• Nicole (6/5): Buona la posizione, il resto deludente - La posizione centrale Ci sono molti problemi: nel bagno non funziona lo scarico della doccia, le salviette non erano pulitissime. I letti erano scomodi e i cuscini pessimi. La pulizia generale lasciava molto a desiderare. Noi eravamo 4 persone e lo spazio era decisamente poco, considerando soprattutto lo stato del bagno.
• Elodie (9/5): Séjour parfait ! L’emplacement de l’appartement et la qualité de la literie nous ont enchanté. Cest vraiment un appartem - Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de Málaga à pied. Plein de restaurants et coffre shop à proximité La rue est mal fréquentée (quand il fait nuit) et peut être angoissante pour une personne seule. Mais à deux, vraiment aucune crainte et personne ne nous a importuné.

• Wbt (10/5): Überhaupt nicht zufrieden - Man könnte nicht richtig jemanden erreichen und die Lage war von drogensüchtige Menschen und wir haben garnicht geschlafen und ich habe Bescheid gesagt und niemand hat etwa gemacht 60€ wieder von uns genommen weil unsere Flug Verspätung hat und Wasserkocher noch gehabt und mussten wir von eine Tee mit Topf warm machen und wenn wir haben Toasters an oder Herd , wir haben Strom ausfallen und Fernseher hat keine Vermeidung und so weiter sehr schlecht alles !! Alles war Katastrophe
• Heather (9/5): Cosy apartment in the old town with everything we needed - The location is excellent: in the old town, right round the corner from Picasso's birthplace. It felt very 'Spanish' and was in keeping with the local architecture and culture. It was cosy and had everything we needed. I really liked the atrium to the apartment (I include 3 photos with this review) I suppose the kitchen/living area was a little bit dark and the 2nd bedroom doesn't have a window. The sofa is a bit small and is a squeeze for 2 people. And I find it weird not to have a kettle (we heated water in a pan on the stove)! But these are small things which didn't really bother us.
• Mervi (8/5): Mukava huoneisto! - Sijaintia kehuttu, eikä turhaan. Täysin äänieristävät ikkunat takasi rauhalliset unet (ei liikennemelua, mutta kapealla kujalla kaikuu kaikki äänet). Suht iso market nurkan takana. Ja juna-asemalta (Malaga Maria Zambrano) ihan ok reitti/matka kävellenkin asunnolle. Ilmoituksen mukaan asunnon koko 70m2, mutta todellisuudessa vain n. 45m2. Muutamasta epäkohdista jätimme lapun lähtiessä pöydälle; tiskilavuaarin tulppa oli rikki (tiskattiin isossa kattilassa) ja TV:n kaukosäädin ei patterien vaihdonkaan jälkeen toiminut (TV toimi kyllä manuaalitoiminnoilla).No, pikku juttuja.
• Bo (8/5): - Echt een hele goede plek in de stad, super centraal. Ook een heel fijn balkon. Er was ook een grote supermarkt in de buurt. Echt top! Het doucheputje was vanaf het begin verstopt dus het water liep niet echt weg.

• Houda (10/5): - Tout était parfait : un accueil chaleureux, un cadre agréable et un service de qualité. Ce que nous avons particulièrement aimé, c’est que tout est à proximité — restaurants, boutiques, lieux touristiques… C’est vraiment un emplacement idéal.

• Carla (8/5): Very very nice - The property is very nice, and the location is perfect. The second bedroom is not as beautiful and curated as the first bedroom. Being 2 sets of friends with daughters, the difference between the 2 rooms made us feel unconfortable. The glass at the kitchen table needs to be fixed. The little balcony needs to be cleaned up there are no chairs, and buckets to clean the floor. You can not sit there.
• Barbara (8/5): Enjoy our stay apartment ideal for lectionary and very quiet. - One bedroom was good the other had no window so very dark with no air coming in. Plenty hot water and the shower was great. Location perfect less than 5 minute walk to cafes etc. Veranda tiny weather not warm enough to use. We were only given one hand towel another would have been helpful. A lamp in the living room woujd have been nice we took one from one of the bedrooms it created a better atmosphere.
• Jenefer (7/5): Great location and comfy beds! - I like the location of where it was in the old town, was great for getting around. The bed was one of the comfiest I have had abroad. The facilities in the kitchen were very basic so couldn’t comfortably cook. Also I booked the apartment because it had a balcony with a table and so I wanted to work my two days out on the balcony - when I arrived there was no table, just chairs so I asked Juanca to organise and he said he would but I never heard back which I don’t think is great customer service - I booked this apartment for the balcony!
• Saffron (10/5): Exceptional - An apartment with a very good price-quality ratio in the city center. Very clean, we slept well despite being worried about the comments regarding noise (there are new windows)
• Ema (10/5): Exceptional - I was worried about the comments regarding noise, but the windows have been renovated! Totally silent. Good cleanliness, but the apartment is somewhat old, good value for my money. The kitchen is very basic; it should be renovated.
• Tyra (1/5): I would NOT recommend anyone stay here. in my opinion the owner does not know how to properly run a rental business and - The property definitely looks dirtier in real life and could use a deep clean. It’s a very old building and it shows. The property is not in a great locations as far as safety. It is close to the center but the road the street is on is particularly dingy and there are very many uptight and rude neighbors. We were sprayed with water for sitting on the steps of the apartment across the way while we were WAITING FOR THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY to let us inside after misplacing the keys. THE OWNER DID NOT ANSWER US AND LEFT US 3 GIRLS STRANDED UNTIL MORNING. We had to find a temporary hotel to stay in which was ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE as we booked the last room in the city. Everything we owned was left inside the apartment including our passports, phone chargers, wallets, and car keys. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE to help us. Although we needed help “outside of reception hours” (we were locked out at around 11pm) we were still put in a dangerous situation where we were being harassed and there are NO SYSTEMS IN PLACE IF THERE ARE ANY EMERGENCIES. You WILL be LEFT FOR DEAD!!! And instead of asking us if we were okay, when the owner finally responded at 4 in the morning after 5 hours of no one, not even booking.com being able to get in contact with him, the first thing he said was “where are my keys” and claimed it was a “curtesy” that he was allowing us to pay €125 for a replacement key at a short term vacation rental property. As if people don’t loose keys or get pick pocketed all the time. This is part of the business. As someone who has family in the rental property business, they were horrified at this situation and there are million other owners who will not leave you in this situation. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
• Nihanguven (7/5): Good - The host was so kind and helpful. Although the location of the house is close to the central, it is a really interesting neighborhood. As we left the car in the parking lot on the parallel street and walked home, it became clear what a strange place it is. We did not feel safe at all.

