• Sonia (9/5): Excelente alojamiento - La comodidad de los colchones y almohadas, muy necesario después de todo el día de caminata. Electrodomésticos muy nuevos. Todo en general muy bien. Está a 15 min del centro y la zona es tranquila y con todo lo necesario muy cerca. Sofa que había en el comedor no era como para estar sentado.Como sofá cama no lo llegamos a necesitar.

• Rubens Morita (8/5): Good stay, easy communication and good attitudes from the hosts. - The location was excellent — the apartment on Via Mezzo in Florence was very convenient. It was close to grocery stores like Carrefour and Conad, which made shopping easy, and it was within walking distance of all the main sights and attractions. We really enjoyed being able to explore Florence on foot without needing a car or public transport. Overall, the location made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.” There was no information before check-in that we would need to carry all our luggage up three floors. Also, the check-out time of 10:00 could be made more flexible, for example, until 11:00.

The introduction to the property by massage, was great and very helpful, everything thing you need to know: property, transport, restaurants and much more. Very professional. Thank you very much. The unit, is simple but, have everything you need. Attention to detail is fantastic. The bed linen and towels pristine white. Kitchen facilities fantastic. The pleasure to sray in a wonderful city, like Florence, was so well completed with the accommodation. We didn't meet the staff but, the communication by massage was fluent and efficient. Thank you.

• Ryan (7/5): Good visit overall, but some issues - Location was central to everything we did, walking was for the most part pretty good Up 4 flights of stairs and no elevator, needs somewhere to put luggage, like a few racks or something. Washing machine was pretty wimpy, had to look up instructions
• Simona (10/5): Amazing experience - Everything was excellent, the apartment is really well equipped with a great design and spacious feeling. The host was very attentive and even provided a list of recommendation for us. The location is perfect for exploring the city. It was a bit noisy at night from the streets in one of the bedrooms, but this is to be expected in the center of Florence.
• Brown (8/5): Great location and adequate property for our stay. - Location was very good though lots of stairs to the rooms. Communication was excellent. Lots of stairs up to the property. Property was basic and showers not great. No oven or grill. No toaster. Only a hob if you plan to cook at all.
