de la cadena en el que me he alojado! El colchón y las almohadas son mejorables.

• Barbara (9/5): A nice surprise in Venice - It was a nice surprise: the best thing is the bar/restaurant because it is very nice and spacious, at breakfast there was live music! Never found this before around the world. My Tommy had a very nice view and at the reception the staff was kind. The only - thing: no refrigerator in the room 😕 A little bit too expensive and a car with the handicap sign should have a discount on the parking price 😐

• Nikhil (9/5): Excellent and recommended - Good Value for Money, good breakfast, spacious, has a safe/locker, mini fridge even for the most basic room and very clean/new as of 2026. Right at the beginning of the city, and therefore takes a bit of time to travel around. However, you’ll end up purchasing a vaporetti pass to visit other locations anyhow.

You can get to the center by tram in 5 minutes and walk for 10 - Everything was good, we liked the hotel and the service and everything was good, a beautiful and comfortable hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, breakfasts and a small place where you can buy drinks or snacks We didn't really like the fact that there were problems with payment, payment for snacks and for the restaurant, we had to wait a long time because they were broken or I don't know.

• MELANY (7/5): Hôtel sympa mais correctifs à apporter - Hôtel neuf, confortable et très joliment décoré ! Le petit déjeuner n’est pas incroyable, beaucoup de produits industriels. La possibilité de laisser la valise le jour du départ est facturé 5€ PAR bagage, c’est la première fois que nous voyons ce type de pratique.

Kein Scherz, der singende Sizilianer ist das Highlight im Hotel ! Und ....die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut ! Das Hotel ist fast neu, schön eingerichtet. Ganz ehrlich und wertefrei: ein derart desolates Frühstück habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es beginnt bei der Höchststrafe für jeden Italienfan: ein Kaffee, den man nur einmal probiert. Dabei ist das Hotel nicht gerade billig. Das Frühstücksbrot ? Aufgebacken, alt, teilweise hart.Die Alternative ? Ein Toastbrot..no comment. In Summe waren die Produkte von niederer Qualität.

Зауважень до ванної теж немає - чисто, мило, шампунь, бальзам для водосся, крем для тіла. Сніданки - смачно, нічого не бракувало, персонал оперативно прибирав зі столиків. Перебування було дуже комфортним. Близько зупинка до вапоретто і трамвайчика. Бракувало єдине - води в номері і склянок. Вікно з недуже доброю звукоізоляцією, зате штори блекаут давали можливість поспати вдень.

• SIMONE (8/5): Une belle découverte que nous recommandons - Bonne situation à l’extérieur du centre de Venise facilement accessible en 20mn de vaporetto dont la station Tronchetto est située à 5mn à pieds de l’hôtel - hôtel confortable- moderne et très bien insonorisé - literie très confortable - chambre spacieuse - Petit déjeuner buffet continental Attendre un heure pour payer l’addition au restaurant le soir (il y a un groupe d’une vingtaine de personnes qui payent individuellement) car il n’est pas possible, comme c’est le cas dans d’autres établissements, de signer la facture et de payer le tout lors du départ. Revoir la facturation du restaurant et, hormis ça, les repas étaient corrects et bons.
• Atul (1/5): Overpriced and disappointing stay with minimal amenities, poor service, and a setup that feels more like a hostel than a - Location It was a poor decision to pay €464 for one night at this B&B, especially since rooms were available at Hilton at the same time I only chose this place due to urgency. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing. The property is essentially just a basic bed-and-breakfast. The room was extremely small, with nothing more than a bed and a partial sea view that is barely visible unless you stand right next to the window. For the price charged, I expected at least some basic amenities, but none were provided. There was no tea or coffee kettle, no complimentary water (you are asked to purchase it), and not even simple room slippers. Another inconvenience was the air conditioning you cannot control the temperature from the room. Instead, you have to call the front desk every time you want it adjusted, which is quite frustrating and unacceptable at this price point. When I questioned the high pricing despite the lack of amenities, the response from the staff was quite strange they simply said that the charge is for “a room to stay,” which felt unprofessional and dismissive. The breakfast was average at best. Overall, this place feels more like a hostel than a hotel and is definitely not worth the price being charged.