• Jayne (3/5): This could be a lovely apartment but needs a refurbishment and deep clean - Location was the best thing about the apartment The cleanliness , faulty shower pressure and broken bolts on windows, which meant you could hear all noises through them. Also the furniture didn’t represent the photos. The velvet settee was replaced with 2 white PVC chairs.
• Yuba (9/5): Lovely apartment, located in narrow Calle, with typical tiles and balconies. - Loved the location in a small Calle in the old center, enabling us to really immerse in Malaga life for a few days.
• Josh (8/5): Good stay, small improvements could make it a fantastic stay. - Property was very nice and clean, espresso machine came with a handful of pods. Great open space and comfortable balcony. Prime location, essentially city centre and close to supermarket. Shower was quite low pressure, where setting the correct temperature was quite difficult, having hot / warm shower virtually impossible. However, property owner did look to fix the issue. Properties oven settings were unclear and it took a while to warm up. Not too big of a deal as there is plenty of areas to eat in the city at a good price. Balcony door locking latches inaccessible if you are short.
• Razvan (3/5): The worst experience of my life. - Nothing The location is not like in pictures. You could hear anyone from street. Old furniture. Shower was dirty and all the location. I don’t recommend at all.
• Nassim (1/5): Nightmarish Stay in Filthy Apartment - Nothing good Nightmarish Stay in Filthy Apartment I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a stay at what can only be described as a nightmare of an apartment through Booking. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an overwhelming stench that made my stomach churn. The state of cleanliness was abysmal – dirty dishes piled up in the sink, suspicious stains on the furniture, and a layer of grime coating every surface. The bathroom was a horror show. Mold crept across the tiles, and the shower curtain seemed to have never seen a washing machine. I hesitated to even step into the shower, fearing what sort of unsavory surprises might await me. The bed linens were equally appalling, with visible marks and hairs that made me question if they had been changed at all. Communication with the host was a nightmare in itself. They were dismissive when I raised concerns about the cleanliness and seemed uninterested in rectifying the situation. I was left feeling trapped in this dirty hovel for the duration of my stay, counting down the hours until I could escape. This experience has left me not only disappointed but genuinely disgusted. I implore anyone considering booking this apartment to steer clear unless they have a fascination with filth and a strong stomach for unsanitary conditions. My advice? Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere for an accommodation that won't leave you feeling violated by the lack of basic cleanliness standards. And in addition of all this horrors we have paid 60 euro fees on cash for late check in which is too much for this horrible stay !! Just run away

• Emily (8/5): We absolutely loved it - The location was amazing, the interior of the apartment was gorgeous and it was very clean. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed and more! The mattress was very hard and the street was quite noisy (especially on Saturday night)

• Valerie (10/5): I visit Malaga at least once a year, love this town and this apartment added to that experience. - This is a clean, nice apartment, well maintained. It is a residential building and has a lovely sense of being local. It is a few minutes walk from the old town and centre (Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Port, beach etc|) and yet it is seriously quiet. No traffic noise and just the odd sound of voices passing. It is a street away from the Teatro de Cervantes and surrounded by lovely restaurants. Jose facilitated our arrival on the evening of 31st Dec, he promptly delivered extra linen when we requested it and was a perfectly wonderful host. There was nothing I disliked

Best value for price It is pretty cold at night in January so a small heater or few more plaids would be better. Very poor sound isolation but considering the age of the house it was probably to expect
